Was skipped over in line in lobby by someone walking to the side, after waiting through about 5 min of checking 2 people in ahead of me. Didn't even acknowledge and say I'll be with you shortly or anything, the. When she did acknowledge me she says "the chips and drinks are 2$ a piece, you do know that". The rooms were mostly nice but the window shade wouldn't close all the way so light from parking was bright and the pull out couch was almost as bad as sleeping on the floor. We had 3 adults and 2 kids so we needed that 3rd bed. Breakfast was good, just crowded but the morning staff kept up with it very well.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. One of the nicest hotels in the area. Tucked away in the nice, quieter section of Charlotte known as Pineville. Rooms are HUGE. Beautiful paintings on the wall. Looks brand new everywhere inside. Extremely quiet. Front desk staff is very helpful. Mall right across the street, and several good places to eat within a rock's throw of the hotel. Do yourself a solid and order some chicken wings from China Express if you stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Check-in was a little concerning. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful but the hotel sold the room we reserved. Luckily there was one "suite" left. The room was clean. Shower could've had better pressure. Breakfast was just ok but they did have a waffle maker which was good. Location is about 10-15 mins to Carowinds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Pineville North Carolina Comfort Suites was very accommodating for a special needs senior. The accessible room all expectations.

It's an ok place, low-key and quiet. Not too fancy but located in a great spot making it easy to get to where you need to go.

Comfort Suites was a nice hotel, we stayed here while visiting Carowinds and it was close by the park. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

After Very good 5 day stay, I will say 5 stars! There is ALWAYS someone at the front desk and I love that. Very hospitable staff. Good size rooms. Very clean. Nice breakfast selection and I was impressed with the hotels happy hour! We will defiantly stay again!

Outstanding hotel in this area. There are a lot of good hotels in this area but if you are looking for clean comfortable room for a good value. This is the place.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT stay here! Especially if you are a female or have children! We stayed here, everything was good, the room was nice, breakfast food was good BUT during breakfast a guy kept following me & my kids around, he sat at several different tables (I’m assuming to keep an eye on us) he literally sat at the table beside us, turned his chair toward us & was playing on his phone. I told my husband what was going on, I guess the guy knew we were onto him so he walked out of the hotel, pulled up to the door in a van, got out, came back in to “get some water” & as he was walking back out, he stopped at me, held his phone up an took a picture of me, then tried to leave. My husband stopped him an the man denied Pictures an tried walking off. My husband happened to see a picture of our son on the mans phone as he was trying to walk away… a fight happened, cops came, a bunch of other people that “worked for this man” came out of the van. Police told us “he’s not a creep, he’s a businessman. Maybe you shouldn’t dress the way you are” (I was wearing regular shorts & a T-shirt). We ended up having to pay this creep $500 right then to keep my husband from going to jail. (He claimed he had JUST got the newest iPhone & it cost him $1000 but he said he’d take $500

Always a very clean room. Staff is great and attentive. Rooms are nice and bright and actually smells clean. Plenty of parking. Snacks were great.

Staff is wonderful always a personal touch! Very clean, comfortable & warm feeling rooms. Since I have found this wonderful hotel this is where I always come to. I have stayed at many in & around Charlotte this is the the place when your in town.

Modern, updated inside and out. Great breakfast. Rooms decent size, comfortable beds and generous bedding/pillows in room. Not pleased with the night staff attitude (28-29 Dec 2017) and you have to ensure the door shuts and locks each time as it doesn't do so automatically and consistently. Other than that highly recommend this place.

Excellent room for parties.

First impressions are lasting impressions. At check-in, the front desk staff and the Director of Sales bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. The rooms were clean and well furnished. Would recommend.

Warm, helpful staff. Came quickly when asked for help with pullout couch. But the BEST part was when "Santa" (housekeeping) turned our laptop in to the front desk, who called us right away and we were able to swing by and get it. Such honesty deserves praise!

Nice clean spacious room. Breakfast was Just okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and tidy. Location was easy to get to and convenient for us.

Upon arrival, I am thoroughly impressed with this Hotel. Room is clean and fresh. The people are very polite and friendly. The room we stayed in is impressive to say the least. More than expected which is always a pleasant surprise.

Pineville NC location — The room was beautiful, however the bed was very rough and uncomfortable. The pool could of been cleaner as well. Overall stay was pleasant.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were super friendly and the rooms are clean and current. Breakfast very delicious and the coffee was tasty! Will stay there the next time I'm in Charlotte.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. I needed a few items later in evening and they were helpful in accommodating my family. We also loved the choices provided at breakfast, there was something there for all my picky eaters. Would definately recommend.

Very clean, large rooms with a great bed. Standard breakfast fare — useful on busy days. Nice heated pool with plenty of towels available.

The hotel was fairly clean and the rooms large. However, I checked in as I normally would, got into my room, opened my luggage, and began to unpack. I decided to pick up some dinner to eat in the room. When I returned, my key would not open the door. I went to the dsk to inquire, and was told they had double booked my room. Another guest had closed up my suitcase (luckily they were honest and did not steal my tablet computer or jewelry case) and taken it down to the desk. They missed some items that I had left on the counter, so the desk staff went with me back to the room to retrieve them. I was VERY disturbed that staff had allowed someone to remove my things from the room they had, checked me into with no notification. In fact, they could not remember who they had originally checked into that room, so my luggage sat In the office, and they claimed not to know whose it was. The entire situation was disconcerting and strange.

Went with my husband and our 2 year old and it was perfect. Has a good hot breakfast, good staff, clean place. Would go back.

Nice little place. It was quiet and the breakfast was decent.

Good decent place to stay. But the price is much more than I have paid in bigger cities than Charlotte NC. I had a terrible stay the first time around in September. The electricity went out in the middle of the night for a couple of hours and we could not find the Night Manager. Soon the firemen were at the door and could not get in. We figured an alternate exit door through which they could come in but it had to be be opened from the inside. The night manager was one stuck in the elevator between the first and second floors. We rescued him. The clerk was ill informed about breakfast hours as well as downright rude. After I posted a review on their website, I got a call from their General Manager Bill Briggs who has set things right. He has gone beyond the call of duty and offered us a free night in that place to give them the option to make things right. This is a place I can go back when you have such people who care about their customers. I would highly recommend you consider it for staying in a place like that.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. I called from Chicago, with a special request that my father be brought some hot tea. He was staying at this hotel and developed a random, high fever. The kindest woman, Raven, coordinated tea to be brought up to his room. So so so kind! Thank you so much!

Gentlemen at the front desk that checked me in was very friendly and personable. Breakfast in the morning was as expected for a complimentary hotel breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked although the bathroom was unusually small for such a big room. Hotel grounds were clean and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

We stayed in the Comfort Suites in Pineville, NC. Enjoyed our stay, it's is located in a great area, 5 mins from the mall, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff was helpful if needed. The room was clean and offers a lot of space for a family of up to six. Hot breakfast is included in your reservation which the children really liked.

So far so good. I stayed on the 5th floor. The room is nice and newly renovated. Everyone there is really nice and like I said seems very well kept.

Easy to find very modern clean upbeat lobby. Easy quick check in and huge rooms well arranged and clean. Across the street from mall provides easy shopping and restaurant choices.

The only reason I give this hotel a three-star because of the fact I was unaware of an authorized charge, and the front desk clerk had poor customer service. Also the BIG BREAKFAST they claim they have wasn't great and they ran out of food quickly. Overall rooms were clean and nice.

Good bedding and bathroom provisions as well as free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Basically they did great at having everything they have to have. Would stay again.

Dont stay here they dont tell u when u book but when u check in they make u put a 100 cash down or hold it on your card and dont give it back for 5 days but the worst is that when u check out they dont give it back to you and tell you that you smoked in the room fyi I dont smoke horrible experience.

An overall peasant experience. Everything sremedy relatively new or recently renovated. The room was ok, except for some stains on the comfortor which was slightly off putting. Breakfast was small but sufficient, convenient location.

This hotel is top notch and so is the staff. The suites are very nicely decorated and modern the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. If you arrive on a mon tues or wed you also can have a complimentary glass of wine or a beer. I highly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly and take time to talk to you which makes you feel very welcome.

Great Wi-Fi and verry clean.

Decent rooms, free breakfast was hit or miss. The workout room is lacking a little. There is no room to stretch, do crunches, or anything else.

The rooms were veey clean and comfortable. They had everything I needed. Breakfast was subpar.

Room was clean with updated decor. TV had plenty of channels. Breakfast was fine. Not great but edible and included in the price.

Stayed here last night and had a good night sleep. The staff was very nice and chatted with me a bit which made me feel at ease. My room was cozy but there was something odd in my bathroom which I forgot to mention to the front desk. The tub nozzle (water flows out of) was not attached to the wall. It was pushed out enough (5inch) to visibly see the metal attachment/pipe. Of course it wasn't a major concern. The only problem I encountered was the Wi-Fi because it was extremely slow.

The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was hot and all fresh. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Kayla. She was super nice and was able to answer all of our questions.
