Great pet friendly hotel! Quiet, granite kitchen, tons of storage.

Five vehicles were broken into on our last stay,
Smash and grabs.
Parking lot is not secure.
No visible cameras or security.
Front desk not helpful.

My friend and I both have children and don't get the chance to get away very often, so when this opportunity presented itself we made sure that we booked a hotel with good rating and a HOT TUB! We specifically picked this hotel out of many others because it said they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arrival check in was quick and simple and as we walked to the elevators we read that the pool was under maintenance. That's fine so we asked if the hot tub was still open to use the front desk said YES. So we get settled then head down to the hot tub to be told that she talked to a higher up and was notified that we can not use the hot tub either and was directed to their sister hotel next door to use their hot tub. We said okay and head over there just for them to tell us their hot tub isn't working either! At this point we were very upset and when we called to complain about the issue we were told there was no management available to talk to us until MONDAY! So we had to pay and then get reimbursed?! We were very unhappy with the way everything was handled and we will not be staying at another Marriott if we have another opportunity like this again. They had many chances to fix this issue with us but it was handled very poorly, and I never had the opportunity to speak to a manager, I was passed around while being avoided. Also upon check in, it would have been nice to have been notified that their pool and hot tub was under maintenance.

I have stayed here on and off over the last several years, this last stay will be just that, my last stay. There are so many things wrong with this property to mention in a review. But the staff was indifferent to any issues, the workout room is not only ill equipped, the treadmills are dangerous. The belts slip when you run on them which can easily cause you to blow out a knee if it happens at the right time. I complained about the machine during my last stay several months ago, during their construction and was disappointed to see nothing was done. They are missing weights, they only have one floor mat that looks like its been around since they opened.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy! There was a few things regarding cleanliness that kept my rating from a 5-star; upon looking around the room I found a basket of used dry towels in the closet, the microwave was not clean, there was cheese/etc stuck to the microwave plate and the desk had granules if sugar/salt on it as if it wasn’t wiped clean. No issues with the bed or bathroom. They offer a nice hot/cold breakfast every morning, which was awesome. And the staff was very nice, particularly Allen and Jessica were great! ALLEN helped me retrieve one of my PANDORA earrings from the shower drain! I was so upset, crying, etc. During my first night, I accidentally dropped one earring down the tub’s drain, while getting out to the shower. I called down to the front desk to ask for help and Allen came with a screw driver. When that one didn’t work, hereturned with another, we were able to unscrew the top to the tub and get my earring! I was so happy and am forever grateful, I was have been devastated if I hadn’t gotten it back and my trip would have been ruined! Yes the pool is very small. However, I would recommend and stay again.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, excellent hot breakfast. A nice place to stay for a weekend or a longer time.

Spacious 2 bedroom suite was a home away from home for our family of 3 and our 2 dogs. Nice kitchenette and continental breakfast. Reasonably priced and great location in Mooresville.

To expensive for the quality of the hotel. Rooms smell like curry. Televisions are too small for rooms. Staff uniforms wrinkled. Breakfast isn't that good.

It is good. For Indians, better to buy groceries from Walmart, yogi, food line and cook it here… Cooking facilities are there. Over-all, nice. No issues…

Nice hotel with easy access from the highway. Friendly service. Clean rooms. Nice amenities including an outdoor pool. Many close options for dining out or take out.

Check in was smooth and staff very attentive, however breakfast room was under renovation so stuffes into a small area with many guests. Hotel couldn't come control late arriving guests who were rude and loud for more than an hour. Hotel was very clean and rooms ample in size.

Love it! Only thing wrong is they need an Outdoors pool! Besides that, the indoor is ok, especially since its year round. AMAZING staff & house keepers Thanks to @Denise Wright for all you do!

We stayed for 2 weeks, first room was renovated but wouldn't lock so we moved to another room that wasnt renovated. House keeping would never come refresh our room which was disappointing. Nice amenities & breakfast.

The room and staff were good and friendly. The breakfast was a big disappointment. They were remodeling the breakfast area and the temporary arrangements were a joke. The food was in a converted storage closet I think. It was hot and only a couple of people could be in it at once while the rest of the people were in line down the hall. They were out of eggs when I made it in. Then they put some tables in the computer room which was crowded. I had to haul my food up to my room. Was not a good experience. Very disappointed.

Good place to stay. All kinds of facilities are provided in room. Breakfast is good. Only problem is with swimming pool water which is highly chlorinated.

Nice rooms, nice staff, and well worth it!

The room was very nice. The sheets and bedding we're freshly laundered and the entire building was clean in and of itself. They even we're pet friendly for our dog which was very nice! The only negative was the shower door was leaky, and some water was dripping onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise, a great stay.

The hotel was great and the staff friendly. Our room was clean and modern and we had no issues bringing our dog for an overnight stay. For a quick night in the middle of a long move, the hotel was a great pick.

I travel a lot. So far this one was the best hotel for me. Very friendly staff. Spacious and very convenient and very clean room. It suitable to any taste. In my opinion even for the most caprices visitors. You have full kitchen and fresh breakfast, swimming pool opened till 11pm. I would take an opportunity to come here back.

For a pet friendly property, this earns all 5 stars. Clean, well maintained and ample greenspace. I’m a Marriott customer with all my travels, but I rarely travel with my pet. However, we were relocating the cross country, and needed to find some properties that we performing a long our stay. All the town Place suites have met or exceeded our expectations.

All the necessary facilities for a suite are right here at this TownePlace Marriott. Good house keeping, good breakfast, clean rooms and beds, and good kitchen facilities. Clean laundry room, gym and pool.

The hotel had everything I needed for my stay. Some local eats in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast area was a little small but I think it had a good consistent variety. I wish the vegan sausage patties were available every day because they were tasty! I will definitely be back.

Stayed for one night, room was perfect. Bathroom was spotless, clean linen, spacious room, comfortable beds. Room was very clean & smelled freshly cleaned. Service was great. Good choices for complementary breakfast. Would definitely recommend & will come back.

Loved it! Bed was super soft, slept like a rock. Everything looks modern and we'll kept. The staff is great and attentive, highly recommend!

This is always a great place to stay, very clean and nice. A good Continental breakfast. The only downfall is the price.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are nice. They're pretty small though, if you have more than 1 or 2 people (sofa bed touches the other bed when opened). Rooms are clean and having the kitchen is a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing, not many options and not the best quality.

Overall the hotel was amazing. First thing you will notice is the customer service. Very friendly staff. The rooms were very roomy and efficient. Amenities include a headed indoor pool and sauna which is great after a long day of traveling and work. The only downside I had about this location is the lack of working computers. They are ancient. It would be helpful if they upgraded to a system using Windows 7+. The breakfast was average. Nothing too exciting about it.

It was nice. Free food on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Nice room, though some of the furniture could de changed. Long stay customers should have their beds made daily, not once a week. Change breakfast time from 6 to 10 during weekdays, for those who leave before 6 AM.

This has been a wonderful experience. The customer service is superb and the staff is very friendly. The kitchenette in my room has come in very handy. I would recommend this joint to anyone passing through!

This place is AMAZING. Our lake house got double booked and we didn't find out until the MORNING OF. TownePlace graciously accepted the booking for 13 guests last minute and went OVER AND BEYOND their duties to make our vacation pleasant. Let us store our lake equipment in a back room so it was safe, always asked us if we needed ANYTHING, we were able to cook on the grill outside and the staff is just extremely friendly. Rooms are VERY clean, hotel is very well kept and the hospitality you can't beat it. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will Definitely stay here again (under better circumstances of course). Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
