Review of Comfort Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs 2*

Saratoga was AMAZING! LOCATION… Location… Location! It was right across from Walmart and near a great deal of stores and restaurants and the Executive King Suite was a beautiful and roomy with an amazingly comfortable bed! Arthur and Kevin were EXCEPTIONAL! 1 bad experience with Katelynn but for the most part everything was geat except the Wi-Fi… Wifi problems connecting made the trip a little more difficult — called for help and spoke to Katelynn-I was VERY specific and said that I had tried to get help last night with Kevin but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting my phone I explained I had tried password every way possible, logged out and shut down and had been working at it for over an hour but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting me withing a minute or two and it would take 10-15 tries to get back logged in just to have it disconnect me again… she basically didn't listen to the words I was saying and only kept repeating the basic troubleshooting tips-and talking to me like I had no clue… if she only would have actually listened to me and just said she was sorry and admit she didn't know why it was happening instead of speaking to me like like I didn't know what I was doing. It was a little more than frustrating that in today's world that the Wi-Fi connection was this terrible… I needed to verify several things and print tickets so did not want to enter my credit card info on the computer in the lobby… Wi-Fi is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Almost all staff was AMAZING… Room was Great… Bed was Comfortable… Location close to everything! The shuttle is a great asset however if you are attending a concert in the evening you are out of luck because the shuttle stops running at 10 which is exactly when the concert ended … Rather than just saying sorry we stop running at 10… it would be great if the driver could at least be asked if he would sacrifice a few extra minutes-we would literally be back by 10:30 tops even with traffic when someone wants to go to a concert and have a reliable ride home… I am sure that a nice tip would be a great incentive. The breakfast bar should have a microwave available to heat up food items — Golden Coral right next door — walmart is across the street along with apple-bees and Dunkin Donuts is around the corner.
