I stay here frequently, as it is close to my work place. Very nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms are quite and spacious. Nice staff too.

We have family on Long island. Although physically a very standard Hampton inn, the staff tithe this into a five star experience. Great breakfast, nice gym.

Great customer service, clean, decent breakfast. They use dresser/entertainment center combos with 3 small drawers on the bottom half… not desirable for those with back issues. Good water pressure which is nice!

Excellent Hotel — Because we have family in the area we have stayed here more than 15 times in recent years. The hotel is always clean, the breakfasts always good and the staff (many who have been there for years) are friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my stay. Our room was very comfortable, the people at the front desk were extremely nice, and the breakfast was solid and varied a bit each day. They even give you bags of healthy snacks and water to take with you when you head out in the morning. One of the more pleasant hotel experiences I've had in recent memory.

Erin, Robert, and the entire staff made my stay fantastic! The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very clean and safe. Walking distance to CVS and King Kullen and lots of restaurants and shopping. There's always an Uber driver 3 minutes away because it's a busy part of town. The breakfasts are very diverse — make your own waffles, hot trays of omelettes, home fries, etc. They even provide take out containers so if you don't have time you can grab and go. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I should mention if you are a light sleeper to bring earplugs and request a room on the other side of the train. My room was on the train side, but it never bothered me because I am heavy sleeper. The bed and linens we fresh and pampering. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The rates are very reasonable — especially with breakfast included.

Large, clean, modern rooms. You could throw a party in the bathroom alone. Breakfast was on point. Great place to stay for a business trip to the area. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars the area has to offer. Check-in was fast and painless with fresh baked cookies. No newspapers in the morning I will be staying here every time I visit and recommend you do to.

Just stayed a couple of days for a wedding. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they did construction work on room next door to mine and started early and left debris such as ripped up carpet right in front of my door.

Room was very nice and quite spacious! Only peeve would be that the lights were all manual fixurrs not connected to a switch. Other than that it was very nice.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were up to date and clean. There was a complimentary breakfast in the morning but we did not partake. Overall, a nice experience.

The room appointments were very nice, particularly the bath and shower, but the HVAC did not work all that well, as the room stayed somewhat humid even when it was set for a pleasantly cool temperature. The free breakfast was not as good as they sometimes are at Hamptons.

As typical for Hampton Inn, nice, clean room and ok breakfast. Our view was of the wall of the grocery store next door, but it was quiet and we didn't stay there for the view.

I am giving this hotel 1 star not because of the hotel itself, but because of the service. My fiancé and I blocked rooms for our wedding more than half a year in advance. The sales manager, Christie, was very difficult to get ahold of from the beginning. Our calls and emails went unreturned for many days before we tried again. Initially we were unsure of how many rooms we would need, but were told we could do groups of 10 and could add more if needed. About a month before the wedding our block was filling up and we wanted to add more rooms. We were unable to do so because the hotel was completely booked. They had failed to mention to us that there were 2 other parties with rooms blocked for that weekend. Had we known that we would have used another hotel from the start. We had to block rooms at a second hotel and had to shuttle people from two different hotels to our reception. THEN, 4 days before the wedding they called us to say that 10 of our rooms had to be relocated to another hotel because of construction. The rooms that we had to relocate were a variety of sizes but the new hotel only had king size rooms available. How could 4 adults sharing two queen sized beds be relocated to a king size bed?! When we asked why OUR rooms were the ones being moved instead of one of the smaller blocks (we had almost 30 rooms booked with them) they told us it was because my fiancé was nicer than the other two guests that had blocks.

This hotel is slightly hidden. The rooms are clean and the staff was nice.

The staff is so friendly, rooms are clean the environment is so beautifull. The have good discount with a car service that picks you up within 15 min of your call. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
