Quality Inn & Suites Hotel

Mary and Amie was very sweet and helpful our room was super clean pool was clean no problems at all bed was super comfortable, and bathroom was very clean.

A very nice clean room. One staff was amazing. And a guy 5 star.

Great place to sleep after a long trip. The room was beautiful but had an "old carpet smell". The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was friendly. A bit pricey but worth it, in my opinion.

Very nice clean room with all amenities. Staff was beyond helpful and courteous. Breakfast was way better than I expected with hot food as well as all the normal stuff. Went here for a overnight getaway with the misses and really enjoyed it.

Loved this place. I received a clean, quite room. The bed was extremely comfortable. No bugs, I would go back here and I do recommend this Quality Inn. All of the employee at the check in desk (front desk) were very polite, very helpful, just a pleasure to do business with.

Stayed here twice while relocating to the area. Nice rooms, decent breakfast. Both times the bathroom vent was inoperable and mentioned it to the front desk, not sure if it was even hooked up. Will recommend for sure!

Mary was at the front desk when I checked in. I was extremely tired. She made sure my check in experience was easy. Very professional. Quiet room on the first floor. Convenient to I 85. Would recommend.

Have stayed here for the past 3 weeks. Working in the area. You couldn't ask for much better. Nice friendly staff. Coupons for a "Real" breakfast. Again I will say I would recommend… Keep up the great work.

Clean rooms, nice accommodations. Small parking lot, clean pool, and well maintained breakfast area. Mary at the front desk is an absolute angel. She recommended places to eat while we checked in and offered coupons for the local brewery. Great one-night stay for work.

Mary at the front desk MADE our night. She recommended the best place to eat dinner after we checked in, and even gave us a coupon! Her infectious smile made us feel so at home. Mary recommended a great, quick place to grab a bite to eat for lunch as well, even while off the clock! The room was clean, seemed like it may have recently been renovated. However, I would HANDS DOWN choose Quality Inn over another similarly appointed hotel just because of Mary.

We stayed here for Hippie Fest this past weekend! The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Vernon was the very bestest! Our room was clean, spacious, comfy beds, nice shower, perfect! Breakfast was very good. All of our questions were answered regarding places that delivered food to taxi companies! We will definitely be staying here again for the festival next year!

Unfortunately, we haven't even made it to the actual hotel yet but have received by far the rudest costumer service. Simply called, politely asking for an hour earlier check-in and received the response, "no that's not happening. We are completely booked". I tried to ask if we could call to see if the room is ready later on in the day, with the staff barking back "even if it was, check-in is still going to be 3p. I'm not doing this today". I was then hung up on.

A pretty nice Quality inn! I stayed here a few days for work and the room was nice. No complaints there. Front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was much better than our previous hotel. Not much additional features. Pool wasnt yet open and didn't really look close. Good location.

Great place to stop when traveling through. Right off 85. Comfortable beds, hot breakfast and pleasant atmosphere. Staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again on our travels to Georgia.

Stayed here over the weekend. Yes it was clean, nice and had good breakfast. However poor costumer service ruins everything. The hotel charged our bank card twice, I have proof on my bank statement. My bank says that it is the way the hotel ran the card. The hotel takes no responsibility. The hotel manager Cyndi was VERY rude over the phone. She does not want to help resolve this situation at all.

My stay was ok, Our first night, we got off the Elevator and all you could smell was pot! Swear we got a contact high just walking to our room at the end of the hall. Couldn’t sleep this first night because the vent in the bathroom I’m assuming was shared with room next door and those people were up all night talking very loudly. Housekeeping was great, I even checked the bed for bugs and didn’t see any! Second night was better, staff was very nice.

True Quality, this Quality Inn is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at hands down. Clean room, caring staff, and high speed Wi-Fi. I will be back here when I come back in the area.

Rooms have been remodeled and are very clean and spacious, staff is friendly curtious and very helpful, and professional, enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing experience. The rooms were extremely clean, beds very comfortable, and a delicious breakfast was provided. Mary at the front desk went above and beyond to make this a memorable stay for our daughter. She was so sweet and kind every time we saw her. She even made gift bags full of kids activities upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all in the future.

The room I stayed in was clean & roomy. The bed was quite comfy. I missed breakfast. The front desk ladies were accommodating (Mary & Maria) I was scheduled in an ADA room which I ended up not needing. I was moved to another room with a tub. Yeah. I'd stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Everywhere we went in the hotel was clean — the parking lot, lobby, drink machine area, hallway, elevator, etc. Our room and bathroom was very clean and up-to-date. It looked as if the hotel had a recent renovation. The breakfast was good; I really enjoyed the waffles and orange juice! Also, no where smelled like cigarette smoke which was something I was worried about with two little kids. Had an excellent time! I would recommend anyone staying here!

Awesome place! I love it! I could live there… I recommended it to ALL I come in contact with. The whole experience was outstanding!

Fabulous service. Great accommodations. The price was great but the choice points were way too high compared to price.

Great place for the price. Everything was clean and quite. My only problem was the fact that I paid for a Jacuzzi room and I couldn't use it, because it was leaking downstairs. I should of been offered another room, and if it wasn't available then at least paid for a regular rate.

Stayed in quality inn April 2017. The room was clean and big, breakfast was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. Especially considering the very cheap price! Will stay there again next time I'm in town!

As of June 2017, this place is very good and feels brand new outside and inside. Rooms are spacious and clean, may use a little more lighting but only because the rooms are so huge. It's conveniently located and comparable in quality and comfort to some of the more expensive hotels located in the area around. Breakfast was fine, standard hot and cold options plus waffles. People working here were very nice and helpful.

Stayed in room 309 it was clean and comfortable. The pillows were a little smooshie but I just balled them up. It was the girl up fronts second day alone when I checked in, I think her name was Mary (not 100%) she was super nice and very helpful.

Clean place affordable price.

It looked partially renovated. In other words, our room looked partially new and old. A little odd.

Stayed here while in town for our one day assembly and was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome because of me loving waffles. Even though I work for Quality Inn also would definitely be visiting back in Dec. 2017 for our next circuit assembly.

Love quality inns all of them, reminds me of best western awesome! Just one suggestion for all hotels. These soap bar wrappings, try not to make them so thick. It's hard to get open.

The front desk staff was very nice and very engaging I like staying there.
