It's really friendly, clean, the rooms are really nice and if we're in North Carolina again this is where we will stay.

Great and friendly reception and clean. Breakfast was good.

Again another basic low budget hotel… nothing fancy there… no pillow cases on some pillows don't clean behind things and it was so hot and stuffy in the room cause they keep air off. But like I said basic low budget stay.

Horrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiibbbbbbbbllllllleeeee. The agent at the desk Kelly is very sweet but very under trained. We waited an hour for our room after receiving keys to two other rooms that were already occupied. In the shower I literally almost broke my neck because the middle of the tub is badly broken and covered with a mat making it unnoticeable until you step down on it. The room was clean and the staff is nice. This hotel is very badly ran and I will never stay here again. We made our reservation months ago. This was the worst stay at an hotel I have EVER ENCOUNTERED.

Good room… ok breakfast… there was a leak in the hallway but they had a bucket under it. Workout room is small but efficient.

Weed in the nightstand. Still in bag. Condom wrappers and other trash stuck in every nook and cranny possible. Disturbing textured thick stains on the foldout couch. Looks like chunky blood. Alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Lots of pubes. Pubes everywhere. Found some slightly used yoga pants behind the couch cushion. Ice packs, ziplock bags in the fridge. Cigarette ash piles next to the bed. But hey, haven't seen a bug yet! Ill be back to edit the review in the morning, if I'm still alive. Lots of foot traffic in the hallway. Almost as if someone were running a business out of the rooms here… selling something, maybe?

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! You will get a contact from the smell of weed if you enjoy getting high whether you like it or not. The Indian owner is VERY VERY arrogant and rude and frankly talks to people like we offended him and owe him the world. Got upset because the price was around $80.00 but because I had discount and vouchers my price came to $49.00 dollars and he went in on how this and that and he was going to put an end to these type of discount etcetera?! Honestly I stayed there as a last option because the better hotels were booked or farther away and this place isn't worth even $49.00 just heads up to whoever reads this.

Great experience here, front desk was very pleasurable. Room was good for the price and breakfast was satisfactory. Only complaint was the moaning coming from across the hall most of the night and into the early morning.

Comfortable rooms, nice beds, the angled bathrooms are a little awkward but otherwise a great place. I'll stay here next time I work I the area.

I couldn't have stayed at a most kind, helpful, clean environment… when me an my husband visit Raleigh NC with Phillips & Jordan construction crew you can bet your dollar Quality Inn is were I rather be.

Close to amenities but far away enough that you are not crowded… I went by self so safe environment for a woman.

Rooms are nice, CLEAN! Great price! Area looks safe. My handicapped Mother and I are staying over for a surgery tomorrow, we feel very comfortable! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Super firendly and courteous staff. Bathroom seemed small but overall the room was extremely clean. Fast Wi-Fi. Hotel was right next to a larger road so there was a bit of excessive road noise like racing and such. Overall I would pick to stay there again.

Nice hotel, beds are comfortable, and the staff is pleasant. Nice to be able to do late checkout with Choice Rewards card since we arrived at 3am.

My husband and I have been staying here on weekends to gain privacy while staying with family as our house is being repaired. I love that they have smoking rooms available. My husband loves the breakfast.

My usual stay for the Raleigh area. It is in a convient location and the staff are exceptionally nice.

Great Nice Place. Especially on New Bern Ave. Where the gangstas and Hustlers hang out at other end of New Bern. Although there is a new Holiday Inn Express down at that end. But u cant smoke in your room. U have to go outside. Bummer. Thats why Im sooooooooo glad that Quality Inn is Plush and nice but is Accomadating.

I stayed for a layover from my job. My schedule changed and they accommodated my needing the room longer and were extremely fair with the pricing. I will be staying here when I layover from now on. Clean comfortable room, quiet and very close to my work. Definitely worth the money.

The hotel was not bad overall. I had a king suite. The room would have been great, but there were no privacy curtains. Basically, anyone driving on the elevated single lane road, or walking on it could have seen me. The only curtains were the thin see through ones. The hooks for the curtains were still laying on the windowsill.

I was not impressed upon arrival but the room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here during a hospital visit and I will not be staying again. Through our three days there I felt inching in my legs but ignored it. On the third day when I left I discovered BED BUGS! When I tried to report it they claimed the Mananger was not there that day! The room smelled and the bathroom was gross. I usually hate to leave bad reviews but this was my worst expierence.

Clean, very professional and very helpful staff. The conference room was very nice, comfortable setting, and very well setup for the conference.

While not the newest hotel, it's not quite "old" yet either. I only interacted with two staff members; the first between midnight and one. Pretty cool guy, down to earth and we had an actual conversation. I met the second employee around 8:30ish in the morning, and while I did not have the time to chat (nor the patients) he was incredibly polite. Not only me but any one who walked into the lobby or out the door. The breakfast was… on par with other Quality Inns. There were four available power sockets on the bedside table and a TV around 40" at 1366x768 in front of the bed with basic Direct TV. The customer service is almost always the most important part.

My husband booked a room with a king bed for us to stay in overnight for a baseball tournament. The room smelled so bad. Like it used to be a smoking room but none of the furniture had been changed so it still had the cigarette smell. The blankets had burn holes in them, along with the tub. The furniture was broken. The vent in the bathroom was caked in dust. If we had not checked in at 8 at night, I would have asked for a refund and found another hotel. The ac didn't work I had to set out on 64 and the room was still barely cool. The icing on the cake? Being woken up at 1 am due to 2 guys yelling and arguing in the hall, which then carried on outside, in the parking lot right in front of my window for another 20 min. Management never called the police or stopped it. We had to be up by 0630 for another baseball tournament… Never again…

Comfortable beds and ok breakfast. No cookies though.

Made a 4 day stay through choice online and had an emergency (death in family) and had to cut the stay to 3 days. So went to front desk after first day I was there to tell lady at desk of need to cut stay short a day and she said no problem and it is fine. When we went to check out, another lady at desk then said that I could not get a refund of my forth day because I made reservations online. Truly pissed! Even though choice reservations online made the change, this hotel would not give me a refund. Travelers beware if you make reservations online…

Ok Suite. Had a 6:30am Rude Wake up with them doing Roof Repairs above our Suite on 2nd Floor. Reminded me of being in Dentist Chair and Drilling teeth. Horrible. Management offered another room on 1st floor at reduced rate. Which after viewing wasn't acceptable. Checked out after 1 of 3 scheduled nights. While Packing. My heel caught a piece of wire sticking out of worn corner of Chair in living room. Only comped us $10.00 off bill. Never again will we stay there.

The entrance of the Quality Inn was nicely set up and clean, however the rooms can use an update. The couch was torn and the carpet needs cleaning. The comforters, sheets and pillows could also use updating.

It was spacious. Rooms needs to more clean.

Had a great weekend with friends will return when walnut Creek reopens.

Nice place. Evening older desk worker has one of the worst attitudes. Never the less comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Clean, staff very helpful. The GM goes above and beyond to accommodate me everytime. Privacy is a perk, two flat screens in the suites, along with microwave, fridge and jacuzzi. Would recommend.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone! Even the pricing was better than most hotels nearby. Decent breakfast and free high speed internet. I will definitely be using Quality Inn when I am back in NC.
