Friendly staff. Updated rooms. Nice amenities on the grounds and close to beaches. It was perfect for us each night after a day at beach we sat at fire pit and looked at stars.

Really great location, family friendly and affordable rooms. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Location wise, it's close to great food, beaches and other attractions!

Comfortable clean rooms and a great view of the water. The pool is. It so big but good enough for a daily swim.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Even though they're not your typical hotel staff, they knew their stuff. When we checked in, the guy gave us detailed instructions on local spots to visit, made very helpful recommendations. Rooms are cleaned daily, even when you don't ask. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because of the noise levels. We heard the toilet flush from the upstairs room, everything that was going on outside our door, and the walking back and forth from the guests from the room above ours. Having said that I will definitely try to come back, if I find reasonable rates.

Very friendly place to be on the east end of Long Island. Located in a great place to just sit by the water or visit sites in the Hamptons. Rooms are freshly renovated and extraordinary kept clean. A must place to stay in the Hamptons.

BEWARE, This place is old, dirty, and not at all as the pictures seem. The manager first tried stating she was overbooked and didn't have my room, after we start to complain, then magically found a room but gave me the option to look at it first, just "to make sure it works". Travel quite often and I have NEVER been given the option at a hotel to scope out my room before check in (this was clearly done because she knew the room was not up to par and would not work for us), went down and checked out the room and then understood why she offered, room was extremely run down, dirty sheets (when mentioned this the manager told me they are not dirty just stained, LOL cause that makes it better). I also mentioned to the manager that the lobby was grossly dirty and the grounds looked terrible, her excuse was she "has had a busy day and hadn't got to cleaning up'. OKAY, how is that my issue as a paying customer? The manager working was quite dirty herself, had dirt under her nails and dirty hands, not professional or a good impression at all! I eventually said I would rather not stay here and left, two other customers who witnessed this came out to the parking lot after I walked out to tell me I did the right thing by avoiding this place as they were also unhappy with their room and the grounds. Weeks later after I returned home, Bayview attempted to charge me for the one night that we never even brought our bags into the room because of the cleanliness.

Its funny how one manager or employee can ruin a whole business you never even knew about on social media. Employee: Daniel Collins, thought it would be appropriate to post on FB that this business was looking for employees, however he was so volitile that well, now this has to go viral until the owner or higher up manager takes this all into consideration, and reprimands him. I have screenshots of Daniel Collins verbally harassing someone on FB about them being "useless" all because they had made a comment about how much fun he must be to work for, after he demanded no one asked questions, but yet just showed up to apply and try out for the job. Super weird, and def not a great way to get new employees Daniel.

Lovely resort near the water. Danny and Diedre were lovely. Really helped us out when we had to cancel our reservations without charging us. If you’re looking for a convenient location to local amenities, this is definitely a nice location for the summer.

Great place to stay when visiting good old HB for some of the best beaches in the world!

Not even one star. We made reservations July 2017 for the US OPEN June of 2018, confirmed with a credit card and got email confirmation. Then they emailed us last week to say that our reservation was cancelled if we didn't call them within 3 days. I called and emailed 10X's a day and NO RESPONSE FROM BAYVIEW. I contacted my attorney and he is pursuing … we're not stopping here… contacting the news reporters, Mayor and making sure this doesn't happen to others. I suspect that they are bumping us out for other desperate people willing to pay more for their rooms during the OPEN. Unethical, wrong, and illegal. Scarey to think what might happen when we stay there.

Great place, friendly staff. They left me a key so I could enter late at night. Rooms were very clean and cozy.

Place was clean but lacking any real amenities. I understand there is a "going rate" out east but still feel I paid way too much for very little. I'd also like to mention that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Upon checkout I tried to discuss some things with the young girl at the front desk who could care less.

Only a quick 2 day one night stay but the place is beautiful. Easy to find, clean, great pool area. Loved the dock and loungers, most amazing views. Yes bring the bug spray for twilight. Eileen was wonderful, as were all staff we met. Cannot wait to go back!

This is a nice place with amazing potential. However it has major problems that need to be addressed. Rooms are all newly renovated modern, however the floors are warped from flooding. We were really looking forward to a quick get away, and found this place online. It seemed nice and they seemed very cordial and accomindating, but unfortunately our stay at the Bayview Resort was a total disaster and our vacation was ruined. The electric lock in the room door malfunctioned locking my wife in her room for over an hour until the staff kicked the door in breaking the frame to let her out. Now we had to move out of our room, but the only room they had was a room with twin beds… only we are a family of three. We were told our other option was a room with two full beds, but with a broken shower. Trying to make the best of a bad situation, we showered in the room with the broken door and then moved over to the room with no shower. Upon returning to our new room that evening we found our key did not work to our new room. There is no front desk or resort staff at night on the property so we called the emergency number and the manager directed us to where an emergency key was hidden. We finally got into our room and looked forward to settling in for the night for a great beach day the next day… only to find out the beds had not been changed from the former occupant… the sheets had hairs in them and were clearly wrinkled and slept in. It was abdolutely disgusting.

Great stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The complimentary canoe made for a great day activity.

For four hundred dollars, they should be ashamed to serve cake and bagels for breakfast. Any other country and people would throw eggs at them. Peaceful and quite but ridiculously expensive.

We spent an amazing weekend here for the Antonacchio/Finucane wedding a couple of weeks ago. Eileen and her staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Great room, amazing view and loved the club house where we could all meet for breakfast, coffee or cocktails. Can't wait to return.

We stayed at the Bayview Resort for 7 days together with many friends and family to celebrate our daughter's wedding. We all commented on how lovely this place is. The rooms are clean and contemporary in decor, the view is amazing, and the clubhouse is a wonderful gathering place to eat, drink, or chat with friends while enjoying the incredible view. However, the BEST part is dealing with Eileen, the manager. She is so welcoming and goes out of her way to make ones stay pleasurable. We look forward to many return visits. Thank you, Eileen!

The room was lovely, there's a nice bay view. I enjoyed a peaceful morning swim in the pool before our departure. I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this little great kept secret. We had a family wedding that was an all weekend event. We went rogue & didn't stay at the recommended hotel so I was a bit nervous but to my delight I was pleasantly surprised! This newly refurbished motel is updated, clean, spacious and very enjoyable! Eileen and her friendly staff were there to accommodate ALL your needs. The pool, deck & fire pit were so enjoyable. As was the complimentary continental breakfast. This was such a wonderful experience that my only regret was that we didn't have enough time here. Definitely filing this away for future visits! 5 stars!

Me and my wife just had a wonderful weekend at the Bayview resort. We planned a getaway for romance as well as to get away from all the stress. This place was perfect. Beautiful, clean, and the owner was an absolute doll. Anything we needed, and this was off season, and we were treated like v. I. P. The views were great, this place was a nice hidden gem, and I'm glad we found it.

In total shock as to the inappropriate business behavior and lack of customer service by the owner of this property. After a year has past since my trip advisor review last year of being lied to about our booking, pool closure and many untruths I finally decided to give Bayview Resort another chance. Eileen P. Booked us, great rate, very friendly, told her thank you many times and called back to thank her again, told all our friends what a great thing we can finally go and now she calls less than 12 hrs later and says owner Danielle Sun does not want us to stay? Really. Because of my real trip advisor review that Eileen said she has tried desperately to get removed? I guess as a business owner and Eileen as property manager you both have never learned how important it is to try to right a wrong especially in the hospitality world. So once again we have no reservation nor stay completed at this very bizarrely run resort. Dot your I's people, get everything in writing and then still you may show up for your vacation and have no room to stay in. Two times definitely not a charm.

The guests in the room next to mine threw an all out party and there was nothing I could do because the front desk closes at 10pm. I paid more than $400 for this place. I couldn't sleep. Very disappointed.

The room was nice, but that was the only good thing about this place. The service was terrible, the manager kept texting me to stay off the porch that was attached to my room, meanwhile I paid $480.00 for one night for the room. There was also a camera on the porch and she was watching us from her smartphone. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket she said we would have to come to the front desk and get it ourselves. Now I just looked at my credit card statement and she added a $100.00 charge on top of the $480.00 for no reason, I have to figure out what its for.

I loved my experience here. It was a great deal and perfect for what I needed for my weekend. The manager is very helpful and accommodating and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and you cannot beat the view. Highly recommended for the quality and one of the best deals.

Excellent concierge service. The cleaning service was the best I've ever had at any hotel. They serve breakfast and loan their water equipment at no charge. I highly recommend Bayview Resort if you plan to stay in the Hampton Bays.
