Stayed here for my birthday weekend loved it clean staff treats you nice.

Absolutely delightful staff is exceptional nice and rooms are clean you won’t be disappointed I highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! I walk into my room and Lysol wipes and towelettes are waiting for me! First I’ve seen yet with my business traveling since mid — April. I’ll be staying here all the time with work again! Thanks Doubletree.

I first heard of DoubleTree from a friend of mine who said they have these awesome cookies. So I finally went to one and got like 5 package of cookies. This afternoon, I picked Double tree to reserve a room for my mom because of the cookies that the staff gave me the first time and guess what? I got 2 packs due to a customer turning around and giving me his pack.

DoubleTree By Hilton Fayetteville, NC Very unprofessional, and I would never recommend any of my family or friends to support this business.
After working here for 4 months I’ve learned that a brands name can sometimes NOT hold any weight. This franchise hotel is stamped with the Hilton brand, which is very far fetch after being on the inside and actually seeing how business is ran. I plan to go to the media with my questions and concerns reguarding my incident here at the DoubleTree. I would advise any potential customers to please spend your money where you the guest will be valued and most importantly respected. I hope Hilton take more consideration into who they allow to use their name, because it seems that some company’s are using if for negative agendas.

Love knowing the standard for Double Tree is always the same. Staff is always professional and friendly. Everything is always clean and we'll maintained.

Had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds, very spacious room, clean, big bathroom, fridge and coffee maker in room. Just needs a microwave. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast wasn't included, but a really yummy warm cookie was.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I especially appreciated how clean everything was, from the room to the pool and workout area. We loved the modern shower in our room and the bed was very comfortable. We knew that their was no complimentary breakfast so I packed our breakfast and the staff let us use the microwave downstairs in the lobby area every morning. They gifted us free water bottles and warm cookies when we arrived and even threw in a bag of gluten free cookies for me after finding out I couldn’t have the other ones. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants yet quiet and traffic not bad at all. We also were very close to the PNC Arena and didn’t even have to get on 40 to get there. We will definitely come back!

Nice hotel with the receptions being very polite. Clean and comfortable. The pool water was freezing on their indoor pools and they didn't have enough beach towels to dry off with.

Friendly service, rooms are nice. Decent location within a short walk of restaurants and shopping.

Modern design. The bathroom was modern, new looking, clean, fresh and classy. Large tiled shower. Small but well maintained pool. Access to Carys main shopping center is walking distance. Regal 20 theatre is across the street. And course the retreat was kicked off with warm cookies. Cooled water bottles served with a smile was our send off. Definitely go back.

Best Hotel stay I have had in a while. The room was clean and comfy and the staff was very friendly. Will defiantly be my choice when I come back to the Raleigh area.

I loved my stay here. On the outside it appeared older but inside was fully renovated. Our hotel room was super clean, cleanist hotel room I've ever had. Our bathroom was very spacious and the beds we're very soft. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the Wi-Fi is not free unless Hilton honors member (and booked through your membership) and our upstairs neighbors were extremely loud.

To start, the cookies are still scrumptious. But watch out, they are addictive! My photos show the modern and sleek touches in the room. Lots of outlets and a long workspace. The pull out drawers for storage are pretty cool. My stay was quiet and uncomplicated!

Excellent service as usual. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to do the right thing. Unfortunately I've had hard time getting through to their reservation line by phone, but booking online works nicely.

If I could give this hotel a 0 I would! At this hotel I experienced racism. The manager Chrsintina D. To be exact! She had an attitude and called the police without warning. I have never experienced such a thing of being kicked out of a property while resolving my flight purely off of assumptions. I sat in the lobby peacefully with my boyfriend. However, because of others who were not under our reservation whom she had an incident with, she assumed it was okay to treat me like trash. Quoted from Christina D, " maybe you should not associate yourself with individuals like that", Unacceptable when clearly I had no involvement with who and whatever occurred. Poor management.

Easy check in. Located centrally. Great staff. Buffet breakfast with coo to order eggs easy on the budget.

Jack and his team are super helpful and terrific partners. This is one our staffs favorite places to stay. Always friendly and clean accommodations with a very tasty breakfast.

A modern place with lots of space in lobby. Has that high end hotel feel at a great price point. Rooms have large space and setup for proper use. Like the barn door for bathroom.

Great location, near shopping. Service was nice except the first night, only one man was working and I capped the desk to ask for something and never received it, had to call next morning. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

Horrible customer service. Waited 4 hours for our room when we were on top of the early check-in list. Girl at the front desk said housekeeping would have our room ready soon. We explained we had driven 12 hours, and they said asap. 3pm is regular check-in, and that's what time we finally got into our room after arriving at 11am. When we were waiting, staff tried to smooth things over by handing out cookies that were so hard someone could break a tooth. The room itself was nothing special. This was disappointing seeing it was a king suite. Bar and restaraunt close very early, then our family was told we could not order pizza and eat together in the lounge, it would have to be taken up to the private rooms. There were approximately 30 of us staying here for a wedding. "Heated" pool was ice cold. There is no hot tub. Very disappointed in the entire stay. Don't ever plan on staying at a Double Tree or Hilton hotel if I can help it. Second bad experience at this chain of hotels, and if the wedding hadn't reserved rooms in blocks, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Really good continental breakfast, fairly nice tap selection at the hotel bar, and of course the fresh baked cookie upon check in. Very pleasant stay.

Great hotel overall. The rooms are clean and decent size. The bar/restaurant area is a bit small but we never ran out of seats. (We were a group of 5) You get welcome at the front desk and they offer you a cookie which was excellent. The only thing, and it's a minor one, is that they had a sign saying that in order to save water to help the environment, if you left your towels on the hooks and/or racks in the bathroom, that would mean that you want to use these towels again the next day. I did just that but they still changed them anyways. Besides that, everything else was great.

Nice and comfortable. The AC is a bit noisy, and the restaurant does have a slightly limited menu. There are however multiple good restaurants close by, with a good selection. Gym is also fairly well equipped, if you are a bit creative with loose weights.

We drove up from Columbia (On NOT 95! MUCH better drive! ) to attend a rock concert at The Maywood. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a real nice bathroom/shower. Bed was comfortable and clean. Actually decided to fill out the card for room service breakfast the next morning as a treat to ourselves and it was right on time and delicious! Coffee tasted great as well. The location was very convenient with multiple dining and shopping choices close by.
We would definitely stay here again!

It was great. When a family has a function and reserved several rooms, you should offer a hospitality room. Also your hotel should offer complimentary coffee all day.

Highly recommend! I was skeptical but have now spent two weeks here and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, great location, good gym… almost feels like home. :) Oh yeah, make sure to get a cookie!

Great place to stay, and the location was perfect for shopping and eating. By the way don't sleep on those hot cookies they give you when you check in… can I say "Awesome"!

My husband and I stayed here for a date night before he deployed. The staff was more than accommodating and gave us a complimentary wine/beer at arrival. The bartender was super friendly and brought in some fun games for the guest to play while sitting at the bar. The next morning the kitchen staff made amazing omelets anden served them quickly to our table. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Not a good experience. I spent two days during hurricane Matthew this past weekend and they were not prepared. It was truly a safety concern. The power was out and they did nothing to accommodate the guest. The staircases were completely without light so those in the 2nd to 5th floors had to navigate through the darkness. No staff except the front desk. They were apologetic but did nothing to improve the concerns. The rooms were totally dark. The had no flashlights to offer guest despite the surrounding areas having power around us and a Home Depot with power down the block. They had from 11am when the power went out to prepare for the evening and did a poor job. The rooms are without a microwave and refrigerator. No safe in room. They never came to clean my room in the morning or make the bed. We had to ask several times for towels. I've stayed in many hotels and do not ever complain but when you stay at a Hilton, you expect more and they fell well short of the mark. I understand there was a hurricane but I don't like to be yesed without a solution. When I contacted customer service I was put on hold then hung up on twice. I called a third time and I'm told I'll get a response in 72 hours. Stay away and go a mile down the road for a better experience!

Doubletree was clean and neat. We had breakfast provided as a Hilton rewards member but would not be complimentary otherwise. The King room was well-decorated and modern. The location was convenient for my work travel and near shopping areas.

Excellent rooms very nice large clean rooms nice clean pool. Only downside all staff that worked at the desk were younger adults/teens they change your card an extra $25 a night which is refunded I have yet to receive a refund back on my card ended up paying amount $300 for 2 nights they don't even tell you it's an extra charge on the card with no microwave or small refrigerator in the room beds are nice plenty of lights in the room no fan in the bathroom. I would recommend if you have small children pay the extra $20 a night for the refrigerator and microwave. Motel is more for business people that's what was mostly there.

DoubleTree was a perfect getaway location for a night. The location was very close to Crabtree Valley Mall and the room we stayed in was beautiful and ideal. No complaints at all.

Vary clean and a fantasticly chiper staff will make your stay wonderfull I only wish they had more room for parking.

My room was okay. But the floor had a large group of kids having a party on it. I called the front desk to see if they could get them to calm down. The party finally calmed down at 4:45am. Roughly 3 hours after I complained.

PLEASE READ BEFORE STAYING HERE! *******I booked for a one night stay while I was in town for work, I checked in at 6:00 am and out at 9:00 pm a total of 13 hours for $129. First off I arrived to the hotel checked in like normal, got to my room and the key did not work. After several trips back and forth to the front desk I was informed that it was the wrong room to begin with… Understandable, next I went breakfast, I was never informed that breakfast was extra, I guess it was my fault for assuming it was included in the $129 a night fee. I was informed about the breakfast being $13.96 at checkout. They were not able to charge that amount to the card I booked with, and said I would have to pay for it separately. I gladly paid for the $13.96 because it was my fault for assuming the breakfast was free. That was all I was informed of when paying at check out. Now here's where the real trouble started. I checked my bank account of the card I used at checkout. I had a $25.00 fee and a $38.96 fee that was additionally charged to that card. I was NEVER informed of those charges to begin with. I called the Hilton to dispute the charges. Unfortunately there was no manager on the property to speak with, on a Saturday morning, during the weekend of the college basketball tournament, quite possibly the hotels busiest time of the year, weird right?

Really nice and the food was delicious. No complaints on my end.

Room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. I didn't try the food or the bar, but the bar area looked nice.

Stayed 2 nights in town for a funeral. Room was spacious and clean. Coffee available 24/7 in lobby (big plus). Front desk staff very helpful. Location is central to everything near Cary… The Mall City of North America. Easy access to airport. Plenty of parking. Bar/restaurant has limited menu and hours, but with so many choices nearby this is not an issue. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the RDU area.

The hotel was nice. Not the quality I expect from a Hilton property. Sheets had old stains, hair in the tub, as HHonors members we were not put on the higher floor or anything. Just not everything up to par. Employees were super friendly.

We lost power during a winter storm. Enjoyed our warm stay at the Hilton.
