We stayed here on April 29th and now that I am here, I wish I had plan at least another night. We stayed in one of the top floor suites and can’t say enough good things about it. Huge, very spacious with a totally separate bedroom. The living space is so large no comfortable with lots of seating and a dining table. We didn’t need it but there is a full kitchen. Plus it has a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Please note that there was an elevator to the fourth floor and then a flight of stairs to our suite. Also bed was very comfortable with the right combination of sheet, blanket and bed cover. The whole place was just very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I have stayed on Ocracoke many times and have always enjoyed the island. I was contacted that my reservation was cancelled 4 days prior to my arrival due to the hurricane and the mandatory evacuation order. I was very sympathetic due to growing up in the area and the weather is not something they can control. However, they refused to issue me a refund for my money and told me that if I paid for travel insurance that I could get my refund in that manner. Even though they also required the stay to be paid in full prior to my arrival. This was exacerbated because the travel insurance company they use is a total joke and they are giving me the run around because nobody wants to be on the hook for the money. This is poor business practices and they will never get my business or any of my group of friends business that plan on returning next year.

Such a great place and amazing views of the harbor and sunset! We will be back!

Our room was super clean. The location of the pool was awesome. Loved sitting by the pool and looking at harbor. Sitting on deck with breeze coming in felt wonderful. A++++

Great location with beautiful views of the harbor, especially from upper floors. Friendly staff, large clean rooms. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. Will stay here again.

Good motel. Has a pool right next to the water. Everything was clean and staff was nice.

Great location. Easy bike ride to any and all restaurants on the island (and the beach) and as a nice perk, SMacnallys is right across the street. Big parking lot right out front. Nice view from the balcony on the 5th floor but note that it's the shared balcony. There's a big window in the room facing the view, but people can walk by and look in your window if the blinds are open. Rooms are nothing special but comfortable enough and have a mini fridge. My boyfriend said he would have given 5 stars if they had more than 13 TV channels… LOL.

Where to start… The housekeeping was on point. Very clean smelling rooms and beds. The beds did not feel like a $215 a night bed, hard and lumpy. The paint was peeling off the walls along with the ceiling. The pool was excellent. Weird pool hours though from 9am to dark. Hard to get pool time in when you get back at dark. No service at the desk after 9pm. So when you got the next door neighbors kids running up and down the balcony at 12am you can’t give them a call. The phones did not work that great. A lot of static.

Good clean place to stay. Wi-Fi could be better.

Stayed at the marina with a 50 foot boat. Very nice staff. Great location. Can't wait to come back next year.

Beautiful place. Not expensive no smoking but pet friendly and you get a wiff of it every once in a while. Very friendly everywhere on the island.

Check in staff was great. View from our balcony room was phenomenal sat outside at sunset and watch the ships and ferries come in. My only complaint would be the rooms could use minor updates for example there was a quarter inch gap all the way around the door. The bathroom door did not latch well or lock. Other than that great price fantastic location to all of the activity on Ocracoke.

Really nice place overlooking silver lake. Little rundown but the views and price make it worthwhile.

For the great price you can't beat it. Clean rooms, awesome location. My hubby didn't care for the bed, said it was too hard. I didn't mind it at all and we slept on it for a week.

We stayed in room 601, one of the two large suites on the top floor. Very spacious with amazing views! This one is closest to the South ferries. Very private, you have your own private stairs from the 4th floor elevator. Would rent it again.
