I've been to many hotels and places to rest (I still think Los logos in ARK. Is breathtaking) but this has the second best one for us. Very relaxing and peaceful and surrounded by many good places to eat and shop… very.

I would like to thank one of the staff members, Tae she is very helpful and cleaned My room very nicely She has also made sure I had the best stay possible.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable except for a weird (almost silicone-y) odor that never went away. Also, we stayed for 3 nights. The first day we left our room and felt it didn’t need to be cleaned so we left the “do not disturb” signs on the door and went about our day. The second, however we were gone the entire day and opted for our room to be cleaned and removed the signs expecting that when we returned our room would be cleaned and towels changed. Didn’t happen. Had our room been cleaned that day, I would give a higher rating. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case.

Great location, only 10 to 20 minutes from everything. 5 star service too!

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels in the area. From the price to the staff, it’s great. I’ve been coming here for years. Tara and Andres have always made my stay feel like I’m at home. Also Lisa, she’s a sweetie pie and will go above and beyond make sure your happy. Thanks guys.

Impressed with my stay! The room was very spacious and clean and the bed is ridiculously comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful, I was seriously impressed with my entire stay as well as the price! My boyfriend and I definitely have a designated hotel every time we visit :).

Most bang for the buck. Incredibly clean and upgraded. The front desk gets you in quick and without a bunch of hassle. Very professional. I come here when in town and pass many other established hotels to try and get to this one. I recommend to all of my friends.

This is the best place for the money, I feel like I'm home in my apartment with awesome service and hospitality.

Older property. No sign at front door. Staff were experts and being nowhere around. House keeping barged into room on the wrong day and ARGUED with me about how it was the right day. Front staff didnt care. Just didnt get house keeping that week. Generally speaking avoid this hotel.

Visited a guest that was staying here and the place seemed very nice. On site gym, small kitchen in the room. Very clean. I would definitely consider staying here if the need arose.

Great service, very friendly and professional staff. Stayed at this candlewood suites this past weekend, and the hostess Monique was very polite and friendly, she catered to all of our needs. Did, the shuttle bus driver was also very hospitable, he chauffeured us to pizza hut and treated us to a big soda afterwards. Great stay, nice clean room and great service! Me, my girlfriend and my sister will definitely be visiting again soon!

Intimate… off main road but entrance is in back. Quiet setting. Room had nice amenities.

The stay was great except paying 25 dollars a night for our dog to stay with us. It was non refundable. I think a deposit would be more appropriate and if there is no damage it would be refunded.

Friendly and very accommodating staff, rooms were nicely appointed and the hotel had clearly just been renovated. However, the lobby was awkwardly set up with several choke points and inaccessible to wheelchair users, which was a disappointment to see.

Great hotel to stay in, Freshly renovated rooms are beautiful and very clean. From the people that work at the front desk to the ones that clean the rooms, everyone is very helpful and nice. I am staying here while I work out of town and I will not stay anywhere else. I came back to the hotel this evening and the management had pizza and sodas for the guest, how great is that. I will be putting in my reservations early for next week to make sure I get a room here.

Bad hotel that could be great. This hotel racked 99% of my all time hotel complaints. Stayed at this property 3 weeks in about 4 rooms or so. 1. Bad internet service. Complained a lot, nobody cared. Called support, they told me that hotel management doesn't want service fixed. 2. Dirty — I could write a lot about this 3. Overflowed toilet — the excuse was the construction crew flushed bad things 4. Tv had to be replaced 5. Shower curtain not long enough? Really, that's something that can be missed when they (clean? ) the room. 6. Leaking coffee maker. Asked about coffee filters, they said they need to buy some. Went and bought my own, 1$ for a 200 pack. I will leave the extras here for other guests. 7. Laundry room. Hit or miss washers, sometimes they work, sometimes 3 of them marked defective. Put the clothes in a dryer (not marked defective) came back in an hour, wet and cold. 8. Management never reached back to me to address any of complaints or try to make things right.

Recently renovated — new flooring, comfy beds, new cooking utensils, new fitness room equipment, but also some "new smell" that luckily is not too strong. Rooms have full-size fridges and stoves. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient to Rte 40. Rooms are cleaned only once a week, but fresh towels and sheets are available at the front desk. Wish that recycling was available.

I stayed here last year for several months, and left about a month in from when they started the renovations. Back then, the rate I had matched the quality of the room in my personal opinion. With that said, the renovations appear to be completed (I believe I saw a couple of rooms that they're still working on, I'm not too sure), and wow. Compared to what the rooms were like a year ago, this is a steal! The staff has always been friendly, and although I don't like the pet policy ($25 a night, up to $150 +tax comes out to $160 and some change versus the Staybridge's $50 flat rate) it balances out with the rates. I will be staying here again in the future!

Great location… But wasn't tracking they are (big time) a construction zone. Blowers inn the hall, bathroom in bad shape. I'm sure it'll bee great when complete. Not at all what I expected our paid for.

Overall my ratings are reflective of the hotel stay. I stayed in an non-renovated room and hopefully things will only get better. The existing appliances and cabinets were dated but effective. The faux hardwood flooring is much preferred over carpet that seems to hide dirt better. However, the hotel was undergoing a remodel of the entire building from what I can gather. Therefore, based on this review be mindful that the noise and cleanliness is reflected in that construction. They didn't start any morning construction until after 8 and from what I could gather ended about 5PM. Therefore, if you need to sleep during the day make sure to either get a room away from the construction or stay at another place.

This property is in the midst of renovation and has some kinks to work out, primarily with housekeeping. Sofa bed was filthy, floors were very dirty. Kendall at the front desk was incredible and took care of the sofa bed immediately. Once this property is back up to speed and gets a much needed deep cleaning it will be a 4 star stay. The desk staff is responsive, the room quiet and comfortable. The mattress was new and comfortable.

Clean, inviting doing excellent upgrades looks like it should be done in month or less. But you would never know there was updating going on because I haven't heard a peep just seen the workers. It's not bothersome whatsoever like most places when they upgrade. I've never stayed in this brand of hotel before. I'm very impressed and will stay in these whenever I can. The WHOLE staff has been great and friendly. The extra free amenities are also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a room within a 20 miles of here.

The room I stayed in has very nice amenities. Full refrigerator​, dishwasher, silverware, desk, sink outside of bathroom, stovetop burners. The parking lot was dimly lit but quiet.

The room was ok but not great. The bathroom door was warped and didn't close all the way. The toilet made some weird gurgling noises that made me a little concerned about the plumbing. Other than that it was a pretty unremarkable, typical hotel room. On the plus side the staff were all nice, things were clean, and the building was conveniently located.

It was a nice stay. Just one night. The staff was friendly.

Great price and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and they have little kitchens, so if you don't want to eat out cook in. It comes with cabinets full of utensils too.

This hotel is nice and economical, rooms are okay if you look at the pricing.

We stayed here for a month and half and couldnt have been happier. The staff was caring, flexible, and went out of the way to help us at multiple instances. The place is clean and well maintained and is located very close to offices in RTP as well good eateries. For the price you pay, this place is well worth it.

Fantastic Hotel- The staff is friendly and professional. The lobby and public spaces are very well kept and clean. They have a great fitness center and free guest laundry room. My room was clean and nice. The property is not brand new, but they keep it up amazingly and the staff and management is fabulous! Thank you for another wonderful and restful stay. I will definitely be back.

The staff is beyond friendly. They all were very nice and willing to help in any way. I just moved here from CA and when I told them, they gave me a thorough rundown of the area, told me good places to live, eat and what attractions were around. They were happy for me to be moving here and were excited, even though it had nothing to do with them personally. Maybe it is just the Southern attitude, but they are great. The rooms are very nice as well. They are clean, comfortable and if you need anything, they'll accommodate you. I have never had a better experience at a hotel in my life and I have traveled all around the world. Thank you Candlewood staff.

Avoid this terrible hotel with unprofessional and incompetent employees, including the manager and even corporate customer service, at all cost. I experienced my worst interaction with a hotel and its corporate customer service last night at this hotel. Briefly, I had a reservation, they did not hold it and repeatedly disappointed me with atrocious customer service and ineptitude. It may be cheap, but there are many other inexpensive places in the RTP area to stay that are a far better value and won't leave you stranded without a place to stay in the middle of the night like the managers, employees, and corporate offices of this hotel might.

I stayed at the Candlewwod Suites in Durham/RTP for a month after relocating to the area. The hotel is no frills, but clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for an extended stay. The staff is absolutely fabulous and will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. There's a small pantry in the lobby with food, several washers/dryers for your laundry, free wireless throughout the hotel, and weekly linen service. The location is very convenient for anyone who needs to get to RTP. Pets are welcome too. Perfect option for anyone moving to the area, getting acclimated, or working in RTP for an extended trip. Thanks again to the staff for their hospitality.

We stayed here for 7 weeks while waiting to move into a new house. It's no frills, but clean and the staff is great. The rooms are quiet, but small. The location just off I-40 near RTP, RDU, and easy drives to Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh make this an ideal place for a long-term stay if you're working in the area.

I've stayed 150 nights at Priority Club hotels in the past 2 years, and this was the dumpiest of them all. Rooms are noisy — I could clearly hear the guy next door talking on his cell phone. TVs are outdated and remotes broken. Hotel is definitely showing its age. I'd swear I had fleas or something in my room at my last stay. I've never been so itchy in my life. Exercise room is mediocre at best. Sheets/towels are low-end. The two good things — the staff is very nice and the price is low.

A suite is just the thing for a week-long stay, and at this property you get a decent amount of room. Fits kitchen, desk, bed without everything being crammed in. Good rate, too, same as regular hotel nearby. The only low point is no coffee in the morning, but I could have just used the coffeepot in my room. I will definitely stay here my next trip to the area.
