Soooooo, Best Western Lumberton discriminates against locals. Trust, my pen game is exceptional, no where on their website does it state that. Had to disappoint my child on her birthday, because I was told at check in that they do not rent to locals since hurricane Matthew, because they had to renovate the whole place, which probably needed it anyway. All I can say is, even though it may not be the desks clerks fault, her attitude would have gotten her a very nice tongue lashing or more if I didn't take my babies and friend to White Lake Water Park, because I booked the hotel for the pool!

I stay for convenience… they declare themselves hotels not often they are just motels who were lucky enough to get bought out. Rarely is there an elevator if you get a room on an upper level! Need first floor… request and get there early so you actually get it!

Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Friendly, helpful staff.

Its was a nice, small clean room. The bed were comfortable and every thing was clean and neat. There were no dirt or dust on my feet when I walked. This is a recommended place if you traveling and need somewhere to stay. Also the prices where great!

We have stayed at this location many times and continue to return because it is a safe, clean hotel at a reasonable price. We've brought our dog numerous times — always welcome — and love that rooms are smoke free. We stayed in a King room, adequately furnished including a microwave and small refrigerator. The bedding was soft, the towels were absorbent and the TV worked, what more could I ask for. This was our first time eating the FREE full hot breakfast (we've always slept in and eaten at the Waffle House across the street. ) What were we thinking? BW provided scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, breads & muffins, freshly made waffles and on and on… and it was FREE — did I say that before? What a deal! Very clean and well stocked breakfast area. I'm coming back for sure.

This hotel was a great room for the price. Pets accepted which is beyond great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. After driving all day it's great to be greeted with a smiling, pleasant person. I would definitely stay here again.

I make the trip from NJ to Florida every year and stay at Best Western primarily because I have a dog and this hotel has very good facilities for dog owners. I always request a downstairs room when I make my reservation and this works out well. They have a large grassy area to walk the dog and mine recognizes the hotel from long experience.

My husband and I like to drive when we go on vacation. It allows us to see more of our beautiful country and experience all of its people. We look for places to stay that are affordable and clean. We often are somewhat disappointed. This hotel is exceptional. It met all our needs, it was very clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful. We will be stopping there again and will recommend it to all our friends and family when traveling south.

Check-in was quick, even though we arrived early. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast & attendant kept everything clean and stocked. All employee's we encountered were friendly and helpful. Easy access from major highways, with variety of restaurants nearby. Good experience.

I was pleased with our stay at the Best Western in Lumberton, NC. The bed was very comfortable; the amenities in the room were appropriate; there were plenty of towels; the AC was on and was comfortable during the night. The room smelled good and was clean. Ice was available as was breakfast. We left prior to 6am so didn't partake of the breakfast but it looked like there was plenty to explore. A "grab and go" bag was supplied for us at the checkout which included an apple, breakfast bar and bottle of good water. That was sufficient for us. We were pleased with our stay and will stay again next year when we drive north from Florida.

This is one the best hotels on I'95 between Florida and NJ, can't believe I missed it all these years. Great rooms, rate, breakfast and employees, very clean and quite.

We stayed at this Lumberton hotel for 1 night while traveling, with a small dog, from Florida to New Hampshire. The room was clean, the internet was fast and breakfast was good. We would stay at this hotel again. We're glad that now Best Western accepts dog.

They had everything ready upon arrival. The breakfast is one of the best we've had while on a road trip. The staff was really proactive and left us good memories, will stop here again on future road trips.

We had previously stayed at this Best Western before, but I will NEVER stay there again. Here's why, we were recently traveling back from Florida and we had booked two rooms. When we got there it was later in the day, around 7:30 p. M. We check in and realize our room would not lock! Well by this time of the day the hotel was booked, so they couldn't move us to another room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to do everything to help. What gets me though is that they had no way of fixing the lock, no maintenance around or close?! To me this seems unacceptable and for Best Western to put all this on one person at the front desk seems completely unbelievable. She gave us a refund and luckily we were able to get a place at Holiday Inn. I think Best Western should have offered me some points since I am a BW member, especially after traveling with an elderly person we had with us and having to be completely inconvenienced trying to scramble on a holiday weekend to find something else! We will not be back to the Lumberton location. Plus I'm not a huge fan of hotels that welcome pets, and they do. So just be advised if you have allergies.

Rooms were very neat and tidy. Many places to eat within walking distance. Walmart super store right behind. We got the best breakfast in the morning we have ever had in a Best Western. We were very impressed. Kudos to the staff,!

In traveling with our dog, this is the BEST we've experienced. The hotel is VERY clean and everything was top notch. The breakfast was the greatest. Best hotel breakfast we've had in all our travels. We will highly recommend this hotel. Give it 5 stars++++. Great job Best western!

Comfortable and accessible the most that I like is that I park at the front of the room and unload my stuff fast.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the refrigerator was turned off. If you need to have something kept cold I would call in before hand. Neighbors were loud and had yap dogs that bark all the time. So this place is pet friendly. Good breakfast bar.

Decent room. Decent rate. At check in I was asked, as a gold member, if I wanted 500 bonus points or two waters and a snack. Told her the waters. Never got them, or the 500 points…

Beautiful room. Very roomy, two large beds plus a couch. Only drawback is the bathroom was very small. They didn't have any hdcp rooms available so we used the portable arms for the toilet that we bring with us just in case we can't get a hdcp room. We couldn't close the bathroom door when using the portable arms.

We will stay again if we travel again!
