Friendly staff. Just needed to make sure that coffee was out for night shift workers, not just day ones.

We have stayed here over 20x due to the affordability and never really had any issues. The receptionists are all nice and helpful, but their manger, David is the most incompetent, rude, careless person and should never work in hospitality! We just stayed there last night and there was a plumbing company pumping sewage out into the parking lot. We thought it was just rain water left over, but when we went back to our car later that evening, it reeked of feces and urine and our shoes had feces on them. We didn’t realize it until we got back into our room. It was very late so we let them know today at check out and finally spoke with David the “general manager” who—in more or less words—told us we were lying and asked us why we were standing in the manhole area. We were at our car away from the overflowing manhole. He proceeded to belittle us and even the Hotels. Com agent said that he was extremely rude and asked the agent why he was compensating us. Do NOT stay here as long as David is the “general manager”! Oh and I forgot to mention how bad it smelled of marijuana.

We stayed last August, lovely room! Comfortable and clean, best sleep ever in a hotel.
Last weekend we stayed again because we enjoyed our previous stay. This time we used points to book our stay.
Our mistake! Our room was on the first floor, room 106.
While clean it was much smaller with no counter space in the bathroom and the bed was awful! Very hard, pillows were so small. Not good.
Even if people use points to pay they should not be punished for doing that. The beds should be the same in all the rooms. I left a review on Trip Advisor saying just that, but I was brushed off. Repeat customers should not be punished for their booking choice.

Def recommend… clean room, nice and helpful staff and pretty good breakfast…

Traveling through NC our vehicle broke down. We found ourselves stranded in NC for three days. We stayed here and I can not express how amazing the General Manager — Paul Torzewski and his staff were. The ladies at the front desk Julie and Shawn were amazing as well. The rooms were very nice, modern, very clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit to Pineville. Again — I can not express how nice this group of people were!

Dirty rooms and mold in the bathroom. Be weary when spending this much on a hotel. When I told them the lady at the front desk kind of snickered and when I told her we wouldn’t be returning, her response “That’s wonderful. ” Over a hundred a night, you would expect it to be clean and free of mold.

We booked this hotel for the low price and nice pictures online. We arrived to find it extremely clean, well decorated, and it smelled great. Our room was awesome. We had a mini fridge, microwave, tons of storage space, iron with full board, and a well outfitted bathroom. The room was spacious, neat, modern, and came with a workstation as well. Overall, very impressive considering the price we paid. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Everything at this affordable, clean and convenient hotel met or exceeded our expectations. Ideal price point, clean comfortable room with King bed. The outdoor pool was a nice touch. Complimentary hot breakfast was also nice. Desk staff were very friendly, polite and informative. Will make it a point to stay here again.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel seemed new, modern, and clean. The bed was cozy enough. The breakfast was decent and balanced. I'd stay here again for a night or two.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable. Pool and courtyard are clean and look nice. Housekeeping staff is fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the windows because everyone can see into any room unless the shade is drawn. Every time I looked out my window I could see clearly into other rooms, and from the pool I could see into rooms so that's not great for privacy. Other than that it's a great place to stay, very welcoming.

We got our money's worth for what we needed the room for. It wasn't bad, but not great either. It is in a good location for just about anything.

Kudos go out to Ashley, Torrance, Faith and all staff members. Torrence and Ashley were Johnny on the spot to correct an issue that arised after our first night stay. The issues was corrected in minutes and they made sure to inquire if the correction made was up to my satisfaction during my stay. As a Travel agent, Customer Service is my number one priority and the staff was at the TOP of that list. More Kudos go out to Faith for the way she handled a very difficult situation that was witnessed by me and she handled as the Season professional she is. Way to Go Faith. My husband and kids were here from New York for a few days. The room was quiite comfortable and spacious, decorated very nicely. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. The breakfast is just enough to start the day before venturing out to see the town. There is a lot around, restaurants, shops, malls, lots to see and do. We are even finding our way around seeing different areas of North Carolina. Once we are done sightseeing I can use the treadmill, bicycle elliptical and weights. Not much, but just enough. The pool wasn’t opened when we were here. We have stayed at other Best Western Plus’ on some of our family trips and this one is the nicest so far. We’ll be back.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Hotel is only 1 year old. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good, wide variety to choose from. Highly recommended this Hotel.

This is a newly renovated hotel. It used to be a Holiday Inn Express. The rates are really good. The room was awesome. The lobby is very welcoming. Next door is an awesome restaurant called Sky Asian. The breakfast was very good. I will be staying here again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It's location makes it a convenient place for people who have loved ones at Carolinas Medical Center and need a comfortable place to get a night of rest. It is also close to the mall and many restaurants. The breakfast was good and the employees were kind.

Never again! Vomit in the first room unacceptable. Second room only slightly better. Upgraded decor incomplete in the rooms. 1 star is for the complementary breakfast — It was Aces!

Excellent location and a great value! We picked this location due to excellent access to the city while being on the southern side of Charlotte. AAA discount priced (less than $100/night), this hotel comes with a lot of amenities. We were really impressed with how updated this place is! A remodel was completed in March 2017 that brought Best Western into a former Holiday Inn Express location. All rooms were brought into the contemporary modern era. LED backlit mirrors highlight the chic bathroom accents, and every room receives a Keurig. A free breakfast buffet is included for all guests. If future road trips take us South, we will be sure to be back!

Pleasantly surprised, hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was a nice variety, kids friendly and staff was pleasant. Will totally use again if I return to NC.

You can hear everything in neighboring rooms through the walls, had to attempt sleep with TV on. Check out at noon but… With the do not disturb sign on the door I returned back from breakfast at 10am to my sheets and pillows all over the floor and chairs. Then, as I was using the restroom, the cleaning staff felt it appropriate to bang on my door, do not disturb sign still in place mind you. And as I write this review I can hear them laughing about it in the hallway, since I had to answer the door while tucking my shirt back in. I would suggest a different place to stay.

Just had several days stay at your hotel. Fabulous staff, hotel is beautiful, close to everything, mall, great restaurants (Outback, Olive Garden, Chili's, Red Lobster), and only about a 30 minute drive to the renaissance festival we attended. Will certainly be looking to book the same hotel again next year. Thanks for a great stay BW Plus Pineville — you made our stay very comfortable and convenient.

It was nice and quite. Good breakfast, and nice staff. Great entrance. Rooms were clean. But Wi-Fi not that good.

Very clean and nicely (and newly) decorated and the bed was very comfortable… Quartz countertop and shower stall in bath and used throughout the breakfast area as well… For those of us challenged by the TV remote, a simplified version was provided that was a joy to use. The second floor breakfast area gets you out of the normal traffic area and breakfast is included… For $100 a nite, you couldn't ask for better.

Fantastic place to stay! Clean and quiet with exceptional staff. When leaving I accidentally dropped my very heavy motorcycle in the parking lot. Within a few seconds I had several very strong male employees helping me get it upright. Would definitely recommend this place!

The king suite is an amazing setup! Best damn best western I have ever stayed inn. Built like a modest pent house.

This hotel gets 5 stars because it delivers strongly on the following: well maintained and clean rooms, comfortable bed, minimal noise, a decent breakfast, extra amenities like a pool and gym, last but most importantly a very reasonable price. In addition it is very close to a variety of shops.

The rooms were extremely clean. The customer service was fantastic. All around great hotel.

First I would like to say that I would have rated this hotel 5 stars, however, as soon as you pull into the parking lot until you get to the service desk inside you smell nothing but sewer. Once you get past that it's great. The girl at check-in was so sweet to our son talking to him about kindergarten. Then the people for breakfast were so happy and willing to make sure you had everything you needed. The rooms are very nice and clean. The whole place is updated. We stayed here for our trip to Carowinds and will probably come back. Definitely worth the money.

Cleanest rooms I have seen in a while. This room was very affordable and upscale for the price. Staff was eager to help and always smiling. Only negative is the pool is too small for the size of the hotel.

My family and I were highly impressed with this establishment. VERY NEW and modern fixtures. Beautiful post modern bathroom with new reflective marble patterns, and new utility fixtures. New and very effective appliances in kitchen. Great design. My only complaint was having Wi-Fi issues up on the 4th floor.
But well worth the cost of this room. We'll be back.

Good Breakfast, Modern Classy rooms, workout area available through 1st floor hallway, pool accessible through lobby. Only complaint is shower. The head has too much pressure, which causes water splash. Be ready to lay down towel as mat.

Very clean place. Price is very decent and fair. Right next to a fancy restaurant. Across the street from ze mall. Breakfast is really good and makes it worth it to stay here. Front desk was polite and got my room promptly.

Location is great! Whoever was overseeing the remodeling of this hotel did an outstanding job! Love all modern look especially in the bathroom. Nothing like a clean up to date room to come back to late at night after being at the ballfield all day.

If you are traveling with a group for a sport event, this hotel is not for you. Their no tolerance policy is the first I've seen in a travel program in years and was ridiculous. For a Holiday Inn Express, their price was too high. Our door would not lock and could have been cleaned better. Hotel layout is confusing, and it's disturbingly difficult to find the elevators on your floor and lobby due to lack of signage. Floor plan is not typically if a HIE. Definitely not my favorite.

The rooms are very clean. The bed is comfortable with nice feeling sheets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is awesome. Overall it's a great establishment.

Rooms are clean and hotel is remodeled but I woke up in the morning and saw 3 roaches in the bathroom. Price was higher than most holiday inns so they should be very well kept and without any bugs will not stay there again.

I'm staying here now on an extended trip. I have a remodeled room on the first floor. Very happy. Quiet and clean. Has small fridge, tiny microwave, lots of lights and outlets. Clean. Great breakfast layout and friendly staff. Forgot to mention they have HBO and fast wireless. The bed is comfortable.

On several trips to this area lately — all last minute. Second chance here only because all others were booked. I understand that this facility is in the midst of remodeling but,, This is a second horrible experience. And at best, this will be a $50 buck or less a night stay when they have completed remodeling. One elevator — small room — and the coffee maker is for the second stay, placed in the rest/ bathe room. Not sure about any of you but I find this disgusting.

Very nice rooms, employees, and appliances. The rooms do include a refrigerator and microwave. Close to a mall. Which is a big +. Only bad thing was no laundry rooms on site.

Rooms are advertised to include a microwave and a safe — neither item exists. Our room smelled sour — somewhat fishy. (dirty carpet maybe) Someone from the check in desk called once we were in the room and asked if everything was ok — nice gesture. I mentioned the smell and she offered spray? I have allergies — no thanks. (a better offer would have been a different room) Room appeared clean. Bathroom was clean except the toilet — this had a dirty moldy ring in it. I enjoyed breakfast. Lots of choices. Overall decent stay — a little high priced for plain accommodations.

Very nice, comfortable setting. My wife didn't want to leave! The flat screen sucks, I can tell they got whole sell prices on the Phillips. Also, I do not support false advertisement. I thought the hotel had real balconies. We're smokers, lol. At least the weather is nice! 4/5.

This hotel is horrid, and offers poor customer service. Their were bed bugs in my sheets and when I reported it to manager amanda cochran she simply shruged it off. I wold never advise anyone to sleep at the hotel or motel I would say! horrible.

Although it served my needs as a place to stay for the night, there was hair in the garden tub whenever I came into the room. I was trying to have a good time that night and then the movie service on the television did not work. The temperature in the room could not stay constant because of the central AC so when I was sleeping I was sweating under the covers but freezing outside of the covers. The breakfast did was not fresh, and the only thing that was good about it was the Yoplait Yogurt. I lost my camera at the hotel also. I am absolutely positive that it was in the room with me because I had taken pictures the night before. It was absolutely nowhere to be found after the room was cleaned by their cleaning staff. I paid a lot for a good room, but I was not impressed.
