Chose this resort for our anniversary night. Stayed in cabin From the moment we met the owner, we were treated like family. Very informative about the area. Local discounts also. Cabin was just perfect for the two of us. The two covered decks were nice. Two creeks and a neat common area to hang out around a fire. I would recommend this stay to anyone! Also, thanks for the hand delivered surprise!

I absolutely loved the place. The staff were the most friendly, professional and helpful people I have met in a long time. The cabin was beautiful with a stream running right by the front porch. You could relax all day just listening to it our even stick your feet in to cool off! And Maggie valley… is truly a gem of a place to visit. I have not been here since I was a kid and I am 56, but sitting here writing this I feel younger than I have in a long time. Thank you for that as well.

Absolutely loved this place. Just got back from a weekend trip and booked a cabin here. My family and I were not disappointed. I cannot wait to come back. This will be my go-to place any time I come back to this area. The owners were absolutely fantastic! Somehow they make you feel like family.

2nd year back. Great location. The Hosts are very friendly. Cabin was really clean. Good amenities. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars, is the price for close to off season.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else and I will definitely be back. They treat you like family and go above and beyond for you. We bought firewood for $5 and rented a new movie from them each night as we made our s’mores. They had so many movies to choose from. The indoor pool was really warm and the hot tub felt amazing after a day on the slopes. The brooks of water behind the cabin were beautiful. We fit four adults comfortably into the one bedroom cabin. The heater was on and felt great. The shower was hot and the Wi-Fi was strong. They had directions to different things you could do and suggestions for local things to do! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Never got to stay here because, my husband and I called 3 times to check on their cabin availability for the weekend of December 29, 2017. I was told by Tina that they had one cabin available for that weekend. As I was about to give her my card number to book the cabin she rudely informed my husband and I that it was booked while on the phone with her. She was very rude and abrupt with no southern hospitality at all. We asked to speak to the manager which she informed me he was busy, but would return my call later to which he never did. We have had many family reunions here in the past with the previous owners and always enjoyed our stay, but since management has changed we will no longer stay here while visiting Maggie valley.

What a relaxing, carefree destination located so conveniently to outdoor adventures, casual dining and breathtaking views. We were treated like family and offered all the comforts of home. Thank you, Lyndon and Greg, for getting hospitality so right and personal. Many Blessings for your business. We'll return.

My girlfriend and I stayed there last minute and got a great deal with a super sweet room with a view and a Jacuzzi. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I really liked the cool coupons they give out for local places as well.

The greatest place to stay in Cherokee we have had a blast.

This place is romantic private and great even for a family get away. The manager and staff are very polite and knowledgeable about the surounding area. The cabins are well maintained and the creek behind the cabins is delightful to listen to early morning hours. I recommend anyone that needs a getaway to come here!

Paid 800 for 4 nights of Hell. Cabin had Wi-Fi that I couldnt ever use. Which ment I got no service at all. The dishes they had were mis matched plates that were chiped the only mixing bowl had a split in the bottom. Barly enough room to open oven to put anything in. The ac was so loud you couldnt have a conversation if you turned it off you couldnt stand the heat. It didnt cool the cabin unless it was night time. I cooked hamburgers even had window and 2 doors open and still smoked the entire place up. The beds felt like they were about 50 years old you could feel ever spring. The carpet was ratty with bath rugs every where. The washer and dryer combo was a joke. Then the tub with the spa jets… the lights came on and went off I turned the knob and NOTHING. Then to find out I had to clean all dishes take out trash. Abd yet they are gona give me a page on how much I should tip cleaning lady man. Haha. Gota tip for you. Save your money go else where. WE left 2 nights early couldnt sleep on that bed 1 more min.

This is the hideaway. Need a quiet with your love one or even the family it's the place to go. Never a bad experience there.

Stayed here in September 2016, a very good experience. Returned to Maggie Valley and stayed again in May 2017 an even better experience. Loved sitting by the creek relaxing and listening to the water flowing. The perfect place to stay while on vacation or travelling for business. My wife and I look forward to our next stay in the spring of 2018.

The second time we have stayed at Twin Brooks and we enjoyed it immensely both times. I will say that the pool is not heated and made for a hypothermic dip in mid April and there is not a ton to do in the immediate area but it is very peaceful, the cabins are clean and the staff is friendly. Plenty of accommodations available at the office if you just ask!

Very cozy cabins. One we had was right on the creek with a covered back porch with rocking chairs and a picnic table.

This is a perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway​. Cabins are very clean and overlook a creek.

We stay here once sometimes twice a year. The cabins are in central maggie valley and very close to the ski lodge. This is certainly a wonderful asset to this town and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. The owner has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of prior to our stay as well as during our stay. I wouldn't stay anywhere other than this resort for this location! Keep up the great work!

Stayed at the treetop rental home. It was very unique and a beatiful home. The resort staff stated they would allow me to check in after midnight but the day we traveled I got several phone calls from them that they would not wait much longer. This was a trap. The treetop rental owners left us a free cake! There was a dead mouse at the house when we arrived but that is not uncommon. They tried to tell us there was no cleaning fee but the original payment fee included 70$. I felt like rental managers had different information than the vrbo owners.

We absolutely loved everything about this resort. Loved the sound of the creek beside the cabin it was so relaxing. The cabin itself was very nice, clean, and spacious. Everyone there was so nice to us. We will definitely be going back! A perc worth mentioning — wheels through time is right down the road.

Beautiful place to vidit!

It was an alright place to stay but the cabin we had was in poor condition. The chairs were falling apart and there were a lot of stains. But it does have an indoor heater pool down near the office so it has that going for it.

Perfection. We were on an extended "stay as we go" vacation and we're recommended to come here by another hotelier who was full up, and we don't regret a single second! Amazing cabins, plenty of room, and the prefect atmosphere. Will come back!

Karen checked us in. She couldn't have been ANY nicer. The cabins have grooved knotty pine walls, a fireplace, and a jet tub. It was a perfect end to a long day of motorcycle riding. It's basically right across the street from Dale Walksler's museum.

Wonderful people, wonderful place! Lots to do around the area.

Great mountain get away and the Staff is out of this world to make everything go very smoothly. The place is maintained very nice and very clean. The Staff did a great job to make our ski vacation go very smoothly and avoid all the lines and hassles.
