Clean, quiet, friendly staff, comfortable rooms… very nice!

I understand COVID has a lot of things shut down right now, but we booked this hotel because it stated it had a breakfast buffet. We were not told at check in that there were exceptions being made. When we went down for breakfast the next morning, we were offered an apple and muffin or yogurt. They are false advertising a breakfast buffet at this time. They normally have it but if it is closed for now, they need to let people know before booking this hotel and not waiting to find out the next morning. When asking the manager about it, she said COVID 19 and she would not make anything right for the inconvenience.

Beautiful Hotel friendly staff, convenient location to shopping centers, restaurants and anything you need.

Nice quiet place, atmosphere does set the pace for those in the meeting rooms.

I really enjoy SpringHill Suites in general. They have nice rooms, internet TVs, a decent breakfast and the service is usually great. This property is outstanding.

My family and I was displaced by Hurricane Florence and the staff there treated us with such hospitality and passion. The staff never hesitated to take us in and treat us like family. This treatment was given to all guests that I encountered and spoke with. While most guests we're concerned and worried about family members being displaced by the storm and the condition of their homes, the staff's only concern was making sure that the hotel was a home away from home. The staff did such a great job I almost felt as if I was on vacation not evacuation because of a storm. Manager Ted and desk clerk Jessica Willis were absolutely amazing at making my family and I were comfortable. We could not have rode Hurricane Florence out at a better place.

This is a nice complex of hotels right off of Ledsome Lane servicing Raleigh, Durham, and Cary North Carolina. Several hotels from Marriott to Best Western all sharing the same parking lot. There are also restaurants there too. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Nice Staff. We will definitely be going back.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very nice, and the staff were so helpful, even with us arriving at 1 AM with 3 kids. Excellent breakfast!

Definitely a luxury value driven location for people who travel with family. The suites are large enough to give. Each other space. Great for work, leisure, contemporary feel. The GM Ted asked how I was being treated and if everything was good with our stay. The ladies Chantelle morning of 26th and the you lady on evening of 25th were very helpful and friendly. Great food, beer, and wine options. Fireplace, bar lounge in lobby, pool and great fitness center. Also breakfast was included, fresh, and had healthy choices. Great value AAA and Marriott rewards members are missing out if you haven’t tried Spring Hill Suites.

Rooms are clean, quiet. The only reason why I give it a 3 star rating is because when I went down stairs to report my phone not working before I left for a training in the morning. I was told it was going to be taken care of. When I came back in the afternoon and before I went back to my rom I asked a lady that was in the service desk if my phone was fixed to her response "well why don't you pick up the head set and find out" I don't want to sound entitled but since I am a paying customer I can tell you all, that was not the answer I was looking for. It will be that last time I will be staying in that establishment.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, nice sized rooms with great amenities. While I know that we all have different taste in mattresses I found mine to be much too firm and as a result did not sleep well but the breakfast buffet was good and helped me get going after a poor night's sleep. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

For my first stay, I cannot lie; this place was great, relaxing, perfect and spacious. But only things I didn’t really like to see were sum of my towels still had hair in or on them and not mine (mines blonde and they were dark). And I did love knowing breakfast was 0600 and even pretty much prepared abit before then, that definitely says a lot and helps. Oh and people at the front desk always greeted people no matter what they had going on or kindly did so even with someone they were assisting. They were helpful, kind and always made themselves available. I definitely would recommend this hotel still.

This place is ideally from the highway with quick access to Carry and Raleigh. The hotel is either very new or very well maintained. The staff was courteous and quickly responded to any requests. The rooms also feature smart TV platforms so logging into Netflix was painless and didn't require a separate device.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are beautiful and clean. The common areas are also beautiful and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Next time we are in town, there is no question on where we will be staying.

I never actually got to stay at this hotel. I made a reservation. My flight was delayed, so I called the hotel at 10:30 PM and told them my flight would be delayed and I would not be arriving until 1:30 AM. I asked the woman I was speaking to if that would be ok? She assured me it was no problem and to just come to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30, to find that they had sold my room. I was told the rooms were oversold. I had paid for an Uber to take me from the airport to the hotel. The gentlemen had already arranged for me to go to another hotel which they would pay for and they also paid for a taxi to take me to the new hotel. My biggest issue with this was after a full day of delayed planes due to weather all sorts of travel problems, I did not get settled into my new hotel until 3:30 AM, and I had to be up and out of the hotel at 7:00 AM. If the first person had told me that the hotel was sold out and also told me that they had made other arrangements for me, I could have just gone directly to the other hotel and shaved 2 hours off of a really bad day. They shouldn’t have overbooked the rooms, and they shouldnt have told me that it was ok to just come there, if they were just going to transfer me to another hotel.

Room and stand up shower, was very nice, king size bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great! Enjoyed our 7 night stay! Lots of places to eat in the area, 2 malls in the area. Very convenient!

This hotel is like my 2nd home, in Raleigh. My office is just a mile away, and the location is also great for activities, shopping, and dinning. The hotel and the staff are all great. Sime staff are just like family, like Matthew at the bar. He always hollers out to me when I arrive, by name. He knows my preferred drink, and what is going on with my company. This is why I feel so at home here.

Really surprised with how nice this hotel was. For the price I thought it would be a dump but it was very clean, had great amenities, the free breakfast was pretty good too. The only downside is parking. Would say that the staff is great and there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Great for families!

Magnificent staff, we had multiple cheerful conversations with many different departments we loved them the most! The accommodations we're lovely, clean, and quiet I felt they did a wonderful job spacing everyone. Enjoyed breakfast once again staff completely accommodating but some breads were a bit stale tasting. Afternoon and night front desk staff were so sweet. Really enjoyed the front desk supervisor. We will be coming to stay again.

Lovely staff. Spacious rooms. Free breakfast buffet. Housekeeping is fast and efficient. Free parking. Nice decor. Nice size pool. Fitness room is small but have enough equipment to do multiple exercises.

Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the whole place is clean. Breakfast has variety and is also good. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for my wedding night and the staff is incredibly sweet! My only complaint would be the breakfast area. It's quite small and there isn't much food options. Great if your looking for something quick!

I always enjoy my stay here when traveling to Carry. Mathew at the Bar is great along with all members of the staff with whom I have interacted.

I've never stayed at one of these hotels before definitely would recommend it. Very clean Hotel, kind-hearted people, my room was extremely clean comfortable and checking in checking out with a breeze. Would love to stay in one of these hotels again sometime. Also the gym was very nice and clean and also with the pool.

My company uses this location frequently. The room was nice and the bathrooms were clean. They provided everything we needed.

The hotel has this modern-look and feel to it. The staff was very nice. She greeted us as we walked in and gave my toddler brother a toy, which I have never seen before. Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice. Two beds and a sofa bed. Plus, there was a little work space table. Breakfast was complementary. The rates aren't high at all. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The room and stand up shower, was very nice, king size bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows, but the bedspread was too small, my hubby and I kept fighting over the covers! Lol. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and customer service oriented, especially Jessica. Jessica was working the front desk almost every day I was there. She greeted me with a genuine smile, remembered my name, and had a great sense of humor. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. I actually bumped into their chief engineer several times as well. He always enquired about the room and wanted to make sure not only that everything was working correctly but also if there was anything they could do to improve. The location is very convenient, it's close to the highway. It shares a parking lot with a Breakfast restaurant, a Chinese buffet, and Mediterranean restaurant. Directly across the street is a gas station with convenience store. I'll be staying here every time I visit RD or cary for business.

Great location near NC State and major highways. Awesome room, very clean and well laid out. Pool was small but worked for teenagers! Definitely recommend. Friendly staff as well.

Amazing room. Comfortable king bed with plenty of pillows. Entertainment area with couch, desk, and table perfect for board games. Sliding door opens to luxurious bath includes HUGE tiled stall shower, large vanity, and beautiful tiled floor. Indoor pool and a bar in entrance area makes this place complete. Great value!

The room we stayed in had a large bathroom with a clear glass shower, and the door going into the bathroom slid on rails which was really nice and elegant. The need was nice and really comfortable. There were pillow choice from down to a firmer cotton stuffed. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, waffels, and oatmeal with all kinds of toppings! An indoor pool which was really nice. I we really enjoyed my stay. A+

Really enjoyed our stay, we were there on the first and had a great time, kids loved the pool, breakfast was great, only problem I had was the bar wasn't open especially on New Years Eve, but understand if there was a family emergency with bar tender, only suggested is to maybe have a backup bar tender on special occasions, bar could have made a killing, other than that our stay was amazing.

We appreciated how large the suites were. Lots of extras… mini fridge, microwave, large couch that makes out unto a bed, large super clean bathrooms and a walk in closet! We hate we didn't have time for the indoor pool. Wonderful breakfast with super friendly staff. A nice small bar area in the main lobby. Very modern decor. Free Wi-Fi. Top of the line and we will for sure stay here the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time and would come back again. Breakfast was very good as chef Sumner Rojas was very helpful and you could tell he had a lot of Pride in his work. Pool was a lot of fun and warm for our two kids. If there was a Hot Tub it would be even better. The bathroom was beautiful but was lacking an exhaust fan. All in all a great place to stay…

Loved the king sized bed and the way the room was laid out with a more open concept but appropriate screening to make it feel like two rooms. Everything was very clean and put together. The breakfast area, bar, and business center were decorated nicely. We definitely will be staying here again.

Will update review later with specifics, but nice hotel with modern amenities and friendly staff. Comfortable room. Shower not quite hot enough for our taste, but everything clean.

The rooms aren't overly big, but very well though out. Comfortable beds and and heated pool make this a great option when you're in the triangle area. A Hot tub would make this place perfect…

We arrived real early and were tired. We went to the hotel to let them know we were there and to call us when the room was available. They did better! They allowed us to check in so we could go to the room and take a nap. All the employees were awesome. The hotel was clean, quiet, just a great place to stay. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent memory.
