Slept on a moldy pillow for entire stay and didn't even know it! Back story, I did book at the Wyndham in the middle of Pigeon Forge originally, but canceled the reservation due to the forecasted rain and that hotel did not have an indoor pool. Myself and four children stayed in room 150 on Feb 16 — Feb 19 stay. The kids were excited the room I booked was right by the pool for easy access. Upon entry into the room, I could smell the musty air. The place looked run down and the carpet was sticky and visually dirty. We kept our shoes on the entire time we were in the room with the exception of laying on the bed. The mattress in the queen size sofa bed was replaced with a twin sized mattress that looked like it had better times. And there was not any linens for it. Toilet seat was not secured and the floor in the bathroom could use some bleach. The saving grace was our dual queen size beds looked like clean linens were put down. We went down for the night after 11pm and I found the bed my 5 year old son and myself were sleeping on smelled musty. I thought it was the head board so let it be. Next morning we woke up stuffy. The next night we decided to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed and I didn't smell anything. Unfortunately my son woke up stuffy yet again but I was all right. The last night we were there my 9-year-old daughter decided to sleep on the bed with us. She woke up that next morning also stuffy.

Last minute and for the price it isn’t bad. Basically a mini apartment. Could be updated and taken care of a little more. But all in all can’t complain.

Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to take friends home with you. There were cockroaches in our bathroom that we didn’t see until around 7am and they refused to give us a refund even after not checking in until around 11pm the night before. We weren’t the only guest that had them in our room either!

Absolutely do not stay here! Told they would refund. And they have not didn’t spend an hour in the room and we had all kinds of unwanted visitors! The girl at the desk said we try to clean the bedbugs, but we just get so many people it’s hard! 😳😳 they know there is bugs!

Had 2 rooms for the night. Both rooms had bed bugs or some kind of bugs. Hoping to get a refund. Do not recommend.

We paid over $300 for a one night stay. The rooms were nasty and dirty and everything was broken. The door was broken and wouldn’t even lock. For $325 a night I think they should update the rooms.

My daughters legs and feet got filthy from the floors. I have videos to prove it. She was not dirty when I brought her here. It’s from the carpets on the rooms! The mangers don’t really care they said you can go somewhere else. Disgusting. For 300 a night I thought the quality would be better and they should of offered a decent discount. I’m about to blast them all over my YouTube page Very disappointed. I’m on influencer and some people don’t care about thier jobs.

Nasty room.
The musty smell in the back where the beds are was overwhelming. Fleas were biting me as I sat on the bed. Bathroom was dirty, bed skirts were nasty. Front door was broken down.
End table was chewed up from animals. I don’t even want to imagine how nasty that carpet really is.
Its far from what the pictures show. If you have a pup, just go 8 mins north to the La Quinta, which is what we did after 20mins at this place.
Never again will we stay at a quality inn.

Very nice. Spider in the tub. Counter was gritty. But overall nice room and friendly staff a bit pricey though but I’m a cheap butt.

Suite was clean and comfortable. They offer a full breakfast in the morning. Front desk was very congenial and helpful. Would recommend.

Made a reservation a month early and gave the room away one day before we arrived and never let us know. We found out after driving 6 1/2 hours and trying to check-in.

The rooms are nice and big. Nicely decorated and appear clean.

We arrived early and the check in lady seemed very nice. They put us in a room and said that they would combine our next few days. On the day we were originally set to be here they had checked us out so we had to check back in again. Not that big of an issue right well they continued on, bc the 1st night my husband noticed a smell on the pillows and sheets in which I didn’t care to smell, but the 2nd night I noticed my pajamas smelled funny. We then did our own further looking around the room and pulled sheets and mattress cover down to find yellow stains on mattress, sheets, mattress pad, pillows, and cases. We called asked for manager to be told she wasn’t in. We called back around the time they told us she would be in and she answered telling us she was the only one in office. We walked down and there were 2 ladies in there, but she seemed really unconcerned about the problem. She said that that would get it cleaned after she told us if people stop by and want to see rooms that they send them to the rooms unsupervised or attended so what they do in the rooms is unknown. We explained we had a lot of stuff and she never offered to help move us or anything/a credit/refund or anything. Since we already paid for the room ahead thru choice rewards we continued the stay but did go buy our own cleaners to check behind them and insure the cleanliness of our room for us. Also the lighting in rooms are poor. No ceiling lights only one lamp per bedroom.

Nasty beds and bathrooms. Staff not friendly nor helpful.

Do NOT recommend! Hotel has bed bugs! We got two rooms on 2nd floor. We have tried several times to call and speak to a manager and nobody will answer the phone.

This hotel has bed bugs. Room 204 and 206 for sure. They refused to compensate for their short comings in cleanliness and even went as far as saying it was stink bugs which it definitely wasn't.

Staff needs to be trained a little better on guest service. I had a few issues and they were no help at all. Total rating I’d give would be a 3/5. Was there for two nights 3 days.

Very friendly at front desk, as well as helpful. Rooms are up to date and clean. Every morning they have a huge breakfast that’s included. Heated pool and hot tub a plus!

Apparently some of the cleaning staff do not take their jobs seriously. Some of the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. I say some, because we had to change rooms multiple times and it was the case for 2/3 of the bathrooms.

This hotel has 2 pools! One is outside and the other is inside with a hot tub. My family are having a great time. Definitely a place to come.

Made reservations in June had to cancel same day got NO confirmation slip for reservation or cancellation just figured since all same day transaction wiped it self out. Got charged aug 1 for room. Called and spoke with hotel she said she made the reservation and she didn’t cancel it so I was wrong. So saying I am lying. That she is one who made and since it did not show canceled it wasn’t. She don’t make mistakes is what she is saying. She had very rude attitude I told her I would not stay at anymore quality suites anymore. Her professional response was that’s fine we don’t care. I have been on phone with customer care and twice and now have to call back again tomorrow. Customer service?

We made reservations 4 months in advance and they went ahead and cancelled our reservations 3 weeks before our stay without warning. Do not depend on this hotel to keep your reservations. They were extremely rude talking to over the phone, and had hung up on me 3 times during calm conversations explaining to them I never cancelled my reservation, cutting me off, repeating the phrase “ Your reservation is cancelled. ” Horrible customer service! I will never stay at another quality inn hotel thanks to this horrible experience!

Clean big room with a hot tub. Close to everything and they got me tickets for a dinner show by suggesting I call the box office instead of going through the Internet.

Negative stars They cancelled my rooms prior to checking in. When I called the hotel, the lady wanted my credit card info over the phone. I told her I wasn’t comfortable doing that over the phone and gave an approximate time of arrival to the hotel after we finished dinner. Upon checking in the staff were rude. I inquired about my rate since the app now had rooms for $60 more dollars per night. The next morning I went to talk to the owner about the situation. I asked for a copy of the policy to cancel rooms when they were “full”. He replied, “ I am the inn keeper. I can do whatever I want. I can kick you out now if I want. ” The breakfast was fair at best and the juices were watered down. Selection of foods was very limited. Staff weren’t friendly at all. Never again!

This building has some age on it but it was clean, the staff courteous, the rooms ample in size, the price fantastic and a wonderful breakfast bar.

Made it to the hotel in Pigeon Forge (made reservations for us and the fur babies) Made it quite clear that I had 2 dogs. Went to check into the Quality Inn and Suites in Sevierville after driving for over 7 hours and they said we could not stay there. Turns out they only accept one dog so they turned us away. So here we are no where to stay thanks to Quality Inn and Suites' great hospitality and understanding of the circumstances. You could be more forgiving and compassionate under special circumstances.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unlike most hotels, the air was on when we arrived and our room was a cool retreat from the July heat. The breakfast was great, with a selection to please everyone in our family. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor one. Even though our room was on the 3rd floor above the indoor pool, we were not disturbed by any noise. There is an elevator for those who need it.

Very clean and good for the price! The breakfast bar is great. Always clean and well maintained. There is some damage to the roof, and the walls are poorly painted, but its nothing too bad and again very good for the price. Very large rooms with large living area and bathrooms. You couldn't expect much more.

This is a nice place to stay. It's always been very clean and all of the staff are great. They have a good breakfast bar. I have stayed here many times and will be back. Nice pool and hot tub. I would recommend this place.

Disappointed there was no fitness room and no treadmill. We should have done our research better. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The balcony's view was a bust and we didn't end up using that feature much at all as it overlooked a busy highway with cars. The room and beds were comfortable. We liked the option of 2 pools — outdoor and indoor — one spa and a 1 ft kiddie pool. Breakfast was okay and as expected.

We were attending a dance competition and the hotel was conveniently located 3 minutes away. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very nice. The vending machine took my money but did not give me my items; the lady at the front desk gave me the items I was trying to purchase and gave me an extra drink besides.

The location was not ideal. It is right next to a highway, but the nights are not noisy at all. The rooms are very spacious but a very small bathroom. The service is excellent. One night I went to the vending machine to get a drink. I put my money in but no drink came out. I went to the front desk and told them my problem. The lady then refunded me with my drink + two extra drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room is larger than most in the area and very clean. The beds are super comfortable and the shower hot. The area is really quiet despite being on the main room. The pools are very nice and the pool areas clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

We were already in the area when we called this hotel to book a room on Memorial Day weekend. We had booked a room at a hotel down the street and were greeted with black mold upon arrival. We called around, and reached the front desk at this hotel, who was super helpful and found us a room for the entire weekend. When we arrived, the front desk staff let us go up and look at a room before deciding if we would like to stay there, which this pregnant mama really appreciated after our experience at the other hotel. When we got up to the room, there was a brief mistake with the room number. Instead of asking us to walk back down to the lobby, the young man who walked us up to the room let us stay up on the third floor while he went to see what was going on. The rooms were simple, but very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The entire staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect for us, and not in the midst of all the Memorial Day traffic. Definitely recommend!

It's not the Ritz-Carlton but it's spacious, clean, and quite. I also liked the sausage, egg, and gravy breakfast. Enjoyable and I will stay again.

The staff was friendly and the prices were decent,. The room was as clean as could be expected, it had some age you could tell but no weird smells or stains. For the the price of the room with a whirlpool tub on Saturday night in sevirville I though it was a fair price. Slept well, bed was fairly comfortable and clean. Would recommend to someone else.

Could have done a whole lot worse for a motel in Gatlinburg. The elevators felt unsafe but the stairs were comfortable and low impact. The rooms were excellent and clean, and there was no smell of cigarettes, unusual for a motel older than 2 years.

I really liked the room. The balcony was really nice and was perfect for watching the thunderstorms. The only real drawback was the lack of ower connections for all of our electronics. The breakfast was nice but the breakfast area was small and felt especially crowded since the hotel was full. Overall very happy with the experience. A good value for your dollar.

We needed a room that was large enough for 6 people. This was a good inexpensive room that accomplished that goal. We thought we were getting a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed but we received a room with 3 queen beds (which was better). Overall the room was pretty good. Some things that bugged me was that the entire bathroom was about the size of a normal bathroom stall so we felt pretty cramped. The shower head was way too short for a few of us. And the towel holder fell off the wall the first time we touched it. The complimentary breakfast was great but the seating area was very small so it's better if you make a few trips and eat in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work at all which didn't bother me that bad but we had one in our group that it was a must for so we had to turn to using our phones as a hotspot. The beds we're very firm (if your into sleeping in a slab of rock). Overall it was a fair price for a large room with great breakfast, but I won't be back (it was the bed that killed it for me).

Very nice hotel close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was great also. 5 star hotel definitely stay there again!

Motel style experience during Christmas vacation. Room is strange with bedroom in back with no windows. Only heat was in bedroom so living room was freezing and it wasn't even that cold. Check-in was slow because of the couple in front of me so I won't knock the staff because of them. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Location is a problem too. Wish I had looked at map better. Nothing close by. Dark area with no activity. I thought "River Suites" meant we would be on river but I didn't see one.

I am a local in this area. We decided to plan a fun swimming, sleepover party for my goddaughter's birthday. Having always had a good experience with Comfort Choice Hotels, we booked a room here in July 2017. My mom and I both have mobility issues, so it was nice to be able to book a handicap accessible room with no problem. However, the room itself and the entire motel are in desperate need of upgrades Our air conditioning unit didn't work from the beginning. There was at least one outlet that was out of order. We spoke with the front desk several times about the air conditioner. They first told us to turn the unit off and back on. Then, they actually came out only to do the same thing. We were playing a game of Uno when we suddenly heard water running. No one was in the bathroom or at the exterior sink. I go to investigate and find a steady drizzle of water leaking from upstairs through the fan vent (which didn't work either — before or after the mini flood). So, we called the front desk AGAIN. They sent someone out to check on it. He brought towels and cleaned up the mess and planned to go upstairs to see what was happening. We mentioned the air conditioner AGAIN and he promised to bring back the box fan we'd requested. He was very kind, but he never came back. Right before bed, we called one more time to see about getting a fan, so we could manage for the evening.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very outdated. The non-smoking unit we were in was room 330 and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it all the time. We later determined that was probably due to all of the cleaning staff smoking while cleaning the rooms. The bathtub had burn marks on it where a cigarette had been set on the edge of it numerous times. This hotel could probably be a great place if it were updated, painted, and cleaned, which would likely require new management. I would not recommend that anyone ever stay here unless it was the only place available. The problems were not reported to the staff because we had already unpacked our things and didn't feel comfortable complaining to the staff as we figured they would offer to clean the room with our belongings in there. They were smoking outside the room every day we were there and usually ever day we left the room we had to walk through their smoke.

Literally stayed for an hour before leaving. The room was completely disgusting. Spider webs, bugs, ceiling damage (which was clearly covered up with white paint). Sheets and wash cloths were stained, and it appears that someone had been writing on the walls, chewing on the mirror (an animal) and the whole entire room was completely nasty. Only positive thing was the man at the front desk. He was very helpful and gave us a refund. I am still itching from the thought of it. We had to come check into the Laquita a few minutes away, at 1:30am. Should have came here first.

Most of the staff members are friendly, improvements have been progressing well, breakfast needs alternative rotating meat options. I have been staying here for several years. Location is great. Beds are comfortable for my body type. Rooms are quiet, and showers are good. Toilet paper location in some rooms not good. Have to take toilet paper before you sit down to do your business, or stand up just to get the paper to use. Linins were clean and fresh.

This is my husband and myself 2nd time staying at Quality. It was as good if not better then the first time. We stayed two nights, in two different rooms. I give our first room 5 stars! We got the room with the jacuzzi tub. The room was much bigger then I thought it would be. :) It had a king size bed with fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and TV in sleeping area. Then in the living area a small table, couch and tv. Then of course the basic microwave, mini-fridge and coffee pot. The room was also inside the pool area, which we wasnt so sure about it being loud. It wasn't at all! There was kids playing in the pool and I didn't even notice until I walked to get ice.
The 2nd night was also good. We got a room that was nice as well. This room also had a jacuzzi tub. No fireplace but again the two tv's and couch along with king size bed. I give the 2nd room 4 stars. The only dislike I have is the small bathroom. My husband and I didn't care for stand up shower. The breakfast was good as always. Great variety! I do have one request. The bathrooms in the indoor pool area need some hooks on the door. Just need somewhere to hang up clothing as we are changing. We arrived a little bit earlier than check in time and our room wasn't ready so we decided to take a swim while our room was getting cleaned. Definitely will be coming back. :)

Nice, clean, quiet room. It's an older hotel, with modern updates. Quality Inns usually do not receive high review ratings, but this one deserves 4.5 stars. Even though the bathroom had new everthing and due to it being an older place I know they had limits, but my only complaint is the bathroom had "kid like" facilities. The shower and toilet were made for someone under 5'6" tall.

Hello! This is an excellent place to stay! My husband and I rented the king suite, which actually has a separate room with a sofa and a table you can eat your meals. Very spacious unit! The entire staff, including front desk staff, dining room hostess, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and professional. My husband I travel extensively between our work and vacation, and this was one of our favorite places of all time! I highly recommend it!

Great motel. But the lady on night shift at front desk wasn't very friendly. And parking sucks when they have a full house and some guy and his truck and small trailer take up 5 spaces. Other than that it was nice.

When pulling in the building looks a little run down. I have to say that the initial appearance made me think I made a wrong decision. However upon checking into our room I was amazed. The view was incredible, the room was extremely clean and spotless. You could smell the cleanliness. The indoor and outdoor pools were super clean as well. They have a nice area for dogs to do their business as well.

This was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

Price three times for Saturday & Sunday night of Labor Day as it was for Tuesday through Thursday of our stay. I understand holidays will be more but this hotel is not worth over $150 a night! Barely worth $50! in my opinion. I reserved the room the clerk on the phone said would be 2 bedroom, ended being queen bed as you come in door then bathroom & king at back of room. 2 tvs, 2 kitchen style chairs & table. No sofa or arm chairs even though the clerk and pic online show…ed having in room. Balcony overlooked overgrown weeds/trees. Some distance views. Sink knob came off when turning on water. Shower had not been cleaned, still had previous guest's soap wrapping on tub. Told front desk the when I found it (the next morning) she acted like she didn't believe me. I reported the sink knob too but requested maintenance only come in with us there or after we check out. Left for a few hours came back and beds made and sink fixed even though we had do not disturb sign on door! Breakfast was average, coffee and waffle station was congested should be separate areas. Not many chairs and tables we had to bring back to room daily. Hotel needs some tlc and it will be better. Clerks on duty at check in were excellent, they had a disgruntled man & woman that were foul mouth and showing out but the staff handled it excellently! (It was over no pet rooms left) am clerk could be friendlier and not smoke out front so much. Not very professional.

This was a great place to stay while we were attending the Polishing the Pulpit seminar. The suite was spacious, clean, smelled good. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was great, nearly everything you could ask for. We'll be staying here every year!

This is my favorite place to stay in Sevierville. It is always clean. The breakfast is great with plenty to eat. They have coffeemaker in room. Microwave and mini frig and iron. The indoor and outdoor pools stay open until 11pm. The beds are comfortable. I have always gotten a room with a separated sitting space with a partition from the bedroom area. The staff is very friendly. I can't say anything but good things about this place. We are leaving in the morning but I would love to stay a couple more days.

This place is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pools are well kept with plenty of towels for people to use! The staff is more than helpful and friendly. The stay here was worry free! We stayed with 4 kids, 2 adults and 1 dog.

My daughter and I were in town for her National dance competition and found this place online and decided to book it! We checked in late and got there while they were shutting down the pool areas so there was a little bit of a delay. It was a fast and wonderful check-in. We stayed in a 2 queen suite in the indoor pool area… room was VERY clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a regular stay for us before we got a camper. The rates are fair and the location is awesome. Add an indoor pool and hottub and you got quite the jewel.

We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. Even nicer now since the rooms have been updated. The rooms a re huge and it's close to everything but away from the crowded areas. Great breakfast too!

Hotel was located in Sevierville, TN. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rates were great. Pools were clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned and stocked.

Huge rooms with a pull out couch. Kids had a great time in the pool. Wonderful breakfast. Larry at the front desk was a nice end to our stay. We will return.

While the new decor is nice it is hard to get past the smell. Rooms smelled VERY strongly of sour carpet or a nasty locker room. I really wasn't able to get comfortable as I kept wondering what was causing the smell.

Terrible, terrible experience. Nasty filthy rooms and terrible service. General manager has no appreciation or respect for customers nor does he care about them coming back. Nasty ass Indian dot head owners that do have any respect or do they know what clean is. They never take baths. Entire hotel smells like dirty Indians.

May not be a "fancy" hotel. But, the staff were so friendly allowed us to check in as soon as we got here and they had a good breakfast!

Sink was leaking, ok but not the best we have had, won't stay there again if we can help it.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Very easy to find. A short drive away from all the major attractions in the gatlinburg-pigeon forge area. We stayed in a split room that had a king bed on one side. The bathroom in the middle them a queen bed in the other half. It was great as it posted a little more privacy Tham having the 2 beds right next to each other. The room was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near to the area without be right in the middle of everything.

We stayed one night and our beds were not cleaned or made up. When we called the front desk we were brought the fresh sheets but told we would need to change our own sheets and make up our own bed. Manager told front desk Clerk to ignore us and check in all the new customers. When we complained and told him that was unacceptable and unprofessional he became very angry, never appoligized and said he could not find any good help in the area. Pool area smelled, mold in our shower, room keys would not work and they ran out of food at the complimentary breakfast. Serving lady said it happens all the time because they will not order enough food. When we called the front desk nobody answered. Stay at your own peril!

For the price it was a great surprise that It was very nice.

Room was nice bed TV good. Didn't clean up room till you checkouts but will make the bed. Like when I left didn't turn the iron off neither did they. But has a pool you can get a room in the inside pool. Right off the mean road good and bad deciding on how you look at it. Its got some nice stuff to do as wall the knife work the world's largest knife shops on the same road as the hotel. Good hotel for what you pay for it. Reminding to all people that jest need a play to lay your head and from the kid to do something besides bother you well you r not doing stuff.

The rooms were so dirty that we decided not to stay there. The carpets were very stained and we filled a cup with dead bugs. To their benefit, they were very nice when we told them we could not stay and remodeling is scheduled to happen through this winter. I would not (attempt to) stay again until after that.

I am not into staying at hotels that allow dogs. A hotel room cost some money and I don't want to pay that nice amount of money and listen to, or risk listening to, dogs barking, in a hotel. In the future, I will ask a hotel if they allow dogs and not stay there. I don't want the hotel to be "very sorry" about that barking dog, and I don't want to pick up all my things and move to another room either. When I stayed at this hotel, the police of the county were having a training convention there. For their K-9 Patrol dogs. The hotel allows this amount of pets? These dogs were all over the hotel and barking dogs could be heard off in the distance often. How is this hotel being fair to all its other guests who don't have dogs? Barking dogs just isn't part of the "hotel experience" that I am paying for. The point; this hotel is pet friendly and they aren't too concerned if that practice disturbs other guests.
