I've stay here several times. Had some issues never something big till this Saturday night.
5-10 minutes in our room 318 (if I'm not mistaken) we was bitten my fleas.
Once I explained it to front desk all we got was a different room. What made it worse was we was itching all night from the bites and we did not get an apology. We was told the following morning that they would send a work order for a professional to go look at the room to determine if there were fleas or not and once it was determined then the would bill the last person who stayed there. Really? They are quick to charge but never did they offer us a discount for all the chaos… Really?
I will not stay there again, spent close to $150. Save your money. It's not worth it!

Love staying here when we come down for vacation. The new GM is very friendly and you can tell she is made for this job… unlike most of the hotel people we run across down here. ❤️

A great place to stay and relax by the mountains with a warm feeling of close to being home. I’ll definitely be back.

The People at the front desk were kind as well as the room services. The maid that took care of our room added a feel at home touch. She was friendly.

My husband and I spent three nights here. The hotel is reasonably priced and very clean throughout. The standard king room was small but nicely appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was also very small but everything worked well. The breakfast was well stocked and included hot items such as biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. No complaints.

We ended up staying here a week due to work-related issues. The GM is wonderful and honored my employee discount for the additional days. Both ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! Even the housekeepers on the second floor would continuously ask us if we needed anything. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Would most definitely stay here again!

The room was very tidy, air conditioning worked great, check in was painless. The pool was a great addition and we were lucky enough to go out there when not many people were there and we had a blast. As far as we saw the pool wasn't crowded ever, but still it was well maintained and has chairs around for parents to supervise. The room itself wasn't bad at all and breakfast was served. Not the best I've stayed at but by no means is this place bad, it was pretty great.

Perfect hotel to unwind and absorb the beauty of this gorgeous town! The Sleep Inn was very efficient and had a very quiet and home like feel to the atmosphere! All of the staff was very helpful and helped us with any questions that we had for them. It was also really nice to be able to have free continental breakfast in the morning before we head out to Dollywood! We were extremely close to everything but it didn't feel incredibly busy where we were either. There is literally not one single negative thing to mention about this hotel, it is a definite stay for us while traveling in this area again!

When we arrived to check in it had been a long day and we arrived at 4:00 AM. The receptionist was very compassionate in regards to our late arrival and gave us A 2:00 PM check time instead of the normal 11:00 AM check out time to allow us to sleep in a little longer. When we arrived to the room it was clean and ready for our arrival. When we were ready to check out the receptionist was polite and helpful. In general it was a great experience staying there.

Wi-Fi doesn't work… The front desk was nice… They were very accommodating… They have a pool… Parking is pretty good … Very close to other attractions… Lots of things to do here if you go up or down the strip… Didn't think there was so much to do here… But everything closes early.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. Clean room. Very comfortable pillows and bed. It's great that they are pet friendly and 100% smoke free. This will be our go to when we are in Pigeon Forge Tennessee! I highly recommend. I would give it 6 stars if it was possible! Thank you!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and had everything you would need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was staying for work and my room was supposed to be booked in advance but wasn't and they were glad to help and get me a room at a great deal. Would recommend if you're looking for just a standard hotel.

Wasn’t bad. The rooms were actually nicer than I expected, if I’m being honest. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, plus bacon or sausage and some egg item. Also yogurt, etc. The staff was insanely nice. Even carried some of bags to the room. Nice people.

Had a good stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and I liked the decor. Best of all the bed was comfortable (very important to me) they had an elevator for easy access to our 3rd floor room. No complaints. Slept like a baby and ate a good breakfast of sausage and biscuits. My daughter enjoyed the hot tea and some cereal. The girl maintaining the breakfast area was friendly and sociable, speaking easily with the guests. I would definitely stay here again without any reservations.

The staff is really friendly, Daniel at the front desk is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. They had waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cereal, apple juice, OJ, tea, and coffee. Our rooms was super nice and clean. Very nice set up. Elevator was clean as well. It’s about 10 mins from downtown piegone forge. Microwave and fridge in room. The rooms could use an update on the heating system that’s the only down.

My family stayed at the Sleep Inn for a couple nights as a December get away. After reading several reviews discussing the friendly staff, I had high expectations. Starting from the early check-in all the way through till we checked out, we were very satisfied. The rooms were a good size for simple accommodations but note there was not a tub in the rooms. The beds we're more than adequate and the room was very clean. Everything in the room worked as expected without issue. The free breakfast offered hot items such as sausage and gravy as well as healthier options of yogurt and fruit. The food stayed well stocked and the area was very clean. Altogether we would certainly recommend the Sleep Inn and will likely stay here again.

Reservations 44 days in advance. Check-in… king bed, smoking. Reserved non smoking. Was offered non smoking queen. Accepted. Body hairs in the sheets and on pillows. Beds were made but sheets had not been changed. Urine in bathroom floor. Body hairs in bathtub. My wife asked for sheets. We started to change the bed ourselves. In come two cleaning ladies. They changed bed and cleaned bathroom. There were still hairs in the tub. Also found two bugs that looked like roaches with wings. Maybe I just got the room they used for other things, or the worst room in the place. But our experience was miserable. It was not clean at all.

Very nice & helpful staff. Full breakfast that last long enough for everyone to enjoy. Very nice, clean rooms with great maid service everyday if u need it, privacy if you don't.

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to the smokies and we didn't want to spend a ton of money on a room for just one nights stay. Sleep Inn in sevierville was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean, the king size bed was very comfortable and made for a good nights rest and Wi-Fi was free and easily accessible. I was hoping for a bathtub for a nice warm soak, but the oversized shower was still nice and clean. All for less than $100 a night. It wasn't bad at all!

I had made reservation at this hotel for a vacation. The day before we were to arrive we found out my disabled brother was having serious heart issues and we needed to get to him. I called the hotel to cancel and I let them know it was a family medical emergency. I was informed I would be charged a night anyway because it was within 24 hours of the stay. (Missed it by less than 2 hours). I am sorry my brother did not get rushed to the hospital sooner. If reserving here, make sure your family doesn't have an emergency the day before checkin.

Nice clean hotel with a good staff. No fitness center and a few other nitpick items keep this from 5 stars but it is a great hotel to stay in.

Very rude front desk lady. Her name is Amanda and she didn't smile once the whole time checking us in. Seemed pretty short when answering questions. Not friendly at all but as my trip has been going on it seems most ppl here in Tennessee are rude in general so I guess maybe that's accepted here. The room on first site seems nice but very very small. The beds are TINY but comfortable. The bathroom is fairly outdated but clean enough. Could use a deep cleaning but not the worst I've seen. The breakfast was super good though surprisingly.

Receive dogs and masacotas the bedspread and carpet full of hairs and garbage cans including the toilet of the guesped previous papes dirty and trash the bathroom door does not close, the toilet pulls water and bedding as bazaar and dirty. Does not deserve to be called choice.

Nice location and friendly staff. The free continental breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold foods. It includes sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, yogurt, fresh waffles, pastries and cold cereal and fresh fruit. And that isn't everything. The room was clean and attractive although a wee bit small. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. It is also pet friendly and I enjoyed the occasional dog sighting.

Awful people here. Left Florida with our animals and they won't let us stay with animals at a PET FRIENDLY place! This is why people abandon their pets! Shame on you and shame on anyone who stays here and leaves their family members, pets or people, behind in an emergency! You are not human beings!

Very impressed. Shower no tub which makes the room seem a little smaller. Tube color scheme had a level of comfort. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and affordable.

Good. Rooms were nice. Our door was hard to close and one of the outside doors didn't lock. No place to get bottled water. The staff were super helpful. Daniel at night on the front desk went above and beyond to help.

This place is simply in one word amazing! It is a well kept hotel. Very clean and quiet. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning. The lady who was working, vacuuming and making breakfast was a sweetheart who makes you feel at home. Front desk people were friendly and caring. Pool was good as well. Not too far from all the activities. Not bad on price. I recommend this place to anyone. I will be coming back! Anyone who complains about this place has something wrong with them.

We had a fantastic experience at Sleep Inn! Pet friendly, very clean room and we had the perfect location for getting Peanut in and out to go potty. Very quiet, great breakfast and the staff was friendly! We will definitely be back! Oh! And having the traffic light to get in and out was awesome!

Woke up at 3 am to find bed bugs on the wall, on our pillow, and under our mattress. The guy at the front counter was able to move us to another room but was unsure what to do from there. He said that he could contact the owner later in the morning but he wasn't going to call her this early because he didn't want to get fussed at. I think that the customers happiness and wellbeing would be worth a phone call. The new room they moved us to appears to be clear but I had to check everything out myself. Wasn't really looking forward to flipping mattresses and checking my stuff since I am on vacation and should be asleep at 3am. On top of it all I had to wake both of my kids, look them over for bugs/bites, and move them as well. They called in a exterminator later on in the day that came out and sprayed the room. He also checked and sprayed our luggage and new room just to be precocious. I feel like the situation should have been handled a lot differently.

Great location a short drive to attractions and great dining. The rooms were so clean and the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is a good way to start your day.

Way over charged! New renovations was a lie point blank. The advertising for this place is false they told us they have all queen beds and only have full size beds. Our air didn't work and they wouldn't move us to another room the temperature is the same inside as outside. We had to go buy a fan and they will not give us any discount. We had spiders in our room. When you call the service desk they are lazy and wouldn't do anything to try and help any of the problems. They are WAY over priced. They tried double charging us. This is the crappiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was very rude! They acted like they didn't know how to do there job! I called corporate and they put me on hold and called the front desk and they lied about the air and everything!

Searching around looking for a place where they accepted pets and found this place, the rooms here are very nice, and bed is comfortable and shower pressure is great, my husband and I would definitely return. ♡

Over charge people for a room. The room smelled the smoke the a/c didn't work. Rude staff. Ask for another room they said the were full and still never fixed the a/c. Worst hotel stay ever. I don't recommend this hotel.

Worse front desk personnel is an understatement. We were 45 minutes early and no to check in. And acted like I was being unreasonable because I didn't want to climb 2 flights of stairs in the July heat. I will make sure I tell everyone this place. Do NOT stay here!

Worst front desk service in my life, my wife is pregnant and wouldn't let us check in a hour early my wife was tired, and they half ass made the bed, didn't clean the trash up at all.

From reading all the other reviews, i'm assuming they are newly renovated. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. The bathrooms were small and, i'm assuming, next on the list to be renovated. Breakfast was good. We were there from 1130pm-930am, so we didn't have time to spend by the pool. Overall, we would definitely go back, no questions asked.
