Stayed there over thanksgiving weekend. Thought all was ok til we got home. Bed bug infestation was brought into my house and $100s later and agony for family with bites I would never recommend staying there to anyone. Called them to express the room number but It was like I was bothering them and they said we nvr have issues like that here and I must have gotten from somewhere else. Well I only stayed at this hotel and our bags were infested as well. I would never stay here again PERIOD! Coming to town this weekend again and Im not staying is this place again.

We spent the holidays (Christmas eve — Jan 2nd) in this hotel, and honestly, if we could've gotten our money back and stayed somewhere else. We would have! $800+ to stay in rooms that smelled so badly, we had to buy Febreeze, and sleep with the windows ope, just so we could tolerate the smell! (Musty, urine smell) This was our SECOND ROOM, because the first ones toliet over flowed! Shower preasure is weak at best, staff acts like your interupting their day to say hello! … Also, the swimming pool, had a dirt ring around the entire pool! (Pool has not been cleaned in months! ) … NASTY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldnt suggest this hotel to anyone!
