Just a short walk from it's location in the Garment District to Times Square. Comfortable room for 4 people. Uh-MAZING view of the Empire State Building! And a satisfying breakfast!

Hotel whose main dowry is the convenient central location to turn NY on foot. Breakfast lacks bacon and coffee only with very confusing machines and sometimes lacks seating. Very small Hall and "old" airport. Rooms OK apaziose but 1 locker only and 4 drawers for 4 persons. Very comfortable beds. Silenzuoso and clean.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and properly stocked with everything I needed. My bags were escorted up by one of the staff members which was a great addition. I loved the exercise room very different from all the other hotels. The breakfast was awesome. Everything was hot and fresh. I liked the variety of item's. The staff kept the area clean while everyone ate and took up the plates when I was done. I've never experienced this level of perfection at any other hotel. Loved my visit.

Pretty nice place, got a large room for Manhattan and it had a splendid view of the Empire State Building froy room. Only complaint was when we entered the AC compressor was off and we had to call someone to figure it out.

Clean, central, small rooms not suitable for large families. Breakfast average.

The location very good. The hotel is modern and the rooms just what you need. Breakfast loose and little varied. For inclement weather we have had q be two nights more and we have not offered a price which is concordant with what we reserve, but rate of the day and we had to go to another hotel.

Great stay in this hotel on the 19th floor with incredible views of the empire state building … it was wowhhhh… we will definitely return.

Hotel room was small but still very clean and the people at the front desk were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't bad at all either. Perfect view of the Empire State Building from our window.

Staff at the Front desk was great, they were very helpful. We came into town early, they checked our bags for us and let us explore for the day. When we came back everything Was ready to go and they even had a special treat for the kids. Rates were great, and parking was reasonable. It would be nice if they had a valet option, since parking is not adjacent to the hotel. The location is great. The hotel is small, but has everything you need.

We had a decent stay. It was quite busy in the city when we visited. Check in time is 3pm and we didn't get our 2nd room until 5. That was quite frustrating for us. The rooms were nice and the staff was nice. Continental breakfast was good.

Excellent location Midtown. Well appointed rooms although beds a bit on the small side. Plenty to see and do within walking distance with an added bonus of breakfast included. Will definitely use again.

Check in easy. Room appeared clean. Stayed 1 night (Nov. 25-26). Room smelled faintly of smoke. Was in room 5-6 pm. Went to dinner and a show. Returned, went to bed. Left room at 8:45 for breakfast and checked out at 10 am. Noticed a charge for $250 later that day. Called hotel and was told that was a fee for smoking in the room. Thing is, my husband and I don't smoke! Explained this and was told housekeeping found ashes in room. Seems to me housekeeper smoked, or person cleaning the room before us missed ashes and never told her manager of the smell. We might be stuck for $250! Have been Marriott members for 30 years. So far this year we have stayed over 10 nights with never a problem.

Good central location. Pleasant staff. Very comfortable large beds. Clean. Not too noisy. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Not great eating off paper plates with plastic disposable cutlery, especially when Marriott is asking it's guests to "do your bit for the environment". Normal plates and cutlery make for a much better guest experience and don't contribute to plastic pollution. Disappointed to see disposables at what I thought was a respectable hotel chain.

Arrived in Group (weekend organized by the company's EC), we were several couples to have been absent from the booking register.
Upgraded the first night, we were changed from room to next…
Breakfast is average for the luxury that the hotel claims: omelettes and sausages, bread jam, yoghurt, cereals, QQ pastries, no pancakes, no Bacon) we expected better as American breakfast. In addition, the plates and cutlery are disposable, and if sorting bins are present, even the staff does anything…

The best! Location! Location! Location! Excellent, helpful staff. The rooms look exactly like the pictures! Comfy! Loved it!

I had an excellent stay here. The breakfast was fresh and nutritious and the hotel room was well appointed and comfortable. The rate was excellent compared to other nearby hotels. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the free Internet was more than passable. The only negative was some construction work inside the lobby made getting around with luggage a little tight, and one of the two elevators was down the first day I was there. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and will certainly consider the Midtown SpringHill Suites again when traveling to New York.

The staff here was so nice, helpful and responsive. It's rare to get that service nowadays but everyone really went out of their way to ensure that anything we needed was taken care of. The rooms are pretty typical size for nyc, and they need more elevators (or bigger elevators) but otherwise, it's a good central location to most of Manhattan.

Great location, very close proximity to everything (Central Park, Times Square, subway stations, shopping and restaurants). Our room was quite spacious for a NYC hotel and clean. The staff are very friendly too; they always say hello and ask how are you! They even took our luggage safely because we couldn't get an early check in. Wifi works great too! Would come back.

The hotel itself was great. My room was very comfortable. The elevators got a little crowded I wish that could be fixed but it's not really their fault. The area was nice. I prefer other areas of New york city but it was still a great location.

Very comfortable bed, super accommodating staff and best of all a really delicious breakfast. The rooms were decently sized for the price that we paid and the hotel was in a great location.

Great location. Nice updated rooms. Not big or great views but the price is reasonable. Breakfast is like any Springhill: adequate. Clean and convenient to midtown!

Comfortable room/studio, modern, spacious but not too; tv, microwave, fridge, heating/air conditioning all functioning. 7th floor, rear view. New bathroom, large shower with shower head fixed to the wall without flexible, no bidet. 8 nights in late may, basic continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and main course which is repeated every two days, no espresso. Perfect cleaning and linen change daily. Altogether lovely and good service.

At the beginning of our trip the stay was good. The breakfast was plentiful and staff were friendly. Upon us leaving the hotel I left my purse in the room and when we called the hotel to have them save it for us so when came back to collect our luggage the staff stated that "the housekeeper didn't see it. " When my husband, children, and myself arrived a few hours later to grab our luggage and head to the airport the staff all told us "i can understand why you are upset but you will have to fill out a form with the claims department" I asked to speak to the housekeeping manager. She showed up and when I told her she has a theif working on her staff she replied with "you can not assume that she took anything or even saw your purse! "… I then said that she was the last one in the room to clean it… the manager stated "I realize you are upset but there's nothing I can do… you want me to make your purse appear and that's not going to happen. Your daughter was the last one to see it so we can't make assumptions. " I got very upset and she said "if you do not lower your voice we will have to ask you to leave the hotel! " I told her we were leaving and she said rudely "thank you maam have a nice day! " Over and over again. I would never stay at this hotel or any other Marriott ever again seeing that they are in the business of protecting their staff at any cost. Worst experience ever!

When my girlfriend and I got here we were created with a warm welcome. The receptionists were lovely and cheerful and gave us a room quicker that expected. The room itself is the perfect size, with clean amenities and great character. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.

This is a very comforting and eye catching hotel all the way from the lobby up to the rooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the cozy, welcoming vibe of the surroundings. You will not be short of places to go for good food or a good show since the hotel sits right in midtown Manhattan, everything you could want is a short walk away.

Very nice service and lounge area. Elevator is fast as a bullet. Rooms are kinda small but very nice. Only real complaint is the hallways are too narrow, kind of a safety hazard, and not many food delivery options near by.

I was on the 4th floor. The set up was lovely. One of the best sleeps I've ever had in a hotel.

New place. Looks very clean and has a fast elevator. Complimentary breakfast isn't the best. Better to enjoy street vendors for instead. Location is perfect and is in the heart of everything around.
