NEVER AGAIN! Small pubic hairs were all over the inside of tub upon checking in. The staff was rude and simply not helpful! I told the front desk clerk about the hair, and her response was simply, “Oh. ” She acted like I was inconviencing her. She never offered to even clean the tub, or find a way to make it right with us! She was too eager to get back to her cell phone conversation! I’m not a complainer, but poor customer service and dirty rooms are totally unacceptable.

I went swimming with a the owner''s son. The pool was good.

Hotel is overpriced. The room was dirty and musty. Wi-Fi needs updated. Breakfast was scary. Open gallon of milk sitting in a pan of ice.

Great people. Nice rooms. Gym and laundry area. Plenty of parking. Short distance to attractions in town. Plenty of restaurants close by.

The man at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were very nice and well kept. There is a Pizza Ranch, Burger King, and a buffet right next door. This is a pretty good place with good prices.

Its real name should be Mediocre 8. The breakfast is mediocre, the heating/ac is so loud that it can only be out done by my mother's snoring, and at 4:10 AM I am utterly exhausted and have gotten little sleep. The beds are half decent.

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE SERVICE! The manager/owner is only out for money! We had a death in the family and didn’t cancel in the allotted timeframe. So what does he do? Absolutely nothing! I wasn’t looking for a full refund just a partial. It’s a 2 star hotel and he charged me $145 do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

My wife had made a mistake and booked two rooms. When she realized this she then tried to cancel one and they cancelled both which we booked around $80 per room almost 6 months ago. When trying to re-book a single room after they had cancelled both of those, the manager "Bob" raised the room price to $160 and was very rude with her. I called to try and figure out what could be done and "Bob" instantly got very rude with me and after about a 60 second conversation, hung up on me! I hope you get to read this "Bob" and understand your problem resolution and customer service is absolutely horrid, how you are allowed to manage anything but your own time is beyond me.

The rooms where nice and clean, staff was nice. Price was decent. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the breakfast wasn't really flavorful.

I do not even know where to begin. Our room was dirty when we first arrived. Several places in the room were not cleaned at all, leaving what hopefully was dried food in various places around the room. The television remote did not work unless you held it an inch from the sensor then just barely. The channel button did not work at all. During the "peaceful" night, a high pitched whealing would come through the air every time anyone flushed a toilet in the hotel. Almost like a high pitched squeal about every thirty minutes, give or take. Then, we tried falling back asleep around 9:00 in the morning due to not sleeping well the night before. That did not help since starting around 8:30am, housekeeping began banging on doors and slamming their carts around. Then, we finally started dozing off when a loud rapping on the door filled the room. Housekeeping. Apparently the do not disturb sign is synonymous with "knock as loud as you can. " Over all, between the symphony of various high pitched squeals, housekeeping banging around, and a general disregard for "do not disturb, " both my wife and I will be leaving exhausted.

Not that great. Clean but not kept up repairs.

Room was small and not a lot of variety of a breakfast.

It's just not special at all. My room had a few interesting problems. The sink only trickled water even though the tub fixture seemed to be kind of old school and wasteful. The heat pump was old and very noisy, so the cycling was more noticeable than many newer places. Granted it's an economy hotel but I got these annoyances for a over hundred bucks for the night once the taxes were added. I stay in hotels about a hundred nights a year and this was sub-par, especially given the amount paid.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Boone because it was my daughter's wedding. When I got to the hotel I was given a room. I checked everything in the room. Most if not all of the surfaces were dusty. Also I found a used wet washcloth in the tub. Then on Sat I went to my daughters wedding ceremony. After the ceremony I stopped back to the hotel. No one had even tried to clean my room! I had to to ask for fresh towels.

Great service. And 5 stars for veteran parking.

I have stayed here several times with no problems. Came to town with several family members for a funeral. The first nite, Jan 27, was very uneventful, but the second nite, Jan 28 was terrible. We were awakened at 2:30am by laughing, talking, loud tv, doors banging. The manager said she was sorry, but the strippers were supposed to be on the first floor (her words) and we were on the 2nd. The motel was not busy and all those people COULD have booked somewhere else besides right next to us. I will think hard and long before booking here again. We weren't even offered anything off our rooms that no one was able to sleep in after 2:30 am.

Nice Motel friendly staff the owner had the same birthday I have.

Location was good room was nice but no pool so dropped it 2 stars.

If you the only one staying there the maid will know on you door and vacuum right outside till you wake up.

Super clean and friendly awesome little place.

Manager was disrespectful & very rude. All but two members of staff were extremely hateful & rude. Smelt like mold. If you have kids don't bother because it was made clear they don't welcome children that talk above a mouse whisper. Breakfast coffee looked like tea and tasted like water…

On the road all the time little more expensive expected a little more. Not the case. Dirty bathroom, chair is stained, 2 bed room 1 little shampoo. It is what it is.

We have stayed in this motel before and it was perfectly fine. NOT SO THIS TRIP! The breakfast room had the same coffee stains on the floor the 4 nights we were here. There was NO breakfast on our last morning and the room had the same crumbs on the floor from days before. Milk was left out of refrigeration for 4 hours at a time. We were wakened twice by the owner's wife and house-keeping and told they needed the room. We were told if we didn't want to be bothered we needed to put out a DO NOT DISTURB sign. It was 8 AM! Our last night we returned to the room to the screams of the owner and his wife fighting. The microwave didn't work at all and what happened to irons in the rooms? We found an extra $20 charge on our credit card, told it was something the credit card company did. not the case. I called my bank. This is pathetic even for a budget motel. Not only will we not return (there's a lovely motel just up the street) but we will do everything we can to steer others away from this hotel.

I will never stay at this motel again. I was quoted a rate when I checked in and when I checked out, the owner charged my card a higher rate. I told him this was not what I quoted and he said the lower rate "was a mistake" and wouldn't honor it. No amount of conversation would convince him. This is just another example of foreigners out to get your money. I'll stay somewhere else next time, Punjab.

No, there was no pool, but rates were cheaper than the motel with one, even though not the cheapest in town. If you want luxury and atmosphere, be prepared to pay more elsewhere, and if you want cheaper, just be prepared. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. In spite of a minor glitch in our reservation, we got what was advertised and I think that is all that is required for a place to sleep. To my way of thinking, that makes it above average.
