As soon as I walked in the room I was met with a smoke smell (was told it was non smoking) and was met with 2 cockroaches.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked a room sight unseen, and it looked rough when we arrived, but decided to give it a chance. Sign in the lobby indicates complimentary breakfast, when we asked about it, we were told "we don't do that here". I hoped the room would make up for the otherwise sketchy setting; I was mistaken. One of the beds had a top sheet, one had a bottom sheet. On the bed without a bottom sheet, there was a huge urine stain. Every towel in the room was stained all over. Went for a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarettes, and we found a butt on the floor. In the shower was a used washcloth and bar of soap. Absolutely filthy. Couldn't sleep in the room. Ended up going to another hotel for the night, and accepting a $71 loss as a result. There's a reason why there's a no refund sign in the lobby. I can't imagine a worse hotel experience.

Love the hotel been here 3 months and the atast is wonderful. For the location it is very convenient to downtown and to other amenities.
