Very nice, cozy atmosphere at a good location in uptown manhattan. Hosts are very friendly, great breakfast and not too many guests: highly recommended!
I have cancelled the booking as the payment was taken a month before arrival! Ever since I have been trying to get my money back, I have sent several emails and got no reply. They basically stole my money. Be careful.

My daughter started a Dance Summer Intensive in Harlem, NYC this week. I needed a place close to her school and dorm, so I chose Saint Nicholas Inn B&B. The location for my particular activity was excellent consider that we drove from Michigan. Luckely, the Macombs Dam Bridge is on 155 St and takes you directly to Hwy. 87. The room was spacious and with huge beds (king bed). In addition, it had a kitchen and breakfast table. While we did not spend much time in the room, the place is spacious and welcoming to read or prepare some simple microwable food. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is conducted at a big table in the kitchen. Every guess in the house sit around the table and have breakfast together which is a great way to start the day. Not only you are in kind of a family setting, but also meet other guests. We had the good luck, that another mom with her dance daughter was going to the same summer Intensive, so we exchanged information. Finally, the metro that has an stop on 155 St is half a block from the Saint Nicholas Innn B&B. And if you are as lucky as me, you could park your car in front of the B&B for the entire weekend for free. It is rare, but can happen. Good luck.
