Very slow shuttle and customer service. Old decor. The lobby restrooms are located in an odd hard-to-find area, and the women's bathroom had no trash cans in the stalls.

Clean limit. Unattractive restaurant.

My room was clean. But, like others on here, we had a hard time getting a shuttle from the airport. You are better off getting a cab. There is nothing you can walk to for food. My room in particular didn't have a working air-conditioner. The small fridge and microwave are nice to have. But if you can't get to anything that you would put in either, it's kind of pointless. On a positive note, the rooms are quiet.

Room was nice and clean. We parked there for a week while on vacation. Parking spots are not cramped and they took very good care of my truck. The shuttle to and from the airport was great!

Room for 2 spacious and clean, medium size TV screen. But only 2 stars because of the restaurant staff not too friendly at night (the waitress was nice). And dinner quality was not met. I thought Radisson had a better standard. This one is getting too old. My room was on the road, I heard it all night, along with the water in the pipes… too loud for a hotel that price. Does not deserve more than 2 stars.

Probably one of the worst and most overpriced hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was extremely rude and impatient. Especially with those who don’t speak English as a first language and needed some extra explanation. After paying plenty for a one night stay, it was another $18 for a crappy breakfast buffet. Shower was in terrible condition. In addition, when I asked the conceierge about things to do within a reasonable distance, they could not recommend anything… Seems like all they care about is taking your money and screwing you over. Would not recommend this place.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

Beautiful hotel in which I spent one night after a cancelled flight. Room at the top even though a battery problem from a door made us wait 30 minutes.

Near airport, prtique for a transit …

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and small bathrooms. There’s a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is always a plus. Good housekeeping (sometimes they knock and enter at the same time which was my biggest problem, instead of knocking first then entering. ) I think the air conditioning system needs upgrading, a bit noisy and takes long to get either hot or cold. Nice gym and laundry, 2 washers and 2 dryers.

I've only used this location to park my car and shuttle to and from the airport. Based on my two experiences, I'm not exactly thrilled with their services. First time using it, their slow service made me miss my flight. Second time using it-a year later, I made my flight but the customer service is lacking. I feel the car attendants simply don't care to be there. One was nice and diligent while the other appeared to not want to be bothered. Either way, the parking lot serves it's purpose but don't expect them to go above and beyond.

I love this hotel because as a Mobile Massage Therapist, there's free parking for my clients to use! Most of the area is street parking but that's only slightly less convenient. The staff is friendly and really helpful with hotel information. Will definitely be back.

Were only for a few hours here but everything polite and ok.

Had to stay in this hotel when I missed my connection. Quick and Friendly check in at Reception. Rooms are good and clean. Bathroom is neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It could have been better if there is a good vegetarian restaurant. There is no other alternatives.

Hotel in a prime location to the airport but the neighborhood a few steps to avoid at certain times. The hotel is not distinguished by points of particular excellence except the staff of the pub inside and the reception that has proved, in both cases, helpful, friendly and for the pub also nice and easy to talk.

Old structure and cleanliness leaves to be desired! It certainly needs renovation and modernisation work. The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are very large with small bathrooms, however they have several comforts such as the water kettle, the ironing board and the iron. Not in all there is no bar fridge but on request, they bring it. The breakfast in the morning is a bit poor. On the lower floors of the hotel, the homeless live, it is easy to meet them in elevators. They are the "strange" types, mentioned in another review. The hotel is in a not quite quiet area, if you go to run, avoid Pond's Park especially early in the morning.

Booked 2-nights stay and a day-room because I was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Came in on an early flight from Toronto Friday morning 6 a. M and our other flight to Italy was Saturday night 11:30 p. M. Arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the scheduled time which was 9 a. M and was allowed to check — in into the day-room (I was very grateful and pleased). Front desk was understanding, polite, professional and amazing. At 3 p. M same day (Friday) I checked out of the day — room and checked — in for the 2 — nights stay and opted for a different room. My overall stay at the Radisson was undeniably perfect for the accommodations I needed. Again thank you to Front Desk… for your awesomeness!

Clean comfortable room with white bed and towels. Bottled water and a coffee machine. Toiletries. The heater was quite good after a heavy long flight.

This was an okay hotel, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant had good food. Only complaint I had was there was no hot water and the water pressure was so low you couldn't shower:/ There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel… food, shopping or stores.

When they clean the room they don't clean it completely. Some of the amenities are missing or don't work, for example the room phone did not work upon arrival called management and was told they would send somebody to repair it. It was not done called or talked two management or supervisor three more times about this issue over 4 days and it still was not taken care of. The last response I got was hey you have a cell phone use that. Tried the food here once and the food was expensive and cold and not prepared correctly. If you have an opportunity to use a different Hotel would highly recommend you do so.

We parked our car here when we went to Florida. Went very smoothly. The attendants were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick amd easy. Really good even just for a place to park.

Decent airport hotel. Mostly friendly staff. Something was setting our allergies off and there was a roach in the bathroom, but I expect these are facts of life for the area.

Room was very clean, which is a must for any hotel! The only reason for the four stars instead of five was the amenities… restaurant does not serve alcoholic beverages, but the bar the next door over does… that's fine, but then the bar should have waiters/waitress more then the tender. The food was excellent though, and large portionselection for the cost! Would recommend if in the area, plus only a couple minutes from JFK.

Hotel is nice, buffet breakfast is good and has lot of variety. They also allowed us a quite late check out (3 pm instead of noon) at no additional charge. Also the room looked clean, except that when we moved the bed (to put it against the wall for our toddler not to fall down) the carpet under it was very dirty. Overall a pleasant experience.

The room was basic, shower lacked pressure and the lights were lack luster. The coffee maker and phones did not work in the room, and the desk chair was badly broken and unusable. We complained and reception told us because our room was an airline comp that they couldn't move us. The restaurants evening meals were all cooked in either a microwave or a a deep fryer. The breakfast however was great. A wide selection, a little dry but was well cooked and tastes good. The main reason this got two stars and not one was because the beds were cozy AF! Like sleeping on a marshmallow.

The room was okay but the bathroom was extremely small. The room was clean and the beds super comfy. Free breakfast has a lot of options. The 24 hour airport shuttle is also very convenient. I am enjoying my stay here.

I actually am very disappointed after all the great review I actually thought staying here would be a delirious. Until I came across a "client" as the hotel staff is calling them very rude and disrespectful, after paying over 200$ a night it is very disappointing unsanitary and completely un exceptable to know that there are children business men and women staying here with their families arranging conference calls with rooms and floors "privately secured" for these so called client who are actually homeless people being sheltered without even letting guests know they are paying such higher prices expecting high quality service from a hotel housing over 3 full floors of homeless people who are not only homeless but half Are drug addicts who even smoke marijuana in front of the premises highly disappointed and do not recommend my friend even went a few weeks ago and found that a homeless client living free in one of the rooms we pay over 200$ a night for burned her bed on fire completely unprofessional wouldn't be returning here until this problem is solved!

Old! Property to be upgraded. Conditioners are rumorosissimi! The breakfast is good even if not varied.

The hotel staff are very warm. The place feels like home. Clean and very thorough housekeepers. The restaurant is great. Much diversity amongst the guests. You can also get a view of JFK airport from the windows.

Wi-Fi wasn't private and my phone wouldn't connect because of that. Also VERY slow. Front desk had no other options. Shower wouldn't drain, had standing water. Overpriced beers. TV channels cut in and out at times. But beds were comfy and the shuttle to the airport is very reliable and convenient.

Very fast and super convenient to the airport. The customer service is great. They have an extremely helpful front desk staff. I'd recommend for a short layover.

Crazy weekend with a blizzard but the crew was top notch — competent professional and kind. Had trouble with the heater but they sent mx right away and got us a new room quickly. Facilities need a bit of work but the staff is great.

I needed to know when check out was, the phone in my room was broken. No info of any kind about services provided, check out, breakfast, restaurants near by in the room. The bathroom was dirty. The lights in the parking lot shine from the ground onto the building so they are directly on your hotel window. I did like that they had bottles of water in the room, and that the coffee maker had clean paper cups with lids Pretty sure this place stays in business because the airline's use it when flights are cancelled… I stayed here on an airline voucher.

Room nice and big with huge beds, it wasn't the bathroom or The toilet, there would necessarily have to be something made.

I was sent there because my flight was cancelled. The place is OK, the beds are comfortable and everything is reasonably clean. The manager shows personal interest in your comfort. Restaurant needs a lot of help.

Decent room. Comfortable bedding, but bathroom smelled mildewy, and the AC was prohibitively loud. Staff was pleasant.

I didn't actually stay here because the rate went up after I gave them my credit card! My rate was suppose to be $219. After I gave card it was $319. I decided not to stay! Today I see a $369 charge and $419. I call about and then get hit another 700+ and 300+! No credit to account! I'm out over $1800 now and haven't walked in a room! Need I say more! I am planning on talking with David Berg about it!

It's okay for an airport hotel. Shuttle is fine, our driver was really friendly. Otherwise, it's no frills. Lots of airline industry people here, which is neither here nor there. Also, it's as close to the airport as you can be, but that's still a 5-7 minute shuttle from Federal Circle for the pickup. Would stay again if I absolutely needed a crash pad for a layover but I think I'd rather go 10 minutes into Brooklyn and find a nicer stay even if it would be a little longer to my flight.

We had to go there because our flight was cancelled. They made it easy on us with meals and rooms though we did not stay long.

Overall experience was good. I like the shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes and pick up was within 15 minutes of calling.

Great service, nice room. They also had a free shuttle to the airport and the driver was very helpful.

The facility and room was clean. There was something wrong with our toilet though. It sounded as if it was flushing itself every 10min or so. It made for very poor sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night.

Overnighted here due to a canceled flight. Was a nice hotel. Super staff, fast Wi-Fi and minutes from JFK.

Lovely hotel. We stayed here prior to our flight and took advantage of the option to leave our car here for the two weeks were gone before staying again when we got back. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also helpful and nice both times It's not the closest to the airport but the shuttle does run every half hour.

Our stay at Radisson was complimentary through Emirates airline and was only one night. It is extremely close to the airport but quite the distance from the city if you were planning to sight see. The room was really nice and the bed large and very comfortable. It was a short but nice stay.

The Radisson hotel has overall an nice staff. The rooms are barely above average. I haven't tasted the food in the hotel and there is no stores close by. There is quiet a surprise when you arrive to the hotel. Floors 3, 4, and 5 have an homeless organization. They wander all over the hotel and some of them smell. You probably couldn't recognize majority of the ladies as homeless but some of them are clearly noticable. The hotel stay was decent.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have left my car parked at the Radisson JFK Airport hotel for 18 days and — When I went to pick it up, the car was scratched. Due to the fresh paint scratch, It was possible to see That It had just happened. An Incident report was completed and the employee Told me to call his manager Jose in one week. After one week I called Jose, the manager, and he was extremely rude on the phone saying that he had reviewed the cameras and the paint scratch was not from there and said that I can speak with a lawyer if I am not satisfied with the answer. What type of service is that? My car would Have Been safer if I had parked it on the streets.

Stayed the night before our honeymoon. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. We got up to our room which was really clean and exceeded our expectations and heard a knock on the door for room service. We didn't order room service. The front desk person sent up complimentary champaign and cheesecake as a send off gift for our honeymoon. The experience was above and beyond and a special thanks to Tannisha for the exceptional service and generosity to make our stay special. Bart and Julie.

The worst hotel ever. Used to be a double tree went down hill so badly now it's only a Radisson. Terrible shuttle service dirty rooms and bed bugs. Don't waste your money here.

Didn't have Breakfast, catch flight travel Agency provisional booked the room said it was $ 200 A night to die laughing. We're so gullible.

Rude staff at breakfast. It's awesome, when you ask for gravy, to be asked, "Why would you need that for breakfast? " The shuttle service just kind of sits around until everyone has gone back to their room once or twice for everything they forgot. The second shuttle actually lapped us on the schedule. They charge two bucks (per bag) to check your bags with the bellhop. If I hadn't been stranded at JFK, I never would have gotten to enjoy the crapyastic service. Thank you Delta Airlines…

This hotel is a HOT MESS! I will NEVER, EVER stay there again! It's the only hotel I've stayed in where the valet attendants expect you to get your own bags out of the car. The carts are not available to guests if they have a lot of bags and the bellcaps are reluctant to assist guests. Also, when calling the front desk, the phone just rings. It normally doesn't take much to satisfy my needs with lodging but the Radisson is just ridiculous! Did I mention that I'm never staying there again?!?!

This is a really friendly and great hotel. Great room service. Very comfortable.

Terrible service. Dirty rooms. Employees were rude and unresponsive. The bathtub wouldn't drain, as if hair was clogged in the drain or something. And the room wasn't fully cleaned. Only one water source throughout the hotel and it was a crappy water dispenser on the 1st floor. No water fountains.

Too busy to help. Asked for a TV remote,, (none in the room! ). Did not arrive that evening, recalled in the morning 3x before it was brought up. No restaurant open in the morning, had to walk around the corner to another hotel, Crown Plaza. As I walked I saw how dirty the parking area was with cigarette buts and trash everywhere. To contrast with the Crown Plaza that had lovely tulips and no trash plus a fairly reasonable and good restaurant. I left my computer cord and when I called the lady said 'I'm too busy, you know' before taking my number for a call back. Which I"m still waiting on.

Shower does not get hot. There is no shampoo. There is hair in the beds and the sheets are dirty. It is in an unsafe neighborhood.

Bedbugs bedbugs and more bedbugs do not stay here. This hotel is infested with bedbugsyou would expect better quality of salmon from my hotel Cary name Radisson but this is quite the opposite.

Spend a night there as extended layover at JFK. It's good enough for the purpose, airport shuttle was convenient. The AC was quite noisy though, and bathroom faucets were flaky beyond the usual hotel level.

Friendly, cheerful, and persistent help locating a backpack left on the hotel airport shuttle by my son. Ms. Geta Teodor (Director of Housekeeping at Radisson-JFK) located the backpack in Lost and Found and held it in her office until I could email her a FedEx return label, even giving me her personal email address when my initial attempt did not make it to her Radisson email address. Throughout the process, she was helpful, cheerful, and a pleasure to deal with. She adds great value to Radisson and her actions alone may influence my next decision to stay at Radisson.

Manager was rude and unresponsive. The room had no hot water, the bathtub wasn't draining, seemed like someone else lived there before we got there and the room wasn't cleaned. We called several times and no one responded. We asked to switch to a different room and the front desk receptionist said she needs to ask her supervisor, then she never called us back. We ended up switch to another hotel.

Terrible service and very rude staffs. Don't stay here and they charge nonsense, incredibly high fees for services they didn't even provided.

A hotel that won't house people, even when the bill is being paid for, is not a hotel. Bad show for refusing to take Department of Homeless Services money for more nights indoors for people who need it. Shame on you.

Very good service, exellent rooms, quick access to JFK. Thank you for bringing this to my forgotten bag way to the terminal my recommendation for this hotel.

Our experience with this hotel was really really good! They helped us through every step of our adventure in New York. Everyone was super nice. A special thanks to Vaughn and Ken whose smiles, service and kindness made our stay stress free. We totally recommend it.
