My family just got back from a short trip to Pigeon Forge… This was our first time staying at River Place Condos. We stayed in room 101. We were very happy with our stay. We had issues getting the blue-ray player to play and a nice lady from the office came down and fixed it for us. I didn't get her name, but she was so kind. Also, Donna in the office was very helpful as well. My family and I will be return guest of River Place Condos.

My family and I decided to stay here for a couple days and was not disappointed. The room we stayed in was updated and very clean. I read reviews prior to coming here and had my doubts. Honestly, it really depends on the room you get and how well the owners maintain them. Our room was clean, no odors or smells and had a very nice layout. Only issue I could say we all had was the issue with the Wi-Fi. I know the condo has been working on it but it's very slow and spotty. Overall it was a great experience! Room 102 is really nice!

Hey I'm Brandi Coleman my family and I loved River Place Condos we stay here every time we come to Pigeon Forge Tennessee. There condos are very clean and very beautiful. We have stayed in there two bedroom condos and there 3 bedroom condo. If your family stay here y'all would love it and if you have any questions or problem they will help you right away.

Have stayed several times over a 13 yr span. In all diffrent configurations of rooms, even the motel when the old owners had them. Love the condos, but the motel (which is not under the same management as condos) is horrible! They are owned by foreigners. When I called them to make a complaint about some of their guests kids playing football near vehicles in parking lot by condos, (after 1 vehicle had been struck by football) he blabbered something that I could not understand and hung up on me 3 times. Yes 3 times after that would not answer my call, due to caller id I guess. Such a joke, they can understand enough to run a business but dont want the responsibility of enforcing the rules of the motel. Will stay here again (Riverplace Condos) but will never stay @ Riverplace Inn. That place has gone downhill since new owners have aquired that property.

We had the best time there. The room was excellent. This was the second time my family and I stayed there. We plan to go back again. Great place to stay.

Pictures on the website do not match the actual establishment. We called to report many many issues none were fixed during our stay. The sleeper sofa must have been made out of chicken wire and the air mattress had a hole in it. Plugins didn't work and the building next to it looked like fallout from Chernobyl. My mom did the best she could, but an amputated foot would have been better than this place. Hated it. Will never recommend. I will tell stories however. Of how horrible it was.

We booked this room due to the pictures and amenities we found on the website. This was SO MISLEADING! The room was not updated and was dirty. We bought a mop just so we could clean the floor :/ The TV did not work in one bedroom and in that same bedroom there was just a full size bed. We were told they would both be queen/king beds. We had no hairdryer and there was nobody working there that could tell me anything because each unit is individually owned. We will NEVER stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone. We were highly DISAPPOINTED. The rooms look wonderful on the website, but are NOTHING like it! It sits next to an old abandoned building that seems to be ready to be demolished. Sad that we spent money on this establishment.

We rented a 3 BR condo. Before going we checked out the website, (misleading). Our unit looked nothing like pics on website. The tower is next to an abandoned hotel unit that has been demolished, (nice view). Unit was filthy. We found a live bug in our bed. A loaf of moldy bread was in the kitchen cabinet. Walls, baseboards, floors all dirty. Bathroom and shower were dirty. Found human hair in the drawers of the bathroom. Too many more things that we shouldn't have found, for $300 a night (IMS) Plus they charged us $180 cleaning fee/taxes! Management wouldn't move us. We ended up leaving after the first night. Management was quick to blame the owner. This was the worst experience we've ever had. The health department should shut them down.

I bought this room off a groupon. The bed was so cheap as soon as I sat on it I went straight to the box springs you could feel ALL the springs the pillows where all flat. By day 3 I had to get a massage back and neck was killing me. The Jacuzzi was in the bedroom which was cool, but the bottom was all cracked, nasty looking and had a foul odor (rotten eggs) coming from it during are whole stay. We couldn't even use the patio to get fresh air because there was a hornets nest with swarming hornets right outside the door. No room service. No laundry facility. Not sure if this is just the room they rent out to there groupon people, but I will never ever go back to that place. Groupon or not.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY! Great prices, Very clean, with very friendly customer service. Big rooms and great view of the mountains. Balcony overlooking the river were you can feed the ducks. Very relaxing. Great place in the middle of town. Close to shopping, restaurants, and arcades for the kids. Great family vacation! Thank you River Place Condos! Keep up the good work.
