The room is very tasteful and comfortable and the location is wonderful. Ut is a short drive to downtown and is surrounded by restaurants.

Two stars is being nice. Hotel is very old and in need of renovation or demolition. Room was small but clean. Had to change rooms because the first room the mattress was the worst I've ever been on. Really. Second room mattress was better. Musty smell coming from both air conditioners. And the shower pressure was very weak. The bar of soap they give you in the bathroom was so small. Had to go buy a bar of soap. Very nice and friendly staff though. Everything else in town was sold out so I ended up here. Definitely the end of the line!

The majority of the staff were on the surly side, room was adequate but on the run down side. The breakfast was beyond disappointing. The coffee was good.

Only about 3 m from hospital, and under $100/night for being in town is amazing. It was after an hour of searching (at midnight) for a hotel room with immediate availability that I found this place. It does need updating, but it was clean and in a safe area, which is most important for a female traveling alone.

It's like staying in your grandma's spare bedroom. It's outdated, the amenities are nothing to write home about, and you'll have a couple of hard-boiled eggs for breakfast. But it's clean and the beds are comfortable, so what are you complaining about?

I asked the night person about breakfast. Do you have eggs and bacon? Yes. In the morning had almost nothing for breakfast now my wife is super hangry. Thanks alot!

Nice room and nice staff but internet does not work if you leave the lobby.

Ehh, an OKAY place to stay in a pinch, but definitely not my first or second choice.

Great rooms very spacious, great restaurants in walking distance and only a couple minutes away from Friendly Shopping Center. Friendly and very welcoming staff.

Overall not bad. I would stay here again but only for a quick trip. The perks for this place is it's location. Surrounded by resterauntarge and shopping. Not far from Bus. 40/85 or Rt 29 and the colleges. Aesthetically it can use some improvements. Looks old and unkempt. Front desk service is BLAH.

Nice older hotel. Clean, easy to check in and out, and had no issues. Bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi in a world where some hotels are still charging. Plenty of great places to eat and hang out within walking distance. Would stay there again if I'm overnight in Greensboro again!

The rooms have are neat and clean. The entrance wasn't to inviting with only one, single door. I'd recommend either double doors or automatic sliding doors. The lot. SUCK! If you have anything bigger than an F150, don't bother booking here. There's little room to maneuver! I hope they expand it.

I stayed here for 3 days and on the third day I met a old white haired man who was very rude for no reason. I left the room without my key so I asked him if he could give me another. He was sitting down on his laptop didn't even look up at me… asked what room is it? … in the most condescending was possible. I told him the room number. He said something else under his breath that I didn't understand so I replied… "say again"… he stopped stood there and looked at my wife as if she said something, which she didn't… then he repeated my statement… say again? … as if he was in disbelief. I said yes I didn't hear what you said… can you say it again. He responds, I'm not gonna repeat everything 2 and 3 times… at this point I'm completely confused… and I ask why is he being so rude? He then looks at my wife and asks if the room is in her name… I interjected and stated it's not hers it's in my name and why was he asking her anything when I'm speaking to him. He ignores me and tells her that she can stay but I have to leave. Now I'm completely frustrated because I have to worry if someone is going to come knocking on my door about this telling me I have to go. This guy is upset about something and is a terrible representation of this company. I've seen other reviews about him and it's consistent with my experience. Do not stay here unless you want to be disrespected.

We stopped overnight during a vacation. This hotel was more than adequate and well above average for the price. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure was fairly low for a shower. Other than that, if you find yourself in the area and need a hotel, this is a great option.

Under no circumstances should you stay here. I payed a full 3 nights here and I was gone before the first morning. The rooms were very unkept and the management was absolutely horrendous. Not to mention, they refused to refund me my money for the following nights. The first man I met was an old white haired man. This man himself could cause one to leave the hotel immediately. He was very rude right from start and was never formal. The first words he said to me were "yeah, what do you want sir? ". No one else was present. He sat there on his laptop, and then became agrivated when I told him I would like to get a room because he had to put down his laptop and get up from his chair. I do not understand how this man stays in business. Very poor service. I do not suggest staying here. Under any circumstances.

Location is a little downtrodden, but I didn't get much time to explore. Rooms were reasonably clean but seemed worn and dated.

Its the worst place to stay in ever. The reseptionest is this old man and hes very disrespectful. I walked in to get a room and he was arguing with another customer about the price. I dont care but when he turned around to me he had this attitude like I did something to him I polietly asked him the prices he said its furniture market week so they are high and he rolled his eyes and he waved his hands in very disrespectful way like you can leave if you dont agree with my price. I get a room from different hotels everytime im in town and ive never got mistreated. I left and I will never come there again. Bad bad bad bad bad service.

Just wish it was pet friendly. If it was it'd be 4 star.

Well, I read the other reviews and decided to try this place. I arrived and check in went smoothly. Went to room and it was okay, looked a little worn. Then I left the room for a few minutes. When I came back, my card key would not work. A couple times back and forth to the front desk getting new card. Neither of the worked. Finally the clerk was able to get the door open using her key. Never could get it to work. Everytime I left, I had to get her to let me in. Then I had some work to do. I needed internet connection. The "high speed" internet was anything but and it only worked in a few spots in the room (not at the desk however). Off to bed. Woke up early and went into bathroom to find alot of water on the floor along with alot of the ceiling stucco on the floor. Evidently a leak from the room above. The place is on the way down. No stay there no more.

2 adults and a baby stayed for 6 nights, it is close to wherever you need to go in greensboro, close to lots of awesome places to eat, the rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, continental breakfast every morning is nice most importantly it is 100% smoke free and very reasonable with pricing. plus, every other night they bake fresh chocolate chip cookies for everyone.

The hotel is clean and easy to get to. Breakfast is a little less expansive than some other complimentary ones, but it is still good. The people were nice and the rooms comfortable. Not a rave, but a good solid place to stay. We have stayed there twice for about three days each time.
