This hotel seems like it was designed by a high school shop class. The end of building entrance accesses only the first floor of the hotel. If the guest is on a higher floor they must walk the entire length of the hotel to the front desk and take the elevator up and walk the entire length of the hotel back to their room. There are stairs at the end of the building but they only lead to the parking lot and there is no return into the stairs once one goes outside. The plumbing is cheap. Shower control is cumbersome to operate. The breakfast is awful. Question: did anyone from Hilton’s Management stay at this inferior product? Were the barking dogs in the adjoining rooms when they stayed,

This place was great! Very clean, and modern and the employees always greeted you. The breakfast bar was included with your stay and it had many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again!

This is the second visit to this place and I love it. It's clean and the people are very friendly. I was there staying with my brother in the hospital and every day they asked how he was. The rooms are great with a real fridge and even a dishwasher. They have snacks by check in and even ice cream and Hilton beds! I have 2 more visits lined up and can't wait!

Nice large clean rooms, plenty of amenities staff was courteous polite and very helpful. Great free breakfast in the morning, free daily news paper and they even have a little convenience store in the lobby. I was here for a conference with VA Medical Center I will definitely stay here again.

Staff is friendly. The hotel is nice and the rooms are big with great amenities. However, I do think this location could improve their cleaning services. I stayed here last year and felt the same way. When settling in after checking in, I noticed hair in the shower. Otherwise, the location is great for visitors and I'd stay here again.

Such an amazing place to stay! The staff members are all wonderful and go above and beyond for all of the customers. The rooms themselves we're very nice and well maintained. Great breakfast every morning with a good variety.

This hotel is amazingly beautiful, super nice staff, awesome big and chic looking rooms, 5 star place? Absolutely… except for the acoustics. I could hear every step of the people above me, and a lot of the conversations of the people beside me. Clearly you can hear everything if someone is in the hall, but that's the case in almost every hotel. The people above me really kept me up late and woke me up early. I moved to the top floor the next day and the stay was wonderful after that, but had the top floor been unavailable, the remainder of the stay would have been irksome to say the least. I've talked to others with the same complaints, but judging from the reviews this is not everyone's experience, and that's okay.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable, pillows are nice combo of firm and soft. Comes with full size fridge and oven. Nice Samsung LED tv's, plenty of outlets for plugging in phones, tablets, laptops, etc. Exercise room nicely equipped with modern cardio machines, and good free weights.

This is a gem of a hotel nestled back in between Chapel Hill and Durham off 15-501. The rooms are clean and fairly priced, plus the staff was quite friendly! My stay here was short, but I would come back here again if I needed to stay in a good location just off campus. Also there are places to eat within walking distance and if you don't have a car, you can Uber to some resteurants that are only a 5 minute drive away.

Clean rooms. I love the laundry being placed in the gym. I was able to work out and watch my clothes. Laundry is $1 per load for wash and dry. Room was spacious and up-to-date. I would like wired internet for my router and a HDMI input. Was able to unplug the cable box to use my own device. Staff were courteous.

Great accommodations at a competitive price. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Stated in a king suite with a sofa, work area and kitchenette. I will stay again.

I absolutely love Home2 Suites by Hilton. The staff always make us feel at home when we stay and they remember you on your return. Nice and clean.

Location was good. Right off of major highway. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was mediocre consisting mainly of microwavable meals and bread products. I would stay there again.

Other than the jump rope competition the kids were having upstairs, we had another pleasant stay at Home 2 Suites. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean, and the linens fresh. Morning breakfast is decent, location is near major campuses with easy access from the highway, couple of places within walking distance are good for a quick bite. Shopping center behind the hotel has a mix of shops covering most of what you might need if you're visiting your college student.

Spacious room, good set up, staff very accommodating. Kitchen was very convenient. Bed a little too soft but that is just a personal preference.

Great hotel clean rooms nice comfortable beds friendly staff and a awesome breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It's new and up to date. Clean and spacious rooms with a small kitchen. Very helpful staff. Breakfast serves all your needs. Nearby are a lot of restaurants. You can walk across from the hotel. Free coffee and tea all day long.

One of the best Hilton's I have stayed in as far as the rooms and modern atmosphere go. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I have ever slept in… ever. The sheets are like a cloud, I would recommend just for the bed. The breakfast is sub par, only offering microwavable protein options such as egg sandwiches and no oatmeal option that particular day. Will definitely look for the home2 division more, but hope they improve the breakfast selection.

I absolutely love staying in all of the Home2 Suites By Hilton! This one, in Durham, is one of my favorites so far, though. I really like the setup of the rooms. I always choose these hotels because I enjoy cooking my own food rather than eating out… and these always have fantastic kitchens in them!

Handicap room was large, bed was unbelievably soft and comfy. Room was well arranged with microwave and refrigerator. In room dining was nice. Two negatives the refrigerator door was hinged on the right and opened next to the door, also all the hanging hooks in the bathroom were low. Some of the hooks needed to be higher. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

Suites are super clean and I love the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast! Service has been great, and everyone has been polite and helpful. Also within walking distance are Chipotle and a few other restaurants, so it's a very convenient location!

Changing my review from 4 stars to 1. This morning while I was checking out to catch an early flight home, I discovered toe nails (none of which belonged to me, my toe nails are painted) in the bed. I stayed in this hotel for THREE DAYS! The only way toes nails could have ended up in my bed is if the bedding wasn't changed or if the floors were not vacuumed and somehow ended up in the bedding. I am very disturbed by this and will no longer stay at Home2 suites when I stay with Hilton.

I came here for a business training and it was an extremely pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was nice (hello nutella waffles) and there is a pool, workout facility and cute fireplace patio. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was more comfortable than my king serta at home! This particular location is within walking distance of a Kroger, multiple other shops (Kohl's being one) a nice craft beer tavern and a burger shop that is aMAZing. I highly recommend this location if you need a place to stay in Durham/Chapel Hill.

Very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. Beautiful rooms with a nice fridge and dishwasher for an extended stay. Their gym is also very nice so no need to go pay for a day pass out in town.

Getting into the hotel lot was simple. It was the getting out that was confusing because you can't go back out the way you come in. A minor annoyance. The lobby, decor, and ambiance were bright and cheerful with a modern chic feel. The rooms definitely felt more like a home than a hotel. Beds were decent. Nice, frosted shower doors. Would stay in one next time I travel.

Clean. Spacious. Modern. My family and I came into town for a family member's funeral after the snowstorm. The front desk staff, Ms. Yolanda, was very friendly and accommodating. She added a little sunshine to an otherwise grievous time… Employees like her, very hospitable, are a positive reflection on the company… The beds were very comfortatable and as one reviewer stated before they have thought of everything to accommodate whatever need you may have. Very family friendly. Definitely recommending this hotel.

The nicest most accommodated staff I have ever experienced. Everyone so quick to help in every way. Awesome place to stay they have literally thought of everything. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud rooms are very nice. Will come back. Thanks so much.
