Yes it close to mostly everything seems nice no complaints full kitchen. Just cozy.

Had a reservation and was not told in way fine print you must have a credit card for a $250 deposit. So we had to cancel the lady on the phone was highly unprofessional and rude! Now we are out $400 because we don't have a credit card.

Lovely old hotel that is wonderfully located to take advantage of theatre opportunities. Close to the Times Square TKTS booth, walking distance to major theatres, between Subway stops on 6th and 7th Avenues. Plenty of bars and food options close by. Friendly, helpful staff.

Unlocking the door with a key is challenging and the elevators are slow. The rooms are good size for 2 people. Comfy beds. Cute little bathtub.

Clean and tidy space, tiny but big enough we had lots of luggage and help to get it to the room. We have been at numerous places over the last 4 weeks and this one has been the best by far. If we came to New York again this is the only place we would stay.

Old world architecture inside and out, kitchenettes in room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, within walking distance to both Rockefeller Center and Times Square.

I can not recommend this property enough! This was my second time to stay and everything from manager Tina to the front desk staff Jaime and the others are all incredibly helpful. This is undoubtedly brilliant value and the best location in the city, we are already planning our return. Thank you for a great trip such great memories were made for our anniversary which was made even more special with a complimentary upgrade on check in, it is certainly the little things that mean the most. First time I stayed here. Really great location. The room I got was spacious enough for two of us. What caught my attention was the little kitchen. They have plates, silverware, coffee cups and pots to cook. I felt at home. The only think I didn't like was the room door still have all fashion keys. The TV is very small and way to far from bed to watch. I will go back regardless.

Our Labor Day weekend stay had horrible construction going on in the midnight hours… jack hammers & loud banging of metal all night long. Hard to sleep. A good sized hotel room & comfortable. Beds are a little firm & older comforters. I would stay here again but I would check the construction progress first.

Another excellent choice for our New York stay. Loved the location and with our own amenities we had the option to cook meal and prepare breakfast and picnic lunches. Close as e proximity to Food Emporium for fresh food purchases. Guest laundry also mu h appreciated.

The moment I arrived through our last of 4 nights, my expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, updated, well appointed and more spacious than anticipated (3 adults & 2 children). No, we did not have a killer view, but the location is fantastic with the subway less than a block away. Planning on returning this fall.

Me and my cousin just stayed at Radio City Apartments and I would like to give them 5 stars on cleanliness, professionalism, helpfulness and giving us a great NYC experience. Right in Time Square area and less than a 3 minute walk. We got upgraded as our room wasn't ready even though we were over an hour early for checking in. I've traveled alot and stayed at Sheraton, Marriott and other name hotels for much more per night than we paid for here. Bedroom with 2 double beds, full kitchen, living room and super clean bathroom with shower/tub combo. Would recommend Radio City Apartments to all! Keep up the GREAT work and will definitely be staying on next trip and all future NYC trips.

Nice room, great location in time square. Staff extremely friendly! Room was very nice, with a full kitchen! Only complaint is that there could are only two elevators that move very slowly.

We spent 1 week in radio city. We were in an apartment with kitchen. Nice bedroom, calm and cleaned. We could have our breakfast and dine at the apartment. Location is great, 2 minutes from Times Square, 3 to Rockefeller and close to great places. 2 blocks to food empiruim to buy food. People at the reception very helpful and nice. I recommend this place.

Excellent choice to be close to many of the main places in the city. The possibility of having a fridge and kitchen in the room is very good. The attention of the reception staff and the services.

What can I say about this place? Perfect location! Right between Time Square and the Rockefeller Center with subway access 200 ft away. The room was way bigger than I expected with a full kitchen. This is by far the best place I have stayed at in NYC.

Nice apartments in a really good location. 5 minutes walking distance from times square. Nice and clean rooms with an outdated decoration but good enough. Room was equiped with kitchen. Perfect for a visit with kids. Service was good. One elevator was three time out of order so we had to walk the stairs carrying the kids. There is room for improvement.

I love it here. Except for the shower. I'm used to having the tub with shower. I felt that it was unsafe. You can easily slip and fall. Water was all over the floor after I showered. I had to place towels on the floor so that I would not slip and fall. Everything else was great in the room. I will be returning. The Good Note: The prices to stay here are very reasonable. Much cheaper than the other hotels so close to Times Square.

Good location close to the subway and Times Square. Staff web and helpful, functional kitchenette but screaming lack of storage in the room. No wardrobe so no place to hang clothes and only one place in the bathroom to put the toilet kit: On top of the water tank from the toilet.

I've stayed at Radio City Apartments twice now and I would definitely stay there again. The service is great, but the location is probably my favorite part — not even a block from Rockefeller Plaza, two subway stations, and the north side of Times Square. The studios are perfect for a sight-seeing stay in the city, with a great little kitchen area for cooking quick meals and keeping leftovers.

Very nice rooms, very comfortable! Very close to all the good stuff to do in Time Square and the surrounding area. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Nice interior. Very good location. Within just a few blocks from many attractions and things to see and do. I would recommend the place and I'd go there again. Definitely worth going.

I recently spent the night at Radio City Apartments. The room and bed were very clean. The room was a good size. The staff was very friendly an helpful. There were able to hold our baggage the following day so we could stay in the city a longer after check out. They also allowed early check in and late check out. The only complaint is that the bed was pretty firm and the pillows were a little flat. Overall a good experience though.

Perfectly pleasant hotel, clean with friendly helpful staff. It's not the quietest, but that's not within the hotel's control as Midtown never sleeps! We had a spacious set of rooms so no complaints there. The beds are comfy. The Wi-Fi is free and fast. The shower was hot. The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Midtown.

I LOVE Radio City Apartments. Just returned from my 3rd stay within the year. As always, clean, great location, safe and nice size. Being between Times Sq. And Rock Center — the perfect location and also close to transportation. I have recommended this to several people and they have felt the same — — will always use them for future trips! Excellent staff, beautiful rooms with Art Deco style throughout. Every room spotless, huge beds, lovely bathrooms and each room has cooking facilities in a mini kitchen area, so you can self cater to keep cost down if you want. Reception area has a connecting door to a great Italian restaurant next door called Pasta Lovers, or you can order and take up to your room. Third stay and we'd stay again. Just off Times Square and all the action — all at reasonable price for central NY.

Old apartments turned into hotel. Had five in our group and we fit perfectly. Very close to Times Square and walking distance for a lot of activities.

Was excited to find this place with the positive reviews. Everyone is right, it is in a great location. The hotel itself is kind of seedy and rickety. The elevator is tiny and slow. Every amenity like teapot, dish towels, cutlery, pots, towels, mattress is the cheapest and lowest quality you could possibly find. Our dish towel was faded, worn and dingy, for example. The window air conditioner is small and super-loud. Our room never got cold enough, and my daughter said the sound of it coming on and off at night jolted her awake. It is just OK. Nothing to proud of, or to brag about except the location. Nothing. Love coming to NYC once a year or so, will not return.

This hotel is centrally located and offers several different types of rooms/apartments for a good price. That is why you go there. The staff don't offer any help or kind words. They are just there. Which we knew going in based on the reviews we read and weren't surprised. The room was supposed to be smoke free but it had clearly been smoked in. Elevator didn't work 2 of the three days we were there. All in all, in NYC you are normally just looking for a place to sleep and then you get up and go. So it is fine. We had a family of 5 so the 2 bedroom apartment worked. However, next time we would probably go with an Air B&B or something. We had several windows pointing different directions and none of them had a view. It is close to everything, so thats why you go there.

Best place for family to stay for minimum price… Great location. Jus one block from times square. Service was awesome. Immediately responded to our spl needs. Kitchen is added benefit… Will definitely recommend to anyone… Will return back soon!

Considering it's in the heart of Manhattan, it's not really expensive and not really noisy (at least in the upper levels). Everything can be reached by foot and a metro station is at the end of the street. Cleaning is made daily and free coffee and newspapers are also provided daily. There was a TV in each room. Cleanliness could be improved.

I loved my overnight stay here. The rooms are apartment styled: bed, kitchen (stove, sink, full fridge, microwave), and bathroom. The bed sheets were rather old but otherwise, very clean all around.

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms. There's a gas stove and a mini kitchen which is great if you are gonna live there for a while. The shampoo they provide are very bad and dry up your hair. The doors are loose and thin so you can hear when people walk by.

I stayed there for one night. The location was amazing to times square it was about a 5min walk. The pictures looked amazing but checking into the hotel the only thing that looked amazing was the kitchen. Everything else looked very old especially the bed and couch. Than once we left we now realized that hotel has bedbugs because the bedbug bites started appearing. (since bedbug bites don't appear as soon as they bite you) my boyfriend has 10 bedbug bites!

So, you're basically getting access to a legitimate apartment just off of times square, for more than 50% less than a suite without full amenities anywhere else in the area. Room was extremely clean. We had booked a single apartment with double beds, and ended up getting an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment for free. We were also never charged the security deposit: I suspect this is based off of your age, number of guests, and appearance upon check-in. — 1 star for the old school central steam heat that you have no control over; a lack of ceiling fans for some air circulation; and for the slow, cramped elevators. All in all, a really great place to stay, and one of the most unique and cool places I've stayed at outside of Europe. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

After staying at the Waldorf-Astoria, we came to the Radio City Apartments to be closer to Times Square, one of the busiest and significant parts of NYC. Firstly, the location is amazing. It is a short two minute walk from Times Square where you can bask in the greatness of this historic landmark. This hotel was in the "heart" of New York City. Our initial impressions, within the lobby, were quite delightful. The lobby is well furnished, clean, and grand. Unlike most other hotels now a days, they provided us with metal keys, instead of cards. Personally, I enjoy these keys with "feeling", as they provide a sense of romance. The elevators are a bit small, and under developed, but still functional. Once the elevator doors opened we were entirely shocked. The hallways were musty, dubious, embryonic, and smelt of cigarette smoke. We hurried through the hallway, and towards our room. We decided to stay within a suite while staying in the Radio City Apartments, and that was a great decision. Our kitchen was quite modern and up-to-date, with some very high-class appliances. The living room was quite nice and we used the television often. The bedroom was not too small, and was a reasonable size for a small group of individuals. Despite this, the bedroom reeked of cigarettes and the musty smell of smoke. If you didn't know, like I did before our stay, this hotel allows smoking within its rooms.

I must admit I was concerned I may have made a mistake by booking this hotel based on previous reviews but I will say I was very pleased with the room, the staff, and the location. We went to new york for our 9 year old daughters birthday she brought along two of her friends ages 9 and 11 and we had our 1 1/2 year old son so there were 6 of us in the two bedroom apartment and it was very reasonable in price and the perfect size for such a large number of people. The room had a queen size bed in one room and two twins in the other room along with a bathroom and kitchen/living area with a sofa bed. The views from inside the hotel weren't the best but I was willing to sacrifice the view for comfortability and it was an even trade. Parking is one street over and the hotel provides a coupon for the parking which saved us alot of money. The staff were accommodating to our needs and they responded swiftly to our requests. It rained one of the days we were there and the hotel provided umbrellas for its patrons at no cost. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to families and pretty much anyone else that asks.

After seeing the reviews and the pictures online, I was expecting a mediocre hotel for a good price. When you first walk in its very nice and elegant with the gold accent on the ceiling. However, once arriving to my room on the 9th floor, my room smelled bad, like marijuana. And I devastatingly found a lot of hairs in my bed. Needless to say, not worth it, and a complete and utter disappointment.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. And with in no distance from Times Square.

The only good thing about this place is the location and having smoking rooms! The check in staff was very rude! Before arriving to NYC we called the hotel to make sure it would be ok if 6 woman " mother and daughters" could stay in one room we were told oh yea that would be fine beings 2 could sleep on couch bed and 2 in each bed! Only to find out after we arrived there we had to pay 300.00 for the extra person which brung the total over 2300.00 for 4 nights so that was fine we paid it and had to begg and argue with the staff for extra towels and wash clothes! Then at check out we were leaving only to be yelled at by the check out per that we owed And haven't paid yet so after arguing with him and him treating us like we were trash and have him call the manager he found it was a mistake that it wasn't entered in the computer! So I don't recommend no one staying at this place due to the front staff they are horrible folks! These folks need some county life! We are use to southern hospitality ya can't beat it!

Because of its location also deserves 4 stars. The rooms are a little small but in new york is so. But cleaning was done, the bathroom was also clean. The air con noisy, but in new york it is impossible to find silence:-). At the front desk didn't come almost considered. They do their job and nothing more. Don't go to dine in the restaurant which is connected with the reception, better go for a walk and try to better because it's better right off, but can't remember the name. The breakfast let it from Magnolia Bakery, 200 meters to the right when you go out from Radio City Apts. Yummy yummy muffins.

It is ok with me. Location is good. but there is no general services like concierge and breakfast. AC is so nosy.

The location is excellent: steps from times square, with a subway stop at the corner. The apartment is nice and has every one needs. Being with two teenage kids, we particularly appreciated having two separate living areas. On the minus side: It was hard to control the heat level in the apartment (too hot one night, too cold on the other), and there was a lot of food cooking smell.

Terrible experience. Staff are not so friendly, the manager is defiantly rude and helpless. The boiler had broken down and they did not tell me upon reservation or admission to the hotel and I was forced to take shower with cold water. He said that we had posted the issue all over the elevator and hall ways and there is nothing they could do. This was not true as another staff indicated that this just happen and it was unexpected. They offered no compensation and the manager say's its what it is and you don't like it, leave.
