Omg I would stay there anytime I would go there. We were just there for 3 days and notes. I would never ever go to any other hotel. It was nice and clean. And the workers were wonderful. They were doing some restrution but best place ever. And loved the pool. 7/7/2018.

Very poor rooms. The pics on the site do not reflect the rooms. Nothing was to a normal standard. Front desk people were beyond rude.

Even though it was being remodeled everything was good and clean. Great prices.

Awful breakfast food (the yogurt had white film at the top). And people were walking outside the room staring in through the windows. Really sketchy, would not recomend.

Right off the exit. They are undergoing renovations but that did not affect me. Room was outdated, thus the renos. Service was acceptable… nothing outstanding but satisfactory.

This was a dump. The air was out in our first room. Second room the ac cut out after 10 minutes and had large stains on the floor. Finally got third room. Cover was torn. Chair and ottoman stained. Just an overall feeling that the place wasn't clean. Strong "motel smell". Breakfast was lousy. We wouldn't go back if they paid us.

Ultimately the room was servicable, it had cable tv, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator and a shower with hot water and a few other items. I was glad to see that renovations to the rooms are underway because this place needs it. There was only one ice machine and that was empty. Overall it was far from perfect but the rooms appeared clean and were functional.

This place seems like it needs a lot of work. Just a little overprice for the value. Couple nicer hotels just around the block.

Clean! Affordable! And great service!

Great breakfast. Waffles. Cereal. Juice. Clean room. Just older. There was a mat in the shower. I KNOW there's mold under it. So I couldn't give my toddler a bath. I felt like for $90 for a quick visit. It should be nice.

It's in a nice location near restaurants, gas stations, a highway and just a few minutes from Northlake mall. The room was clean and stocked.

Really great place! Occasionally it is our home away from home. The staff is super friendly and when something is needed the service is prompt! Thank you Super 8 for always "leaving the light on"!

The rooms are very basic but the beds are clean I don't see much enforcing of the no-smoking rule as people sit in the doorways with door open and smoke. The staff is nice.

Friendly front desk guy. Kickin' full hot breakfast weekends. Room could have been vacuumed better. Mattress totally shot… literally rolling downhill to center all night. Some prior guest (s) had definitely been smoking in our room. Nice outdoor pool. Handy to restaurants and highway. Very quiet room… and the place was sold out.

Just like a motel nothing to fancy just a pl ay to stay atleast it was quiet.

Super 8 Huntersville was my worse motel experience. The room was old, worn, and dirty. The corners of the room looked like they have not been vacuumed in years with large dust bunnies and 1/4" of grime. The bathroom was a little scary with blood stains on the aged wallpaper which was stapled up at the seams. The 3/4" roughly spread caulk around the tub was rough as well. The plumbing fixtures looked to be early 80s vintage, along with the doors. The beds were small and concave shape from years of use. It is a relatively cheap motel but it eventually becomes time to reinvest and clean. I would not recommend staying in the Super 8 Huntersville, NC.

The room was not cleaned properly. They didn't replace the toilet paper roll or check under the beds. They didn't even bother to rip the used page of the notepad off amd throw it away. However they did have a pool and that was very nice. The price was great I got it for $60 a night through hotwire. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Pretty much get what you pay for when you stay. It's also pretty far from Charlotte if you're trying to stay here for that. The housekeeping needs some help as well.

This place is horrrriibbbllleee! They should really invest in better housekeeping. I was really looking forward to staying here after seeing that their surroundings are walking distance to restaurants and stores, but upon entering our non-smoking room, we were blasted with strong cigarette smells. We tried to turn on the lights with no such luck until we went to the sink area to turn the lights on. Found out that 3 out of the 4 lamps in the bedroom were missing. In addition, there were at least 3 flies flying around the room already. We would have overlooked the dirty carpet, walls, and old EVERYTHING, but when we called the front office, they told us to go to the front and get the air freshener can to spray ourselves. WTH? Have you ever heard of such service? We did ended up switching rooms a few doors down which wasn't much better, but at least there were no flies, light bulbs were all in place, and definitely no cigarettes smell. However, the other 2 rooms in which our group were in all had the same bad luck. My Aunt was able to switch to another room that was on the other side of the building and floor, but my sister's family were not able to and she's the one that's pregnant with a 1 yr old. I only went to this town because of my cousin's graduation at Davidson College, but if I had to go to this area again, I'd get the Hampton Inn that's on the other side of the bridge.

Disputing over charges on our Credit Card! Stayed in two rooms! Charged for three rooms! Signed receipts for two rooms! Fraud dispute filed with our bank! Room quality poor! Beer caps on floor in our room! Our TV was on when we opened the door! TV set to Spanish front deck could not even fix! Room Quality poor! Holes in bed spreads, TV was all snow static. Waiting for a management call on fraudulent charges to our credit card. Noted in our travel log! Never stay at this hotel again Recommend you watch your charges like a hawk if you choose to frequent this motel.

A little pricey charge $ 25 dollars for pet fee it seems okay well it needs some cleaning up.

Pretty mediocre. Not great not bad.

Hardly worth it, even considering the price. Handle for the door barely worked. All the light switches were timers, not normal switches, so you had to keep getting up and rotating them back on. Old small-screen cathode-ray tv, not a nice large-screen flat panel. The room needed a coat of paint. If it hadn't been so late at night I would have gone elsewhere.
