Booked this Hotel for one night. Front desk was friendly and received a Glass of champagne upon checking in. Rooms were extremely clean and very modern looking. Beautiful view of downtown and mountains. Walked everywhere because it had the perfect location to stores and restaurants. Will definitely book there again if in the area — the only con was that they offered valet parking for 17/ night or you had to hunt for a spot on the street.

Great location, near lots of shopping, dining and cultural locations. The hotel is attractive, modern and very clean. Eco-friendly products, nice toiletries, room darkening shades and an excellent Cuban restaurant on site. The staff were all very professional, super friendly and dedicated to making sure you had a fabulous experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Water pressure was terrible. Taking a shower was not a pleasant experience, especially having very long hair. Also, the air conditioner made noises all night. It sounded like we were in a wind tunnel and you would hear liquid running in it (Freon? ) The location was good, and the personal balcony was fun to lay out on in the sun. The water pressure and air conditioner issues are why we won’t choose that place again. We did enjoy our dinner at Hemingway’s on the 4th floor and the complimentary champagne. The staff was very nice. The valet guys were exceptionally friendly.

We were with a group of 13 couples and the service we got was superb. The staff was soooo awesome from valet attendants, front desk, restaurant/kitchen staff to housekeeping staff.

Very nice hotel and close to everything downtown.

After a 7 hour drive to Asheville from the coast we were met with complimentary champagne at the front desk. The staff were amazing and more than accommodating. We requested a top floor and got the very top with a beautiful view of the city. The property is well kept, the room was very clean and comfortable. Valet was spot on every time we requested our car from the parking deck. The guys working valet were friendly, they helped us load our bags and always opened the door for us to get in and out of the car. Check out was quick at 6:45am and we were gifted a jar of local honey. Highly recommend this property and we will be staying again!

I would have like to have made this review positive because we had a great stay there but unfortunately items were stolen from my car which was parked in the valet the last night of our stay. I didn’t realize this until I after I paid my bill and was hours away almost home. I have filed a complaint with the manager but have yet to been followed up with and it’s been almost 5 days since this occurred. I was told it is being investigated but at this point I’m not getting my stuff back so just make it right and reimburse me for something! Unfortunately I will not stay there again and I visit Asheville often.

Positives — Clean, comfy bed, nice location, mostly friendly staff. Negatives — bed slides on frame, needs a table in the room, the chair is very low to the floor, not notified of limited house keeping, expensive parking.

Beautiful clean and spacious room. Well designed and thought out with great amenities. Excellent front desk and valet service. Downtown and close to great walkable restaurants.

Stayed for one night and didn’t spend a lot of time in my room but the cleanliness and comfort were fantastic. Bathroom was spotless, great views and central location. I got a great rate on their web site but it was a Wednesday so I expected it to be cheaper. Overall a fantastic experience.

Second time staying and it was wonderful! No complaints whatsoever!

We booked a room for our anniversary. When my mother had a stroke we tried to change the dates to a later time. They refused, so we paid for absolutely nothing. Our reservation was through Booking. Com and we knew it was non-refundable but to refused to reschedule under our situation was unbelievable. Booking. Com said they were trying to resolve this with the hotel but got no response. The obvious is money is more important to the hotel than compassion for family emergencies. Cold.

Beautiful room with amazing views. Restaurant and bar has a great atmosphere and fantastic sunsets. All the staff were incredibly efficient and kind. Valet service was fast and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great modern hotel with everything we needed! Modern touches like a Bluetooth speaker built into the bathroom mirror and a valet system where you text them a couple minutes before heading down we're appreciated. We had a high floor facing East that gave us an amazing sunrise view right from the bed! One big plus is they have a blackout shade so it is still fairly dark even when the sun is shining in the morning. A couple small issues, but nothing major: The shower had some fairly low pressure, also my boyfriend hated the pillows (I thought they were great though). Highly recommend this hotel!

This was a beautiful place. Extremely clean. New technology in the elevators for security. The staff was very friendly and there was valet only parking. Staff at the restaurant was amazing. Food was also amazing. Location was perfect. Only a two min walk to food and ice cream!

Cambria is located in the heart of Asheville, well within walking distance of many breweries, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself is very new and feels it. While the 'brick' wallpaper is a bit hokey, the room and bathroom were spacious and well-furnished. The room was absolutely spotless. Great comfy beds, too. While it's a small thing, it was very nice to not have to hunt for an outlet to charge electronics; there are USB slots and outlets in abundance. Also, the check-out honey was a nice perk! The restaurant was also wonderful. My wife and I went there for nightcaps. The bartender was friendly and recommended some great cocktails, both on and off-menu! I was a bit annoyed at the valet-only parking at first, but it is very reasonably priced. It was also great to send a text and have my car waiting for me. Even if self-parking was offered, I would continue to use the valet considering the ease and price of it. Next time in Asheville, I cannot think of a reason to not stay here. Can't wait until the next visit!

Hands down, our favorite place to stay in Asheville! The staff is beyond professional and kind, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Everyone from the valet to the front desk staff… top notch! Further, our room was immaculate and modern, and the views were out of this world (nothing is better than those Blue Ridge Mountains! ). If that isn’t enough, they even gave us local honey upon check out. We will definitely be back! Cambria, thank you for making our anniversary one for the books!

This hotel has the best staff I've ever encountered. Prompt to serve and always with a smile. Their text system for valet and front desk is awesome. They were great at giving advise. The room view was excellent! Clean and modern. Will stay again because is also in the middle of the action.

Really nice location. The rooms are amazing and clean. The rooms are extremely well soundproofed. Could not hear anyone the entire time. I would definitely stay at this location again but must say it is difficult to find places for brunch. I am not willing to sit outside and wait for an hour for a table. They do not accept reservations at most of the brunch locations.

Great stay and very friendly staff. My room was on the 5th floor with a walkout terrace that had some of the best views I’ve ever seen!
We did dinner at Hemingway’s Cuba, top notch all around. Very assertive staff, the Cuban inspired drinks were great, we had the seafood paella, which was out of this world! We will be back!

It was awesome. My husband and I went here for a 10-year anniversary. They took care of us so wonderfully. They helped us reschedule when our son was sick and didn't charge us anything extra for the trouble. They upgraded us to a really nice sweet for the occasion. They even offered champagne when we were checking in which was a really nice touch after being in the car for several hours. Thank you so much for making the time special!

This was honestly the best hotel experience we have had in along time! The room was amazing and very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. From check-in to check-out, we didn't have one complaint. Great hotel and a great location! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Cambria in Downtown Asheville and it was the greatest hotel experience either of us had ever had! From the minute we pulled up, the valet attendants were kind and courteous. They always made it a point to have conversation with you and they were always attentive opening and closing the door for my wife. The text for your car feature is also very innovative and cut down a lot of the wait time which was a nice plus. The front desk attendants were top notch and would always acknowledge you when you were entering or leaving the hotel. They even upgraded us to their premium suite and poured us two glasses of complimentary champagne for our honeymoon which was absolutely amazing and showed their hospitality! You can't beat the location as you are at most a 5 minute walk from any of the major downtown Asheville attractions. The hotel is also right next to the interstate so you have easy access to other parts of the Asheville area as well. The rooms were superb, with all modern fixtures and materials to give you a nice clean feel. Housekeeping always did a great job of cleaning the room without disturbing your belongings along the way. To cap off the front desk attendants' amazing hospitality, they gave us a jar of local honey as we departed. If there is another hotel as affordable as this one with all these amazing perks in the Asheville area I would be shocked.

We went to Asheville for my birthday and this hotel did not disappoint. The location is perfect especially if you like to walk around downtown. The rooms were awesome and super clean. Jeanne was great upon check-in and made us feel welcome. She even helped my poor husband out with the elevator, which I’m sure gave her a good laugh. We ate breakfast at Hemingway and it was delicious. Im sure when we come back into town we will book with your hotel again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Incredible views and staff was first class! They also have a great Cuban restaurant called Hemingway’s Cuba highly recommend this getaway.
