Nice Hotel and excellent location.

Kids are running ‍♀️ around here talking really noisy. No free breakfast. The TV will not pickup all the channels that are listed. The parking lot is not made for bus.

Only stayed one night on our way home to Maryland. Wish we could have stayed another night just to check out the city of Boone, NC. We will be back… fall is beautiful time of the year.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Driveway is difficult to get out of since the hotel sits on a very busy intersection. But the location is excellent. Close to everything in downtown Boone.

We were quite pleased with this facility. It was new and modern. A nicely appointed, sleek and clean Lobby. The room was likewise large and comfortable. It's located on a busy road, but I had no issues with road noise inside the room. The beds were very comfortable. We tried to stay a second night but there were no rooms available. If in the area, and it meets your budget I would certainly consider this facility.

Very nice hotel overall. The little gym has nice equipment, and the pool and hot tub were also a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The only negative would be that the parking lot is a little small.

Nice accommodation. Rooms and common areas very well taken care of. Staff very pleasant and willing to help. Tiny pool. Stayed for 4 nights. Asked for top floor and away from elevator. Got the top floor and a room two away from the elevator, facing Hwy 105. My goodness the traffic noise was disturbing. This hotel needs to invest in better windows on the rooms facing the Hwy. As platinum members, can't understand why they'd place us on a road side room in the first place. Won't stay here again.

We have never had a bad experience at any Marriott until our last trip. Room had not been properly cleaned. Sheets were questionable and hair and food were on carpet and bathroom floor.

My husband and I loved our stay. The prices were reasonable with a great location. We really enjoyed the decor of the rooms and the extra amenities: fire pit, common area, and hot tub.

This is very much like other Courtyards — — comfortable, efficient, with a soft bed. The service here is exceptionally friendly, and the location is very convenient to activities in and around Boone.

Everything was great at this Marriott, I mean everything, breakfast, pool, room, lobby, everything… but what especially stood out was the incredible staff. The front desk attendants (two blond girls, can't remember their names! ) Were phenomenal. They suggested great place to eat and explore and really made our trip. Grade A!

The room was nice. Very clean. But there was no fan in the bathroom so it was hard to get ready after a shower. Also, the hot tub was like a warm bath, no bubbles at all. And the elevator is really slow.

Great customer service all around! It was my first time visiting from Raleigh and it was the perfect location to explore the area and have a comfortable place full of amenities to return to. Will definitely stay again!

Quiet rooms, convenient location and great breakfast.

I have stayed at this Courtyard several times over the past couple months. Every time it has been spotless, and I have received exceptional service. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Boone.

Fantastic customer service! The rooms are exceptionally clean. We were attending graduating at App State and the lounge area was a great spot to hang out with other family members. I highly recommend staying here.

We can be somewhat picky but this place was very nice. This is my new go to. Very clean and the staff was nice though they were not always able to assist. It's in a great location too. Close to everything.

I always look for Marriott properties first because of typically consistent service. I have stayed at this property many times since they opened. All of a sudden there is a very strict parking policy with no solutions for guests with more than one vehicle PER RESERVATION (even if your reservation is for more than one room). The solution is 3 neighboring businesses with parking until 6 am, then what? Who wants to get up at 5:30 am and move there vehicle, and to where?. If all of a sudden after 5 years parking is a problem, at least offer a reasonable solution. I will not stay at this property again.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Since arriving, we have yet to drive our car. Front desk is very knowledgeable about local restaurants and the bistro staff is very kind. Special recognition to the Bistro Manager, she has been consistently making my husband and I feel comfortable. We had one small issue with our room (which affected our sleep the first night) and Jeff was kind enough to take care of the issue and even wrote a note letting us know he took care of the issue. Not to mention, everyone has made our stay extra special due to my husband's birthday. Thank you for such a great stay. We will stay again.

Great customer service, easy check in. And check out the diner within walking distance!

Nice rooms and good service.

You do not get your monies worth. Over priced. Small rooms and pool. Not enough outlets in room. No continental breakfast. Very nice staff at the hotel. The call center lies about guaranteeing adjoined rooms, however, for 450. They put us and the kids together with small beds.

The Courtyard is a Greta place with comfortable beds and a great pool. Breakfast was great.

Very comfy and nice hot tub. The pool was pretty cold. Also there was no free breakfast like it says on here.

This facility is in great condition and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I stay here regularly for work, and I have not had any reason to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and polite.

The location was great to App State University! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The fire pit on the back patio was a nice surprise, secluded, and very relaxing! The pool and hit tub are small, and you must pay for any breakfast y mk that you might want, but it was a great experience overall.
