Room was very nice, large room. Pool area and spa was haven.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Horrible! Beds were so uncomfortable my wife slept on the sofa and I slept on floor. Woke up in the morning and tried to take a shower but the cockroach 🪳 was already using it. Tried to tell manager about it and all he said was here are some points and then we found out that they were going to rent the same room out without extermination or even looking in the room. The rooms are dirty, the carpets are disgusting. This place needs extermination and a makeover, 1/2 ⭐️👎👎

Great experience on our 3 nights stay this past weekend. The entire staff was super friendly. We were on a high floor and brought our little dog as it's a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was super clean and followed all the Covid-19 guidelines which made our stay safe. They provided Free Breakfast bags to go which were great. Loved their coffee. The location was perfect as it was a close drive to restaurants, stores and parks. We highly recommend.

Nice room at a great price during a major power outage in Saratoga. Bring your swim trunks.

Very clean it was our first time traveling with a puppy and we were kind of skeptical of any pet friendly hotel. But everything was so clean and the breakfast was.

Very pleasant, clean, well laid out rooms. Breakfast is very nice, love the fact it has a small late night bar for such a small hotel.

This is a fine modern hotel that is well situated at an exit ramp from I87. The rooms are decent sized and clean, and the room services are excellent. There is a bar and small restaurant, and the included breakfast is marvelous. My only warning is that sound proofing is not well done, and boisterous party goers are readily heard in the hallways and through the walls. PS we had 2 fire alarms (both false alarms) while we were there… See pictures.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was told by staff that the pull out sofas are less than a year old. Very courteous staff, made our stay all the better!

The management is amazingly accommodating and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have been a pleasure to work with for the past several years. Rooms and public areas are far better than expected.

The shower in my room took about 10 minutes to get up to temp. Everything else was nice, especially the large TV with component plug ins.

Nice hotel. The breakfast is ok. They have different coffee choices. Very nice. The fruit looks also great. The room is clean and the facility is well maintained. The hotel is easy to observe if driving from high way. Guess most of the guests are visiting friends.

Hotel was just off the highway… One exit away from Saratoga Springs. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was included and staff was accommodating and friendly.

Did not stay but had attended an event. It was very fun and the staff were very nice.

Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend to anyone. Stayed there this weekend. Room was not ready on time. Bath tub smelled like urine. Girls in next room loud after 11 pm and complained and still continued. Garbage overflowing outside of hotel. Refrigerator turned off and spoiled food! Spoke with Manager Patrick after Wendy did not call back and would not compensate for such a horrible place. Stay far away from here!

Excellent service, clean rooms, beds and couches are very comfortable, The rooms are very roomy and bathrooms are awesome. The showers feature a rain shower head. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great. It had bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, several kinds of drinks and this was all including with your stay. I would strongly recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious and up to date. Very family friendly the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We were able to get a good workout in at the gym. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. We were traveling with on vegan and even she was impressed with the choices. Definately a keeper and we will keep it on our list of places to return.

As you would expect Hyatt to be, clean, modern, friendly and well-trained staff.

The place is always clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is the best. I'm always happy when I stay there.

Ok this is the second time I have spent time at this hotel. The first time was good this time it was great. The staff was fun and energetic. Especially Wendy and Jess. There were two other staff members there that I dealt with as well. They we're awesome too. I highly recommend this place to all. The rooms are great and clean. Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fantastic all the way around.

I don't normally do reviews but since Google, through my Samsung Galexy, is going to spy on me and I actually do have something to say, fine. The rooms are clean and for a staff that has to work through the holiday, they are super nice and friendly. My complaint is the dinning room, food, and coffee. I would rather pay for breakfast. Unless you want yogurt or toast or tea, the food is microwaved. The dinning room is lacking. There are only two real comfortable spots for four person family with kids by the food. After that, a sunroom that was freezing or on the other side of the entryway where I can't see my kids when I get up to get a napkin. The coffee: we all know the gimmick of breakfast at hotels. That years ago free breakfast meant real breakfast. Today, most of us that care, will snack and eat later. For me and my family, it's about getting the kids fed. But, at least at most other hotels a cup of coffee means a cup of coffee. Somewhere in between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. The meeting too bold coffee with traces of Ethiopian roots. Typically in the morning my stomach hurts until I have that first cup of coffee in this case at this hotel the first cup of coffee made my stomach worse. And the cream what's with the creamers; once again, I would rather pay for coffee. I'm already spending money at a hotel to get a proper cup of coffee and I don't have to sit there and open up 6 creamers to put cream in my coffee.

"PERFECT"! Great location for visiting the area. Easy access and convenient to all the surrounding venues. Professional staff, good amenities/breakfast.

Place is simply amazing. The room was perfect in all aspects and the staff was great. I highly recommend stopping off at the restaurant for some great food and drink.

Located an acceptable distance from downtown Saratoga and the racetrack, about 10-15 minute drive. Rooms are nice, clean. Building only a few years old. Staff very nice. The included breakfast is one of the worst Continental free breakfast I've ever seen at a business style hotel. When the yogurt looks gross. The scrambled eggs are rubbery and green. Fresh bananas and toast with jelly or butter are only thing edible. Not the same fault, they are nice and keep it clean but the food is terrible. Even the coffee is awful. So try to eat somewhere else or grab a coffee somewhere else, but the rest of the hotel is very good.

Normally I stay at a Residence Inn however a previous stay at a Hyatt in Orlando was so good I decide to try the one in Malta. Big mistake. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly. The rooms however have seen better days. Furniture and coat hangers were all scratched, carpet was coming up and the bed and pillow VERY uncomfortable. If this was an $80.00 room, perhaps the above would be acceptable. At almost $200 a night, the Hyatt in Malta is a very poor value in my opinion.

I love the room. The shuttle to track. The friendly staff. Every one of those kids were great to us. So helpful. Nice breakfast. Only negative is no tvg in room. We went to see the traverse and no room has horse channel. That is nuts to me. But would go back in a minute, everyone help with whatever we needed, we even miss the shuttle and they paid for a cab for us to get to track. Great job guys and girls.

The rooms were very nice. They included a sitting area. The room was clean. The hotel allowed our dog. They gave us connecting rooms. That was convenient. We had 2 rooms one for my son's and one for my. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection.

The Hyatt in Malta NY is my favorite hotel in the world! It is perfectly situated a convenient 7 miles from Saratoga Springs, where all manner of summer entertainment awaits you. The hotel staff is extremely professional and courteous, and the Manager Bill Gomez is the perfect host and administrator. Everything about this hotel is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired including the pool, the free breakfast which I might add is a full diner breakfast, not crappy continental breakfast like some hotels. I always love staying here.

Modern, clean, efficient. Decent breakfast. Hyatt Place properties tend to be kept at a high standard and this was no exception. Tip: We were just passing through and it was very expensive the night we stayed. Were able to use Hyatt points (transferred from Chase Ultimate Rewards points) to get a free award night on short notice.
