Breakfast was not on rooftop dining as advertised at booking. Breakfast was instead mostly cold in lobby where there were no dining chairs or tables. Very disapponted.

Good place great location.

Just recently had a stay here, the check in was super quick and got us in right away. Everyone was super nice, clean rooms, super accommodating! Def would go back! also, they’re super close to a lot of little amazing food spots. Must check it out.

The stay was awful. The room had a broken cabinet door upon arrival to the room. I called the front desk. The breakfast was terrible. They advertise continental breakfast and what they served was chicken hot dog and eggs. The used the same sheets to make the bed. Never changed the sheet. I complaint to the front desk and the girl sad she would pass it in. This is the most crazy crap I ever saw. Never stay here!

This hotel was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We were stranded at the airport for 9 hrs and arrived with no luggage. The woman at the front desk saved us with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The small things really matter when you have nothing. Thank you for your kindness.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Modern and upscale finishes. Shower had impressive water pressure. Popcorn and coffee offered in lobby. Convenient location with multiple restaurants available via a shared elevator that has private access for guests to the hotel floors. Complementary parking and breakfast was very helpful and added a lot of value. Target and stores within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, very clean. We stayed for a week and the night desk person — Jimmy is awesome. The hotel rooms are on the 4th and 3rd floors. There is a rooftop bar but you never hear any noise. We slept like babies the whole 7 days. I would stay here again and again. Easy to catch the Q25 across the street to the subway. Any tourist spots are about 1.5 hr bus/train ride but it’s fun and interesting to take public transportation. New Yorkers are super nice, I had always heard they were rude but that just is a fallacy.

Best water pressure in a hotel any where! I thought it was going to wash me down the drain! There was black mold growing there. Yuck. No restaurants nearby open late. Plan to Grub hub. Very Asian community with lots of Chinese food around. Nice furnishings. No amenities to speak of. Had to move rooms because the AC wasn't working.

This is a hotel with certain fraudulent staff. Please watch your credit card transactions with this hotel. Closely. They study and pick unsuspecting travelers with dishonest charges. There are honest and decent employees here as well who are not aware of this. Update: This might have been a mix up due to the unresponsiveness of Hotel Staff. The accountant Kristi has reached out to me and it's being resolved. Will keep the review board posted.

Outside of the hotel smells like a dumpster. Finding the hotel lobby was an adventure. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room looks okay but the awful smell in the room made it unbearable. Don't look at the carpet you are walking on. Room is only stocked with 2 k-cups, no pad of paper, only 1 outlet. The night club that is on level "R" is open until 4 am so if you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep then stay far away. Best part of my experience was the bagel shop around the corner.

Pros: Location is quiet. Free parking and breakfast available. Rooms are decent and well maintained. Cons: Noises from within the hotel audible. Depends on behavior of people staying at the hotel. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Would visit again if I were to stay.

I really like this hotel, the front desk and customer service is awesome. The breakfast in the morning is great and the people serving you is very professional and patient. My only complaint is the House keeping,. It seem in oder to get a fresh room you must check out. Other wise they just tighten up. Same sheets, no new tissue, no Vacuum. Nothing wiped no fresh towels. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

Because of the canceled flight to JFK in the evening had to urgently look for refuge for the night. I think that was lucky with this hotel: the room with two beds paid 126 dollars (+ deposit 150, which returned to the card in 10 days). The room and shower are clean. Be quiet. Wi-Fi is free. Good breakfast. I understand that parking is for the guests. In the morning to JFK reached in 30 minutes by taxi. The price/quality ratio is 10 out of 10 for the NJ. A very good hotel for the price that we got. The rooms and washrooms are modern looking with enough space. Good customer service. Easily accommodated our late check out request. A bit far from times square (1hr on transit) or other main attractions but bus stop is right outside the hotel. No complaints besides the ground floor entrance which is shared by other local businesses as well and has a strong fishy smell at times. But as soon as you reach hotel lobby on second floor, the atmosphere is totally different and modern. Great hotel if you are on a budget.

Charlene at the front desk very, very informative about the area and helped us when we needed help. She was great! Keep her you need her kind of helpfulness at your front desk. (put name badges on the workers, makes it easier to identify the best costumer service given) And great customer service. Free breakfast great, car service fancy and great, from airport and to airport. Housekeeping not attentive enough, had to keep going to the front desk or calling.

The hotel is a nice hotel. Rooms are Nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. Front desk staff are very accommodating, Nice and very helpful. My complaints are the parking. If you leave the hotel and come back during busy lunch or dinner hours; there’s no parks. I think the residents should have first priority. We’re spending money daily, the restaurant customers are only paying parking fee. Also I think there should be microwaves in each room. We shouldn’t have to stand in line and wait for the use of a microwave only on the 3rd floor. We have to come from our floor to go to the 3rd floor to use the microwave. That is very much so a great inconvenience. The breakfast is good, however it’s the same breakfast every morning. Need to change breakfast items every other day.

Just wanna let everyone know that the hotel charges a extra $150 for a smoking deposit and will try to tell you a lying.

I stood this hotel planning for a week. But I have terrible experience. When I out second day 10am. I was shut off do not disturb light. And back to the room 3pm, the room still not clean. And call the front desk twice and talked to the house keeping lady in front the room requested room cleaning. Then I sitting in my car at parking lot for 2 hours and coming back to the room, still no one go in to clean my room. Go down to front desk, she said she already talked to the house keeping and that’s nothing she can do. I was requesting change another room but She said no. That was terrible…

The rooms are nice and clean but they charge u so many different times it’s ridiculous! When u book online it says u won’t be charged until physically being there well that’s a lie! They changed me $350! My room was supposed to be 169 and then when I got there they charged me an additional $150 and told me the 150 will get refunded back within 7 business days that’s ridiculous! I wouldn’t never agreed to this If I knew about it. Save ur money people it’s over rated and not worth the hassle!

Wonderful hotel! The breakfast is great! If you're staying in town for a few days, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are elegant.

Really clean. Contemporary design with spacious rooms. Huge parking lot, plenty of food choices around. Convenient for both couples and families. There’s a night club and a buffet next door. Decent views of the Bridges heading into the Bronx.

I really have to give 5 stars to this local hotel because they completely surpassed my expectations. My experience was exceptional from the front desk person Deandra who was informative very welcoming, and helpful! The morning breakfast that was included in my booking was fantastic, it is located in their beautiful rooftop lounge and you have everything from eggs, freshly made waffles, cereals, bagels, juices, teas and coffee. The decor was modern and chic and although the rooms aren't huge, their standard for upkeep and decor choices really make up for it. Location is great right by a huge shopping center and easy access from the highway. There are also shops and a spa in the building. I will be staying here again if I return to the area. I have stayed in other Queens hotels and this one has set the bar.

Rooms were updated and new but, cleanliness wasn't the best. Found trash in my room when I got there and paint was coming off the walls. The location wasn't the best and views weren't great, but one thing I can say for sure is that I've never showered with so much water pressure in my life. That is what was great about this hotel. If you're visiting from out of town and want to see Manhattan then it's going to be a $20 uber or a 40 minute walk to the nearest subway. This area is primarily Asian.

Pillow covers were yellow in color from over use. It's a 2 star hotel marketed as a 4 star given the recent renovation. The biggest turn off was customer service which was wayyy below par. None of the staff are trained in customer service.

I found the rooms modern and very nice. Good strong shower. Free parking, which is always an issue in New York. There was a shuttle to the airport but I did not make use of that. The place seems to cater to a Chinese clientele but that didn't make any difference. The breakfast was a weaker point but the price was certainly right; I would say, all things considered, it was well worth what I paid!

The shuttle driver didn't speak english and we were not sure exactly where he was taking us when he picked us up from the airport. We were greeted in the lobby with the very strong smell of marijuana each of the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had to block the bottom of our room door with towels to keep the marijuana smell out of our room. The fool at the continental buffet was cold and lacking in any kind of variety. Would never stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The shower is awesome, and breakfast is included! The only thing I did not like was that they did not use fitted sheets for the sheet around the mattress. Also, not too many food options in area late at night.

Convenient — I simply love this place I stay here at least once a month every time I've stayed here it has meet my expectations. I think the main reason I stay here is because it is convenient to everything nearby. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows weren't very comfortable either. The amenities seemed to be lacking since they didn't have disposable razors or shaving cream, something I have had at other hotels. Also, the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was warm at night and made it less comfortable for trying to fall asleep. The shower was nice though with good water pressure. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were not good.

The room is fairly clean. The service is good. The location is convenient. Everything is new. Good restaurant in the same building. Only compliant is the breakfast, too little selection. But which is free. I won't give negative review about it. Overall great.

Hotel de point is a hotel primarily geared towards the Oriental demographic. The hotel features a buffet at the cost of$30 per person and a bar/ Lounge upstairs. There is a swimming pool available to guests but at an additional cost. I found a hotel smell very strongly of its seafood buffet upstairs, and the hallways to be stained and littered with garbage such as rappers and other rubbish. The beds were not very comfortable however the rooms appeared to be very modern as well as the bathrooms. I experienced trouble utilizing the hotel's internet. For the overall cost and experience I believe the hotel to be rating itself higher than it is and should not cost as much for a nights stay. Overall, the breakfast was lackluster, the amenities cost the guest extra, and I would not stay there again.

Very nice looking rooms inside. The interior of the hotel is very well furnished and clean. There are a couple of restaurants located in the same building, which is pretty convenient, especially if you like Chinese food. Only negative is the location as there doesn't seem to be much to do in the area.

There is so much to do here it will be great when it is finished they have 2 different buffets a laundry mate pizza place emergency care a pharmacy and a spa all in the building they have a karaoke thing here on weekends and they are in the process of putting in a supermarket and the price is good and easy to get to if you don't have a car the rooms are nice.

The room was very nice. I loved the barn door to the bathroom. The continental breakfast at the rooftop had a great view. I was on the 4th floor and at 530 both mornings I wss woken up by some sort of fan noise. Very nice place to stay in.

This hotel is not as near as others suggested. You will need to take a bus or taxi from downtown Flushing to get to the hotel. But the hotel is great! Clean and spacious room with free Wi-Fi. Free shuttle to and from downtown Flushing and plenty of parking spot for overnight guests.

We actually went for the buffet. It has solid overall food. The rolls are well done. Good time had by all.

The building is kind of confusing for first-time visitors. The elevator is shared between a mall and the hotel. Great security technology. Great staff. Awesome ambiance. But, really, confusing elevator.

Nice and clean rooms, modern decor, offers a complimentary breakfast, and I liked the coffee over there. Only drawbacks are — 1) they is only one front desk staff at most times in the hotel, so be sure to call well in advance if you need a shuttle from the airport. 2) And the parking lot is full to the last spot on weekends due to the restaurants in the bldg. 3) Oh, and the commute to Manhattan can be pretty taxing. We used Uber twice and paid $42-45 each way, not bad if you wanna avoid the trains & the crowds. Friendly staff, me likey this place. Give it a thumbs up.

If you're going to be around the Flushing area, this hotel is the closest and the cheapest around. The rooms are very modern and clean… although this time (I've been here twice) we got a non-smoking room, but there was a weird smell to it. They serve free breakfast in the morning from 6AM — 10AM which is awesome. The floor that they serve breakfast at was previously a night club, so the decor is pretty cool with a roof top seating and view too! Such an awesome view up there. Lastly, the service is awesome and they have free parking!

Rooms have high ceilings and a very modern design. Hotel and the amenities in the building cater to an Asian clientele. There is an excellent buffet, a seafood restaurant, a roof top deck with views of Manhattan. It's an all around great hotel. There is free parking for hotel guests. My only complaint is that breakfast is mediocre.

Good place to take your girlfriend and your wife.

Location was not quite far away from La Guardia airport. Place is clean and tidy. The service is awesome.

Boeing's hotel room is very good, breakfast on the roof you can see very nice scenery. (By the way, coffee not very good) but something happens in between, let us think that hotel really is. We smell coming through the vents, the smell of smoke, and I could not sleep last night because of the smoke. There is no hot water bath, called her husband, which they say will make hot water system operation. Then, when you check out, no people in the lobby! We need to leave as soon as possible,

Unable to give this place it's true rating of 0. If you plan on not staying in your room much, basically using it to sleep then this is your place. Parking: horrible the hotel is also renting it out to local businesses, there is barely room for hotel guests. Customer service: horrible! Don't ask the front desk for anything. Do Not, I repeat Do Not remove the privacy setting off your door. Cleaning service walked in TWICE! Once seeing my BFs naked butt. Food: the continental breakfast is Horrible and very cheap!

Good location if you're looking for a quieter place to stay, off the beaten path and away from city noise. Bus stop right outside the hotel gets you to China town and the subway system to get you quickly into the city. Clean hotel, friendly staff, safe area, although sometimes an odd odor in the vestibule outside the elevator that gets you up to the lobby. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Unless something terrible happens tonight, we are thrilled. The young woman at the front desk could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The cost is amazing for the quality in NYC. Yes, the location is a little off the beaten path but the free parking makes up for that. The room is twice the size of a comparable Manhattan hotel. Our room is spotless. The shower is great. The fridge, safe, coffee maker and huge TV are nice amenities as is the all-day coffee in the lobby. We are thrilled to have found a hotel we can afford within site of Manhattan.

Amazing Buffet, Good service in Karaoke, and great quality rooms supplied with all toiletries and a refrigerator. Overall great Hotel. The complementary breakfast was delicious as well.

Really Good hotel to Stay. The hotel was neat and clean. The Breakfast was good. Overall the stay was very nice. Value for the Money. On the bad side, the hotel is located with a building which is having other services like Super Market, Restaurants etc. This is in the middle of China Town, so you feel you like you are living in China, everything around you are Chinese. The Shuttle driver was really good, make sure to Tip him, very nice guy from Algeria. Overall we enjoyed it.

The bed was wet. Called the front desk and no one answered the call. The front desk lady had an attitude. Although there were cleaning ladies around, they said it's not their room to clean. We ended up waiting for the dry sheet/blanket for one hour and made the bed by ourselves. Wrote an complaint email to the hotel managrment, no response. I guess they did not care. I had lived there many times until they changed the staff who are unprofessional, rude and unfriendly. I will not go back again and won't recommended anyone to go.

This hotel is really nice. I love the look of the hotel its very modern and sleek. The gentelamn that was at the front desk when I checked in at 11am Friday night was so pleasant. The rooms were really nice not the biggest but it was good for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing enough room for two people at a time. The negative of this is that when we got there OMG there was this overwhelming smell that took over the parking lot it was sooo nasty I wanted to barf. We were going to leave but since I was not going to get my money back we decided to stay and i'm glad we did. The smell was only outside which was weird to us. The lobby of the hotel is very nice great place to take some pics. They also were having a roof top party that night so around 4am it did get loud outside but that didn't bother us at all. We missed breakfast so I don't have any comments on that but overall the hotel was great. I will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Oh yea don't expect any refreshments in the refrigerator.

This place is disgusting. The smell of rotting garbage fills the rooms and the entire area for a few blocks in every direction. Had to cover my face to even walk around the corner to get pizza. It smelled like this the entire time I was there. Stay anywhere else!

Had a confirmed reservations and once I got there after an hour drive the hotel tells me they are sold out. Front desk not helpful at all. I would give zero star if possible.

I can't complain about the price I paid for 5 days. The good — clean room — great atmosphere — easy access to public bus — free coffee — free shuttle to subway — friendly staff — free parking if you stay at the hotel — free breakfast 6:30-10am — come with small fridge to store your food and drinks The good/bad — internet works 70% of the time — shower has no faucet but I was in NY during hot summer week and it didn't bother me — laundry is self served but I don't mind it — microwave is only available on level 3 hotel lobby The bad — the market on ground level looks like it went through a hurricane season. It is disorganized — out of place. Hotel did not fit in the urban environment — air condition fan is loud even if you set to low.

When you fix the breakfast you offer to meet the normal level of hotels, then we can consider it a hotel, now its not even a star, its just a point.

Great experience at this finely appointed hotel. Kudos to the room designer — smart, minimal, but a bit of genius went into not only the decor, but attention to detail. This is a very quiet hotel with doors that make no sound but a slight click when closed. I was most impressed.

The Wi-Fi is really bad. It does not connect to the phone and when it does, it disconnects shortly after. I even had to go to the the closest McDonald's to use their Wi-Fi to leave this comment.

Shoddy construction — the water dispensor in the lobby loudly buzzed all night. Loudly. The tub drain didn't work. 0 out of 2 ATMs worked. Shower door requires you to climb in to turn on faucet (cold rush). I also left some sandles in my room, but they were not reported. I left a good tip for housekeeping and still they wouldn't report the sandles. I hate when hotels do this. Overall the place looks nice, but it's not worth the high price.

Love everything about this hotel! Had such a wonderful experience. Great staff and very convenient shuttle service. Picked us up at the airport and also dropped us off near Main St. To catch the subway. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a weekend this fall and had an amazing experience. It can be a bit daunting if you aren't accustomed to NYC culture, but the staff is nothing short of perfect. We never had a bad experience. The decor is minimalist and asian-inspired, and the rooms are a great size for New York. Pricing doesn't get better, and it is absolutely my favorite place to stay in NYC so far.

Very clean and friendly! The room's ceilings are very high, and the decor, while minimal, is brilliant. The desk staff went out of their way to be awesome to us on the way in. Little hard to find (it's above the grocery).

This is excellent hotel in flushing, Queens, Especially, I join green reward program, hotel pay me $5 per night, everything here is convent, 5 restaurant, spa, supermarket, self laundry, pharmacy, also swim pool, free parking, this hotel is I strong recommended.

My experience at Hotel de Point was EXCELLENT! Jacob, the General Manager was Awesome, he made sure that my stay went well without a glitch. Did I mention that he gave my family and I a tour of the facilities? Wendy and the other young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming as well. I Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the New York area! I am looking forward to my next visit, this SUMMER :-).
