They were so accommodating. After dealing with my first major car crash, it was very pleasant to walk into a place like this. The room was very spacious and well designed. The people working were friendly and super helpful.

Great location. Nice facility. The staff went out if its way to accommodate our needs. Everyone was so pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean and updated. Bathroom is spacious and nice. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Indoor pool is small but fine for a kid who just wants to splash around. Overall, nice for a Holiday Inn.

There was a water main break during my stay which affected water pressure throughout the hotel. For most of my stay I was unable to shower or even flush my toilet. I had a very important interview the following morning and I had to stay up after 1:00am waiting for water pressure to return. It did not however, and I had to shower in freezing water with very low pressure. I called the front desk multiple times to have an update on the water main status; however, they could not provide much information but did discuss working out a discount or a prorated price for the trouble the guests endured. The following morning when I checked out of the hotel, the front office staff informed me that I would have to pay full price for my stay and that no discount would be applied. This is completely unfair and I cannot recommend this hotel in good faith knowing that they manipulate their customers in this regard. I expect to be able to shower and use the restroom when I stay at a hotel and this was not the case during my stay. At least the view was nice.

Nice place, professional staff. I was getting frustrated when they could not fix what I thought was an was an easy issue with switching credit cards for my reservation. They were polite and professional in handling the issue for me. I then realized that I had made a pre-paid reservation instead of a normal one, so it was a lot more work and trouble for them, but they did not complain. My room is clean and comfortable. The internet has been fast and reliable. The breakfast is good and the area kept clean. I have not used it yet, but the gym looks well stocked.

Super convenient to my business, and can take Metro North to the city. Low price but has it all!

The view from the room allowed me to see the river, which was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious, overall my experience was great.

Excellent Hotel, close to the train station, a couple fine restaurants, and a walking path next to a park. The staff is eager to help you with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this Hotel for a few night stay.

Nice rooms, reasonable rates. I wish breakfast was earlier than 0630, so I'll assume it's the standard HIE hot breakfast, which is always decent.

Wonderful stay here. The employees were very helpful and kind. Will say that there isn't really a view of the Hudson from any of the rooms but you can take a short walk to the park they have there. Also, there is a boardwalk that is walkable from the train station if you don't want to take a taxi.

The hotel is right on the water in Peakskill. We were there in time for a beautiful sunset over there Hudson, definitely worth it for the view alone. The hotel is CLEAN, and you can smell it the moment you come in. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we really enjoyed the 2 bed suite. The bathroom is modern, the beds are super comfortable, and the price can't be beat. The breakfast was also over the top, the best free breakfast I've had!

Very comfortable and enjoyable time to stay. I love the pool, basic gym, dining place, breakfast, the nice attitude from employees, specially Gladys, the night shift girl with wavy hair that works in front desk, the gild with braids, few of the house keepers, and the generator with some gray hair, sorry but I don't know everyone's names up in there. My Family and I had a good positive time. Thanks everyone for the awesome hospitality.

This is what customer service stands for. Ths staff here works for you. We have been in the hotel business for a lot of years. The front desk goesout of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Now the night auditor needs a bit more training in customer service. Found her watching TV on her phone at the front desk. However she is working a shift no one wants to do. The rooms where spot on. Clean comfortable and I saw a posting that someone said that they could hear the train and traffic. I couldn't hear my wife in the shower more less hearing anything from the outside. Free breakfast was spot on. Very open space and nice selection. But its the views of the Hudson that are breath taking. Especially at sunset. The staff helped us out with everything from MTA and directions to the local Italian pork store. We will be back in the fall. I just hope the general manager and owners no what kind of staff they have. Or it could be that they are to be thanked as they might be the reason why the employees are this way. They like working for them because they understand customer service.

Everything was actually fine but the room smelled of sewer gases. Couldn't tell if it was the shower drain or the tub drain but even running water in both for 20 minutes did not resolve the issue. We were only there for a night and didn't bother asking for a new room. Would still have left this negative review even if we were moved. Having any room with this issue is unacceptable. Call a plumber.

Continental breakfast was incredible. I would stay here again just for that.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here for Halloween two years in a row. This is an extremely clean and well kept hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
