Great place to stay and is right off the highway!

This place is a joke no cable and call front desk and they want me to call the cable provider to figure out why it’s not working place sucks ass.

Great staff and service. The Denny's food was wonderful and the staff super helpful. Hope this Corona virus goes away so these peoples lives can return to normal.

Nice clean place with nice workers.

Checked in late, asked if Bar was still open, was advised that she "had no idea". I have worked in several hotels & every employee knew the times our bar was open & the kitchen hours… she should
have said "let me check on that for you" & that would have been the correct tesponse! Lazy The hotel had a Denny's connected to them, tried to order a breakfast sandwich (fried egg & bacon) and it took her about 20 minutes to understand, she kept repeating scrambled eggs my order & I kept saying No, fried only, not the sharpest tool.

Take CNN off the lobby TV. The front desk very rude about it.

It’s a good place to hold a conference or business meeting. The facility is great and the staff is friendly.

The staff was wonderful! I stayed here for about a month for work but we all checked out due to the constant smell of marijuana. It was everywhere it seemed. I believe we would have continued to stay but for that reason we left! I absolutely loved the staff especially Lorraine and Shannon at the front desk! They were very professional and kind! I will check in here again but not anytime soon which is unfortunate because the staff was great!

I booked this place at the last minute for 2 nights stay. It seemed clean and safe for my husband, myself and grandkids, however as the night went on there was young guys standing at the exit door all night and the hall ways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all night and these were non smoking area! Non stop traffic and noise all night long. We had left the room the next day and had been out all day with family and It rained pretty hard. When we got back to our room it smelled horrible like wet musty drains. I went to the front desk right away and they said they were goung to send someone and never did. I got up the next morning a d complaind again to a different clerk and she stated that she will call maintenance no one ever came. This was an awful experience to have my grand kids in. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Employees are friendly. The only downside is that there is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. The hotel is quite large and it's a long walk to even get to the elevator.

Check-in was prompt and easy. The room was clean and restful. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, there was a Denny's on sure open 24hrs. They provided Rapid checkout a well.

Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The desk & cleaning staff was friendly. 24hr Denny's. The elevator is not conveniently located, if you have difficulty walking consider carefully where your room is located.

It was remodeled last year just Okay rooms are very dark and dingy one tiny window per room I did not like being there. I will not stay there again.

I stopped at a rest area I picked up motel magazine It expired july 2018 great rate about $80. I called the holiday Inn I-95 Lumberton NC I was told by the desk clerk no rates I must have a expired book best price about $124. This person had a very poor (attiude) so watch your self.

Excellent service. Great beds and room was very clean. It has a Denny's inside the hotel which was great as well. I truly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with Denny's inside. The room was super clean, and the staff was so kind. It made the stop after driving for 12 hrs well worth it. The club is a little ratchet but it was entertaining.

Check-in was like less than a minute! Was greeted by Lorraine the manager. She's awesome :) she was welcoming and efficient and made checking in awesome. Rooms are clean and modern and the price is right!

Super quick check-in (Thanks to Lorraine), cozy room and bed. There is a pool. This is the perfect stop for travellers.

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service was great. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again!

Decent enough place to stay. Our king bedroom was a bit on the small side but it was clean and brightly lit and there were plenty of outlets. People are nice. There is a Denny's attached to it but there are plenty of other more elaborate restaurants like Outback within walking distance.

Very conveniently located to restaurants. Easy to get to, and right off the freeway. The staff were very pleasant while I was there. Rooms were clean.

Very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Seems well-maintained and kept clean. Overall a great value. The on-site restaurant is a Denny’s and the hotel breakfast (if included in your rate) is a voucher for a Denny’s Grand Slam.

The first thing I wanted to do was soak in the tub. I rinsed it out, filled it up, and when I sat down in the tub I looked up at the bottom soap dish built into the wall and saw pink and black mold! DISGUSTING!

Stayed here last night with my wife while on a road trip to Florida and it was honestly one of our best nights spent! Came in at around 2:30 AM and Kelly the manager greeted us with a warm welcome and took care of us. The room was super clean and there's s Denny's attached to the hotel. A perfect stay! Will come again!

UNHAPPY IGC MEMBER Tonight I mistakingly booked this Holiday Inn thinking that it was further up on Route 95. We are heading North to NY. I called within 5 minutes of booking and was told it could not be cancelled and would have to pay the 2 might fee. We always use holiday inn and are very disappointed they would not cancel. I could understand if I had booked even hours ago but 5 MINUTES. We booked st a Choice Hotel on the way home. I will be rethinking staying st Holiday Inn from now on. Very disappointed!

We arrived at the hotel around 8 o'clock and there was a drunk outside with his brown bag with a bottle. He proceeded to take his last swig and tossed the bottle over his shoulder into the grass. Because of this, I will certianly think twice before booking at this Holiday Inn. Our experience in the Holliday In was great!

Be aware! Bed bug in my room. Check your room before check in. Better not.

They give you free coupons for dennys wich is oart ofthe hotel.

Better than most Holiday Inns. It is also one of the least expensive places to stay as I amble down 95. The staff was really nice, parking was easy and the room was more than I expected.

Friendly helpful staff, well kept grounds, and exterior. Did not see inside of rooms as I was not staying as a guest. Overall though seemed pretty nice.

While this is an older hotel it was very nice. The rooms are clean with nice amenities and staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the mattress on the pull out couch really needs to be replaced.

Great. We checked in very late due to driving from Florida and it was an easy check in process. I called the next day because I forgot a receipt for my job and Kelly handled and answered everything perfect. She was a pleasure to work with and would come back again! Thanks so much! Room was clean and perfect as well.

The hotel itself was fine, they give you a voucher for your breakfast at Dennys which is connected to the hotel and thats where the problem started. My husband was given ice cold coffee, he sent that back and was given what amounted to brown hot water, then came the food, which I couldnt eat due to the fact that my hash browns were hard and undercooked, my sausage and bacon were mushy, greasy and ice cold the eggs were half way decent but because I was so aggravated over the coffee and the food I couldnt eat them, so my words of advice are if you stay there go out for breakfast!

I came to town for a funeral and asked for a late check-out because the funeral didn't start until 3pm. I was told by Lorraine that I could check out by 12:30. I left my 17 yr old in the room while I handled some last minute errands, and while I was gone, they threw my daughter out of the room because "check out is at 11 AM. " I called the front desk twice because I wasn't at the hotel, and it just rang and rang, no answer. I immediately got to the hotel within minutes of them throwing her out, went to the front desk, where my daughter was waiting with all of our things mind you, and all Patricia offered was a meaningless apology and 2 free breakfast tickets, adding that there are no late check-outs on Sunday. I told her that's Lorraine's problem because she told me I could. I asked for corporates phone number, and unsurprisingly, she didn't know it, she wanted to take my phone number and have them call me back. I stayed​ at the holiday Inn in Lumberton, NC because it's one of the three nicer hotels they have, but after this situation, I'm not sure if I'll stay at ANY of the Holiday Inn Hotels anymore.

One of my regular stops for work. Dennys in the hotel has good food, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make you feel like your welcomed every time you stay. Clean rooms, quiet too even though it's right next to the interstate and a busy intersection. Local businesses nearby, shopping, food are good too. I would recommend it if you need to stay and rest.

Guest were friendly and very helpful. Quality of the rooms I'll give a 4 star. Cleanliness a 3 star, only because there was dried up urine in the cracks of the toilet seat.

The hotel is very easy to find, right off the interstate. The staff was great, and the rooms where clean and new. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is my very FIRST NEGATIVE review of a Holiday Inn ever in my years of staying at Holiday Inns. Holiday Inn is my second home. I have to travel for my job and like to feel comfortable knowing that where I am staying will be the least of my worries. I have been a platinum member for years. I have paid numerous times for my rooms with cash at many Holiday Inn (& Express). My job has changed a little which now I will be in the Fayetteville/Lumberton area at least once a month if not more. I stayed last night at the Holiday Inn Hope Mills, NC and it was very comfortable. I had no problems or questions asked about paying with cash. They did not require a credit card or a cash deposit. The same is true for the Holiday Inn Wake Forest, NC. I would recommend either of these to anyone. They were great and customer service was tip top! I wanted to try the Holiday Inn Lumberton since one of my facilities is here. I went to check in and gave them my ID and told them I was paying with cash. They informed me that if I paid with cash, it would be a $150 deposit on top of my room charge. I did not have $150 cash plus the room charge. I asked if I could leave all the cash that I had which was a total of $200? The answer was a very quick no! I guess a platinum member that has never given any problem doesn't matter to this Holiday Inn. I didn't become a platinum member by not being a good customer and following rules of the hotel. I have never taken anything or left my room in mess.

Tired towels, carpet, room smelled smoky from outside vent, coffee and breakfast was better than normal hotel fare. Asa discount wasn't very adequate.

I loved this hotel. We came here around 12:00 am and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The cleanliness was superb. They gave nice amenities and plenty of towels. Check in and check out were quick as well. Another reason this establishment is so convenient is because there is a Dennys attached to it. So this place is pretty much the perfect resting point for any vacation.

Decided to stop here on our way to Florida. For an unplanned stop it worked out great. It's right off the highway, they had a 2 double bed room available. The room was really clean, bathroom was spotless. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room. Some of the little things that made me happy were 1. Whatever kleenex they use was really nice, usually hotel tissue will take your face off if you have to blow your nose. 2. The sheets smelled nice and were soft, as if I had washed them at home. 3. I was there with 3 boys, the toilet sleep does not slam down. Give it a little push and it brought it self down quietly. Very considerate if others are sleeping. Also came with free breakfast and supper for the kids.

The club is very nice shoot pool, dj, bar, dancing I had a wonderful time on Fri-sat. And they have great security. With love from Baltimore. Peace c u there. Im staying.

Second stay here, first time just as great! Very nice staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.
