About a month ago, I stayed here. Took a chance because it was a great price and a Wyndham hotel. The staff were very nice. The facility looks old but they seemed to be working on it. My key wouldn't work so I had to go back to the desk for another one. Desk person had maintenance meet me to be sure I could unlock the door. That was nice. I left around 4 PM after turning on the air conditioning. Room was clean. Some furniture was a little worn I returned around 10 PM. It was blazing hot in my room. Over the next hour and a half, I called the front desk 8 times but got no answer. It was miserable because you can't leave doors open at a motel. Told the friendly desk clerk when I checked out. He said he'd tell the night people to answer the phone. I called Wyndham who said they'd work with owners for a resolution and get back to me in 7 days. Never heard another word.

I arrived after Midnight and the manager is so sweet and very welcoming! It’s a clean and pleasant room for such a great price! The bed was really comfy! For the price I don’t see how anyone could complain! Dogs welcomed and best of all free breakfast! After meeting the manager, I will for sure come back in the future! Very satisfied!

I love staying here. Gary the manager and the other staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean.

Everything was good and staff was friendly. And The Price is Right. I would come back to the Days Inn.

Came here Saturday night around 3am. Front desk gentleman was fully alert and spoke with me like he truly cared. I felt right at home. Non smoking room was clean with no weird smells. Good showerhead for a hotel and I love the couch in the room. Bed did the job just fine. Would stay again.

There's PLENTY of room for improvement. Took three keys to get one that worked. TV doesn't work. Phone doesn't work. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Staying here again, with my wife and the owners are very accommodating. Gary was polite and a familiar face for my wife to come over to, even offered help with her bags! Cheap price for a decent hotel. Ike always makes my day, he works the counter night shift. Pet friendly, good for smokers or non. But this is the ONLY hotel in washington NC worth it. The other ones have either incompetent workers or over charge you. Or both.

Staff exceptional nice. The room was nice and clean but, I didn't have a trash can, remote control had to be replaced. Phone doesn't work and my key card quit had to get staff to let me in couldn't shut my door if I took my Service Animal for a walk in the middle of the night.

Shower in our room was cold and had very low pressure. Stains and burn holes in the blankets. A big gap under the door. I wouldnt recommend this place.

The Days Inn of Washington is the same Days Inn from your childhood. The rooms have been somewhat modernized. But I guess it also depends on the childhood that you had if you enjoyed your hot summer vacations. I would love to see the hotel have a more retro look rather then a very noticable trying to look modern appeal. Pain staking attention to detail need to be a must in the complementary food area. Do not offer such services if your not goin to live up to food and drink regulations.

Room was nice bathroom was clogged could not get anyone to come up that night to fix.

The room was really cozy, alot of neighboring food locations and in walong distance.

It's just close to my house and convenient for me.

This is my second time staying here, with a total stay time of 3 weeks. Everyone from management (Gary Beacham) to the housekeepers is very friendly. Upon arriving there were a few issues that were worked out as soon as they were known. I appreciate the hospitality of the manager. He made the stay all the worth it. This place has been bed-bug free, clean, working microwave/micro fridge. The cable channels are nice to have, I work all around and stay at many hotels and half of them only have 13 channels! Pet friendly, clean, working a/c units. All together a great value for your dollar.

The rooms had a very distinct odor. It appears that there was a cigarette smell seeping through the rooms. My room is non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. The microwave did not work.

The beds we're comfy but the rooms smelled like smoke in a non smoking room.

Not bad for overnight, but internet did not work made it hard for business.

I would not give this even 1 star! There were hundreds of teenagers left to run amuck through the hotel, drinking alcohol, smoking weed, screaming hollering, and finally at 330am in the morning I had to check out. The management finally called the police out and refused to give me any type of refund on my room. With no sleep and up for almost 24hrs straight I had to drive and hour and a half to Nashville to get some sleep. The rooms were filthy, management was rude, never even called me back, and this was the worst NIGHTMARE of an experience I have even had. Shame on you Days Inn Washington and your staff for allowing paying guests to endure this and not offer them any compensation or take care of unruly kids at your hotel. 6-15-2017 UPDATE finally gotten in contact with the manager Mr. Gary very nice gentleman and the issue has been resolved. Thank you Sir I appreciate you making it right.

Older hotel great price but needs a little maintenance in better housekeeping.

Rooms are clean location is a little bit in a bad area and services are decent.

Good time, just enough room to do things and clean bathrooms!

Booking the room was OK. Until I got into my room and immediately noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was a used wet bathcloth hanging in the corner of the shower curtain and when I flipped the blanket back to lay down they was a wash cloth under the sheet. I felt extremely uncomfortable. And I won't be staying at Days Inn in Washington NC again. The worst hotel experience ever.

Unpleasant day. There was poop on the sheets, and blood on the blanket and bathroom door.

This place sucks! The worst Customer Service ever and the rooms smell like urine. This place need to be shut down and started over from scratch. Do not stay in this place!

Great Hotel! Stay here every time I come to Washington, NC. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and the front desk staff is awesome, especially Gary.

Reserved a pet room, at 12:30am staff bangs on door stating I need to come pay for pet fee. I tell them they have my CC bill me but they make me get dressed and come to lobby right then to pay extra fee. Also room had junk left in it from last person when I got here and the stair way smells like urine.

You get what you pay for cheap motel. Good for the price.

We rented a room in the end of July and the air conditioner never cooled down the room! It was nearly cooler outside than in the room. We slept on the sheets and sweated all night. When we complained to the manager, he explained that it was because we were on the second floor. I know hot air rises but if the air conditioner isn't strong enough to cool off the room, replace the unit! The a/c was also not working in the lobby/kitchen area, and the manager kept having to wipe off his face with a "sweat rag. " It was the cheapest room in town so you get what you pay for.

We were very pleased with the clean room, nice breakfast and quiet town. Walking the waterfront is refreshing! We now prefer to stay here rather than in Greenville for football weekends.
