The front desk staff was really friendly. Our room was really clean nice and you could see CitiField from it. It was an easy walk to go to the game also. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here for three nights and had an amazing experience! Many people do not stay by an airport location to explore the city because it's "too far" but you can definitely do that staying at this property. You can take the 7 train which is about 10 minutes by foot from the hotel and ride into Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. For a Springhill Suites they have definitely set the bar! The lady Sharece at the front desk was great and the rooms were very clean. I recommend 100!

Do not stay here if you have a service animal. They will charge you $250 “pet fee” which is against the law when you have a service animal. A service animal is a working animal, not a pet and a person should not be penalized for having a disability. So if you have a disability do not stay here. Stay at a hotel that respects YOU and won’t charge you for a dog that helps you LIVE.

The staff went over & above to make our stay wonderful for the US Open. The shuttle drivers were great time savers & even took me to a drugstore & brought me back to the hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.

Arriving late in the evening? Their shuttle will pick up rain or shine or very late. Very reliable service. Soft beds. Hot breakfast is a huge plus.

Love the room and location but staff let us down. 3:30am wake up call never happened and 4am shuttle left us stranded with babies and bags at 4:04am, even though we called ahead to front desk. “Manager” took 0 accountability / responsibility and blamed “someone else” — don’t assume hospitality.

Excellent staff and accommodations. The suites were very spacious and clean. The staff were very caring and professional. The breakfast was delicious and amazing.

Worst hotel ever. Came here with my family (kids ages from 1-5) and they’ve been having fire alarm issues for the past week and they can’t fix it. Till now. The alarm goes off about twice a day and stays ringing for almost 10 minutes. My kids are traumatized. It even woke us up at 5 in the morning. Save your money, and ur dignity. The front desk staff are also very unprofessional workers.

OK place for a night's sleep if you're traveling from and to LGA. Not very well located otherwise unless you want to explore Queens. Service was friendly but the hotel itself is nothing special. Layout of room is a bit disorienting and wasn't very big but maintained fairly well. Our room was off the side to the back and the noise from outside wasn't noticeable, however… Do all Springhill Suites carry the exact same set of noisy air conditioners? The noise from these can be insufferable if you're not used to it. Small but well kept gym, breakfast was standard, two laundry machines available.

They were completely full so we got one of the last available rooms below street level. The lobby and room layouts were nice. The quality was a bit low.

Requested 2 queen beds. We got one king bed, and a pullout sofa that had blood on it, and was extremely uncomfortable. Rooms smell like cats have lived in them. Carpet had nasty black holes in it. Shuttle service was not great. Only run every 30 minutes, and only fit 10 people. So you could miss the shuttle just because it's so small. It also takes easily double the estimated time to arrive at the terminals, even when only making one stop.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past, and service used to be good. If you’re a Platinum Elite like me, you won’t get an upgrade because upper level rooms are for extended stays of 30 days or more. They should put that on their website or when booking through the Marriott app. The front desk staff seemed uninterested. The vent fan in the bathroom was making a loud rattling noise WHILE THE FAN WAS OFF! I recorded it, and emailed it to the GM, but not a single reply. Despite repeated calls and emails to the front desk, AND general manager, nothing. The service at this hotel used to be great, and it has tanked considerably. You can also notice the wear and tear, carpets and counter tops stained. I’ll choose another property on my next visit.

Very, very nice SpringHill Suites property. I had an exceptionally warm and friendly welcome from the front desk agent, who later remembered me and my room number when I purchased a drink and wanted to bill it to my room (the small stuff counts). The property itself is quite modern, clean, and comfortable, with impressively spacious rooms for a NYC hotel. The location is unspectacular, but for an overnight near the airport, it's just minutes away from LGA. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Located just minutes from LGA. The hotel runs a shuttle to airport every 30 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfy. They have microwave and refrigerator. The exercise room is small and providing free weights, and treadmills. Complimentary breakfast in the lobby area.

Reception staff was very eager to help. Breakfast was one of the most extensive I've had for a free hotel breakfast. Valet is $22 with in and out privileges. There's also an airport and train shuttle but we didn't use.

Clean rooms and lobby. Has small pantry in lobby for food purchases. Polite amd helpful front desk. Rooms were decent size. Only downside was not a lot of restaurants nearby.

Room are comfortable and clean, hotel overall is has a contemporary look and feel. Service is great, anything you need the staff will help you out, courteous and professional people. Breakfast is great, wide assortment ofnfood, loved the waffles. You see lots of business people and families. Rates are very reasonable. Transportation to the airport and Subway stations is readily available, only issue was getting picked up late night from the airport, they did take a while one of the days we needed a shuttle, other than that we always go back.

Nice rooms and impressive (free) breakfast. Not much to do or nearby places to eat, but a good place to rest (kinda) near the airport. Downfall is the shuttle takes 15 min due to all the LGA construction and only runs every 30 min, plan accordingly.

I stay in many hotels, and this is one of my favorites. The staff here is just the best, you are delayed they take care of you and understand that weather happens, they go above and beyond… even better than some 5 stars in Manhattan, love the big rooms! Overall always a pleasure being here! Thank you to the staff you guys are the best!

I really enjoyed my impromptu stay at this hotel Sunday night due to our flight being cancelled. Our friends were with us and called for 3 rooms & luckily there also was a shuttle already headed to the airport so all 7 of us (inc. A 1 yr old) got a ride. The hotel was very nice, clean and front desk girls were very pleasant and professional! The reason for the 4 stars is because the bartender in the lobby bar was very inexperienced! My husband ordered the Blue Long Island off the menu and she had to use your cell phone to look up how to make it. The drink was horrible! My husband took the drink back to the bar and didn’t have the heart to tell the bartender it was bad so he just told her it hurt his stomach. Our friend also ordered a drink, a standard long sland, and it too was horrible. Our friend chose to drink it because it was straight liquor that she paid for.

The hotel was nice, decent breakfast, good location. Other guests make the visit simply ok. We were awakened due to loud guests at 2-3am.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Rooms and cleanliness were probably average. I would've given this only 4 stars for location, since it's a half mile from the metro stop, but shuttle does drop off and pick up there too.

" (sort of an odd response to a seemingly simple question…) After returning from the valet kiosk, where two leaning employees were talking and laughing, she informed me that "he was being mean" and I would have to wait for the shuttle as it had ran every 30 minutes and I had missed it by 6 minutes. The shuttle driver, Anthony continued to talk and laugh with the valet, even coming back to flirt with girls the front desk, all the while a completely free shuttle waited. When the second shuttle arrived, we we're escorted to the same shuttle that was sitting there the entire time… Slap in the face, much? To twist the dagger a little more, he dropped us at arrivals instead of departures… Aside from Anthony, the staff was polite and accommodating, and Brandon the bartender was a real charmer. Ask him to show you some bar tricks!

Good service. Nice Breakfasts. Daily Cleaning. Very quiet. Close to Metro station. Free transfers to and from the station.

Really disappointed with our experience at this property — not consistent with other Marriott properties. Desk staff was not helpful. Had to wait more than 30 minutes at LaGuardia for shuttle bus on a Monday night (not a busy time! ). Desk staff told us to wait on departure level and then move to arrival level. Still took over 30 minutes for pickup. When we arrived, our car was not ready (desk attendant had info for valet). We spoke with Manager, Lucy, who was rude and dismissive.

A short stay, but met wonderfully friendly staff. The room was immaculate, the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend Springhill Suites, when visiting the area.

This place is a good place to stay in and to enjoy with some privacy… It's near to the street and you can see the Hudson River from the window of the room which is a great and wide. Comfortable. Beds. Toilets. Carpets… Lights. Televisions. Internet… It's nice place to stay some of time in it…

Very good, large rooms, very clean, near Citi field, tennis Flushing Meadow, to take Metro long walk or taxi.

Great place to stay when visiting New York! First time in the big Apple, and after a busy day of sightseeing in Manhattan, it was nice to get away from the City and relax here at Springhill Suites. Subway is within walking distance so easy to get around. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Shuttle drivers very friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I used the hotel valet indoor parking. It was reasonably priced and close to LGA airport. The lobby is clean with hot coffee waiting. The shuttle was fine. The staff was courteous.

As always, the Springhill Suites brand has lived up to my expectations. The staff is delightfully pleasant and attentive. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. This room is even more spacious than I'm used to. Having more room around the sofa bed is a welcome improvement that I wish other Springhill Suites properties would strive for in future renovations.

The room was outdated and smelled absolutely awful. Having said that, the staff, Mai-ajah in particular, was spectacular and made the stay not so bad! I was there with my best friend of 20+ years for a 2 day concert at Citi Field so the room was secondary to our epic trip. Still, it's always nice to have a comfortable, clean and decent smelling place to lay your head after a very long day. The only reason this hotel got even a 3 star review is because of the customer focused staff members they employ!

Rooms are clean and updated. Though I reserved three rooms and only one was ready upon check in at 4:30 p. M. They were ready in about 30 minutes. We (The bridal party) stayed here the night before my sister's wedding. The breakfast was great, hearty and fresh. The kitchen staff was on point, everything ran very smoothly. Everything was replenished as it was depleted. The two ladies that I saw running the kitchen deserve praise. Also the front desk staff were very curtious, accommodating, friendly but still professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Thought the staff working here is very friendly, we accidentally went up the elevator for associates only and the custodians/room cleaners who we met in the hallway were quick to help us find our way to our room and politely informed us about the correct elevators to use. The location is alright, a little disappointed by the appearance of the main entrance because it's not very eye catching, but what concerns us most is that it is within reasonable walking distance of 111st St. Subway station so for us that is convenient. Little bit dissapointed to see that it seems like breakfast items do not get refilled, although I arrived late at about 9:00 when breakfast started at either 6:30 or 7:30. I was late, but I saw that I was not able to get enough cream cheese for bagels and I saw that there was a waffle maker, but there did not appear to be any waffle batter. It would be nice if these could be refilled up, like the cream cheese for example. Otherwise, it seems like it's just better to show up as early as possible before everything is gone. Other than that, rooms are nice and hotel staff are very friendly.

Front desk was courteous, rooms were clean, overall service was good, free Internet, free breakfast. It is good place for a family to stay economically near LaGuardia airport but the hotel location is not ideal.

The rooms are great and it's located close to LGA airport. The bar is decent but doesn't really have food. Breakfast is on par for hotel breakfast. There is plenty of food within walking/delivery distance. The only downside is the shuttle. Sometimes it will pick you up within a few minutes of calling, other times its over an hour.

Really nice design. Rooms have 2 t. V. S and really quiet. On northern blvd next to good stores.

The room is large and clean. Plenty of space for 3 people in the one room suite. The location is close to Citi Field. Service requests were not handled on the first try though.

We got in here late after Delta stranded us in Laguardia. Was the worst traveling experience I'd ever had (two delayed flights, two missed flights because of delays, one broken plane, and stranded overnight in NYC) but Jonathan at the front desk took care of us. We all got wonderful rooms in a first floor alcove next to each other. Jonathan helped us find food since we hadn't eaten since lunch and he and the rest of the staff were nothing but pleasant. The rooms were great and I slept great. Complementary breakfast in the morning was icing on the cake.

It was a pleasure to be in Spring Hill Suites. The room was well modern, clean, and most importantly, comfortable! The service was excellent, and I recommend this place enough, especially if you are a business stay.

Very, very nice hotel! I got stranded at LGA for the night because I missed my connection and stayed at this Springhill Suites LaGuardia for one night. My suite was huge and had a huge bathroom. Everything looked very up to date and modern. They had free breakfast and Wi-Fi too! It was so nice and clean that it kind of makes me wish I could have spent a few more nights there! Would definitely recommend!

I've spent many, many night at the SpringHill and have always been nothing but impressed. Wonderful staff, great rooms, excellent location and amenities. Always happy to overnight here! Can't praise them enough!

The valet parking was so slow that the front desk person came over and took care of checking in my car. There was a wedding reception in the front area and the music was extremely loud. I was checking in and worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep. When I got to the room I couldn't believe how quite it was. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll visit again.

Clean, and enjoyable experience with the staff, we recommend to all my friends, buffet breakfast is very good, and staff is pleasant and courteous all the time.

I love staying at this hotel, the staff is really friendly. And the van drivers always get you where you need to go in a hurry. The breakfast is great as well. The only thing that would make this better would be if there had a pool or whirlpool.

I booked a room online for business travel and called within 24 hours to cancel and 7 days before check-in time and they still charged me a nights stay. I will never do business with SpringHill Suites again. Never had problems before. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I will also be tweeting and blogging about the shady business they are doing there. I'm sure corporate will not be pleased that they treated a Platinum member this way!

I stay here at least 4x a year. Great lodging, friendly staff, and thr breakfast is great in the mornings.

Great hotel! I stayed here when my flight was cancelled from LGA and had a wonderful experience. The room they put me up in was a suite, 2 rooms — 2 beds on one side, couch and living area in the other room. Everything in the hotel was clean and the hotel was very new. One of the employees let me know this hotel was only 1.5 years old which explains the modern decor they had compared to most other hotels in the area! They offer a complimentary continental breakfast which included quite a lot of food — egg whites, regular scrabbled eggs, french toast, Belgium waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, bacon and sausage, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, and fruit! Quite the selection! There isn't too much else in the area as far as food, but the hotel does have a snack selection downstairs for purchase. There were about 2 restaurants that were within walking distance, one a Chinese (No. 1 Chinese Restaurant) restaurant and the other Colombian. I did walk about 4 blocks to the Chinese restaurant and was able to have something to eat for dinner. Overall, very pleased with my stay, friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast they offered.

Nice hotel for the LaGuardia area. They need to put soap in the toilet room, and a trash can in the shower room.

The best hotel I've ever been in so far I give it five stars.
