First time in the Big Apple and I was going to a NY Mets game at Citi Field back 2016 and this hotel is where I stayed… other than having to park a block away due to very minimal parking spaces, this hotel was excellent… I loved the whole tropical theme they had going on… didn't interact with the staff as much but they were helpful anytime I need a cab or any info on where to go in the city.

This hotel is so beautiful but at the same time I was so angry because my girlfriend and I were supposed to pay 75 dollars (4 hours) but we had to pay 125 dollars, according to them 'DEPOSIT". The worse thing is in the beginning none of them told us to pay "DEPOSIT". I am not rich but I have been in different hotels especially in EUROPE but I still do not understand "DEPOSIT".

Paris suites is clean, have very good breakfast and great costumer service.

Very rude staff, I was there to see an acquaintance, in loby they stopped me like interrogation style like you're going through a security check point at CIA, and person sitting on desk had very smirky look on face. As protest I didn't go to room and called the whom I went to see downstairs do he could noticed what a stupid place he was staying in and wasting his money.

The name of the hotel is Paris Suites and it has an Eifel tower on top of it. Normally, the name would imply an association with Paris. However, a giant aquarium will greet you as you step inside. The kind you see in the palaces of the middle eastern dictators and an occasional Austin Powers movie. The hallway had an ancient Egypt vibe, with golden marble walls and pharaoh statues. Inside the room, you’ll see Victorian era dresser. Like an average American, it looks out of shape. Whoever designed the interior was doing mushrooms. My problem, however, is not with interior design but with customer service. The on/off switch broke in the bathroom and the light and the fan was constantly on. The guy at the reception told me he’d fix it. Btw, reception hides behind the giant aquarium. Why? We’ll never know. When I came back, it was not fixed. I told the aquarium boy again. He apologized and said he’ll move me to another room, but he’d need an hour to prepare the other room. I waited. Nothing. I was tired and sleepy. So I jammed a little toothpaste that came with the room into the switch to shut it off and went to bed. It's a weird place. Perhaps like Paris.

Clean and very unique decor in the lobby. I love the marble tiles on the floors looks beautiful!

Get the deluxe room and it was amazing the jacuzzi was perfect. Nice and clean.

Awesome foyer entrance. Decorated with ceramic statues and the reception area has a full fish tank built in the wall. Very clean. Bathroom clean and decorated nicely with tiles. When we left the room to get our license, they checked the room immediately to ensure no damage was done.

It was a very pleasant night, didn't have time to enjoy room service or any other things as I was there for just one night and I left very early the next morning however, the few hours I did spend were very relaxing.

Well… I brought champagne that’s the only thing that I liked. Jacuzzi ok. Tv doesn’t work. Plus terrible cockroach on my pillow discusting!

They make you take a long time to return the deposit.

It's a beautiful place to live in it's like livin in Paris.

They are crooks! I got charged $20 for two towels that had hair dye on them. The towels they use are cheap. I could understand $5 but $20 for two 99 cent store quality towels? after I spent over $400 for a 3 day stay. This is ridiculous. I am never coming back here. I am telling everyone I know to never stay at this establishment. They let prostitutes come in with their johns for short stays. This ace is disgusting!

Horrible Customer Service. Parking is 3 blocks away behind a random building. Rooms are TINY! Will not provide any other linens than what is in the room. *VERY STRICT* (will replace) No cots. No English speaking employees. "Business Center" is a small nook with nothing in it. (Hope you have your own computer and printer) $185 after taxes! I would rather sleep on the park bench than to give my money to this hotel. Complete Ripoff. Choose elsewhere.

Convenient to us open. Comfortable bed. Hand held shower in jacuzzi tub only.

The Management and Personnel are Professional and Courteous and Knowledgeable. They make you feel like Home ☺

It is so sad that a "good place" received a bad review just because of the hateful and arrogant behavior of an Asian receptionist (supposedly called Stanley Ye) who doesn't know anything about high quality costumer service. I made a call at 1:25 pm early in the afternoon on June 23/2017 to ask about how much could cost a night in the hotel and a woman (called Maggie, as the receptionist said) who picked up the phone gave me 2 different prices for 2 kinds of rooms respectively. I asked her if I could make the reservation by phone and she said that there was no way to do it, only I would get the room when I arrive there any time after 3:00 pm. So, knowing the prices I went to the hotel around 11:30 pm (06/23/2017) and this careless guy just increased the cost of the room in almost 30%. Respectfully, I told him that I was told by phone different prices for that night and he just said that there were different prices for weekdays and weekends. Kind of upset and frustrated I insisted I was told by "Maggie" earlier the price for the night that convinced me to choose that place. I asked this Asian guy to give me the name or the telephone number of the manager or the boss and he did not give me any information. I asked for a form that I could submit my complaint and he did not have such a thing.

Very poor breakfast, even had to wait for coffee. Milk was bad, by 8:20am, only half bagel and few pieces of toast, few pieces of fruits left on tray, egg dish was completely empty, they said that was it. Hallway well decorated, room was clean, air-condition was very loud and dripping water. Shower door not easy to closed. Over all, I don't like it too much.

Had not been here in a few years, great spot a bit outta downtown little touristy but of course Skipton level of everything (great) the nautical theme is kinda cheesy but they get away with it, great room rates too.

The Paris suites Hotel is a very awesome hotel. I love large fish tank… Very romance room setting…

Everything was fine with our room but the breakfast we were promised never happened. And a few minutes before checkout time, the front desk manager yelled out on the phone "Its time to checkout" but not in a pleasant manner. I felt like I was being scolded. I couldn't leave without addressing that matter. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen! I will not come here again based on the treatment alone. I guess you get what you pay for.

They cheat in customers. They don't have no signs in the room for no smoking and they charge 50 dollars for this, and not tell it to customers. One thing cofused me and let me worry about, when I check out, they already know I smoked, just 2 minutes after I left the room, I just wonder how they knew it so quickly, and that make me understand why they charge 100dollars deposit it first when I check in. Room is full of moisture and leaking water, no air fresh, smell, never, ever to go there.

Good hotel. Service was good. Walls are kind of thin.

It was horrible NO free parking two parking spotsNO free breakfast whoever is giving them good ratings must works of them. They have not finish building the the hotel. It was a hot mess.

Very good special well attended.

Very clean and spacious room. Absolutely loved the Jacuzzi though it took my partner and me some time to figure out how to work it. Some grime and hair were afloat but fairly clean (we should've rinsed it before filling it up). Check out was very quick. Small parking lot provided in front. There's construction currently going on so the noise did disrupt sleep and the heavy flow of traffic outside our room was also loud. Also, no shower in the bathroom! Would stay again.

Terrible costumer service and even worse interior design. Went to visit my boyfriend's family at the hotel when they were visiting town and they wouldn't let us in, said they had a 'no visitor policy'. Wouldn't let the SON in. Claims all the beds are king sized but they're queen sized beds and when they requested to move to a two bed room they made a huge stink about it. When they finally agreed to let them move to a new room, they then casually mentioned to them it was going to be a large up charge AFTER making them wait! Also, all of the lamps in the bedroom weren't plugged in when they got to their room and it took some digging around to figure out that the lamps weren't broken, just unplugged. As a hotel, it gets the job done… a place to sleep. But, I don't take customer service lightly and they seem to.

Very nice convenient. A great Jacuzzi.

It was just the best me and my man was really happy and enjoy been their very clean we love the jacuzzi.
