Sara, the manager, changed our rooms prior to us even arriving — without asking us. It took us 2 hours to get this resolved.

Room cleaning service stole from my room. The hotel offered me two Coronas. What kind of establishment is this?

I was racially profiled by the owner and manager!

Is was very comfortable stay there.

Comfortable beds, nice hot strong showers.

They should be closed for customer service alone. If you have a choice go elsewhere. Marriott should not allow them to abuse their name.

The hotel was clean, missed lounge chair in rooms. Staff weren't very friendly. Upon arrival, I am handicap and needed to get in a room as soon as possible. We were not aware of their policy no cash accepted. There were three cars traveling to this hotel and I contacted one of the family members to call hotel to request my room to be added to their card. In the meantime I got very ill in the bathroom (anxiety attack) which resulted in me having to call 911 for assistance. Now a solution became available to get me in a room. The eight of us will probably never use this hotel again. First time visiting Washington, NC.

We got there late at night, they had no problem finding the right room for us, we even got an upgrade and a discount… Pretty cool eh? It was the best experience we have ever had, we will definitely be staying here next time around.

Wow, the place is amazing! The owners are so kind and thoughtful. I talked to the owner about a discount for the church and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Best hotel in Washington or Greenville.

We needed a last minute hotel due to death in our family. We found this place as the Hampton Inn was full. The hotel is brand new. The room was spotless, plenty of space and the staff are very friendly. Hotel breakfast was plentiful-bacon, sausage, bagels, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal& grits, omelets, waffles and fresh fruit. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choices for the breakfast. My kids loved the indoor pool. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

It was good until we asked for one of the 2 TV's in their lobby area, which no one was watching, to be switched to the FIFA World Cup game. The manager informs us that the policy is that you can only watch the weather channel on one and the other one has the news. Sad that they couldn't allow a little bit of happiness for 2 hours to watch the soccer game. Not good customer service.

I was actually surprised at how modern and beautiful this hotel was when I stepped in. It looked kind of "eh"/generic on the outside, but it was clean, spacious, and contemporary on the inside. A couple considerations: the breakfast is ausome and there's plenty of options, but they close it at 9am. That's a little too early in my experience, since I've been to other places that close up at 10am. And FYI, apparently there's only two hotels in this area (otherwise there's dumpy motels and on the higher end there are Bead & Breakfast places near the waterfront). This place seemed like the better option between the two hotels, but the other one was booked so who knows…? Maybe it's cheaper? But you get what you pay for, right?

The staff were kind, polite and professional. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff welcomed you like they do in Disney and said Goidbye enjoy your day when you left. If all Fairfield Inns are this way we will certainly make sure that is where we stay when we travel.

Just returned from staying there and it was wonderful. I realize it is new, but everything was great. If a person loves breakfast, this is the place to be, because not only do you get good food, but it is as if you can go to a restaurant and order instead of just having a danish and coffee. Full size breakfast and the people working there are wonderful. It just so happens I know several of the young ladies that work there and they make your stay so pleasant by treating you so kind and being friendly. I recommend highly if you need a place in Washington, North Carolina, that is the place to be!

Clean and friendly staff. I stayed there during the blizzard and the staff was outstanding. Hats of!
