Middle Eastern Owners were very rude and inhospitable. We arrived at 11:30am and asked if we could be checked in early, as we had been driving all night to get there and were exhausted. The male owner looked at the time and said "It's 11:30! You cannot check in until 2pm! " I again explained that we were exhausted and didn't want to have to drive around for another 2.5 hours and could he check to see if the room was ready early. He acted like he was looking at the computer (WITHOUT ASKING MY NAME, so how did he even check? ) and immediately said "No the people are still in the room. And the fire department is coming to inspect the smoke detectors in all of the rooms, so there is no way you can get in until 2pm". We left and called the YELLOW HOUSE ON PLOT CREEK RD. The owner Ken gave us a great deal on a TWO LEVEL suite with two fireplaces, a full spa bathroom, access to a Butlers kitchen for snacks and coffee whenever we wanted it, and a full hot made to order breakfast each morning. This suite was only $50 a night more than the quality inn which looked like a DUMP and we got a full cooked hot breakfast, not the premade cold rubbery junk at Quality Inn. Save yourself the aggravation and rudeness of the owners and stay somewhere else! Oh and when I called Quality Inn to cancel, only 20 MINUTES after they told me there was NO WAY I was checking in before 2pm, they THEN told me my room was ready and we could come back. What idiots and LIARS! I'm glad I took the $600 and gave it to The Yellow house!
