The staff is customer service oriented and friendly. Staff need to be trained in some basic servicing skills. Waffle iron needed a wrench. The handle came off in a customer's hand. The waffle maker timer wasn't working. A black burnt, burning waffle is sitting on a plate. No one put water on it and took it away. The air was like a sauna in the common area. This hotel has one thing LOCATION. It is dated but the bed was very comfortable. I could have saved $150 if I'd traveled 10 minutes further east.

Found it bit overpriced in terms of pricing, Staff was friendly and they offer me nearby shuttle services but 179$ I paid for single night was too much for this, I was new in city and wasn’t aware that I am paying too much. Rooms were clean.

Nice, very clean and the staff is so friendly that it makes the atmosphere so pleasant and relaxing! And they are very helpful and accomodating! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The concierge directed me to a service station next door that has a convenience store. It had some pricey yogurt with fresh fruit that was great. The air in general is stuffy throughout the hotel. The place is like a sauna. It is in obvious need of a dehumidifier. The waffle irons timers (both) were not working on the first day and a waffle was burnt black. No one removed it to put it in water to stop the burn. The smell was of course acrid. On the second day a handle came off in a guests hand. He was miffed. I still enjoyed my stay. I selected this hotel for the proximity to Garden City Park. I came for a funeral. I paid over $150 more than a hotel ten more minutes away. I was with my octogenarian father. Next time I'll have to figure something else out.

Located close to parkways and shopping, with clean rooms and nice meeting rooms. A busy and accommodating staff that always seems to be maintaining or servicing.

The manager, Tim, went out of his way to accommodate us. We are very appreciative of his five star service.

Everything was decent. The food was okay, but the beds were relatively hard. Other than that it was great.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are all friendly and will help you in anyway they can. King bed rooms are massive rooms. Breakfast was pretty great as well. Rooms are very nice and clean. Absolutely no complaints here.

This is a welfare hotel, coz a deranged woman, with her periods running down her pants came for breakfast last week wednesday when I stayed at the hotel and not one staff member went and told her anything if u want to bump into dirty homeless people stay there its sad since windham took over hotel standard has gone down, why endanger ur customers life coz ur paid well by the state its unforgivable wont come back here its sad.

Great rooms Has a gym and spa Vending machine and ice machine on every floor. Roosevelt feild mall close by. Many restaurants minutes away as well.

Clean! Staff was nice and Hospitable. Great location near Museums and where our event was t the Nassau Memorial Colosseum! Dropped us off and picked up with Hotel shuttle! Thanks.

Our shower handle was nonexistent, and our door was extremely difficult to open. I've stayed before though, and have had no problems. Breakfast is okay, decent selection of items. Service is always nice and friendly.

Friendly and welcoming staff Hugo and Erica. Efficient check in Nice upgrade to a suite. Spacious and very clean room. Had a problem with TV. Maintenance artived in 2 minutes a immediately silved the problem.

I have stayed in 4-5 hotels in this area. I think this one is the best bang for the buck. I stay here 3-4xs a year My room has always been clean… It could use some updates.

The hotel is pretty basic, not sure why there are rave reviews. The breakfast in the morning is subpar, banana muffins and toast is probably the best part, bagels and hard boiled eggs… Eh. It seemed like a welfare hotel considering I saw a woman and her three kids enjoy the hot tub all night just after she got done smoking a joint in the parking lot around 6pm on a Sunday lol. Yeah, it was just like that. The rooms look clean but feel musty and your skin begins to itch almost immediately. The AC unit made that worse, so I just left it off. The bathrooms are clean and if you're on the third floor you get to hear the housekeepers speaking Spanish in the hall outside your room right through the night even after midnight… lovely. Staff seemed nice tho, but yeah I won't be staying there again. I slept approximately 3-4 hours straight between the late night hallway action and the itching… I can def spend my 135+ dollars somewhere much nicer for the night in the middle of nowhere Long Island / Queens border lol.

It was good. The front desk girl had a little attitude. Location was good. Rooms were good but the sink faucet knobs were weird.

Decent. I was upgraded to the suite. The suite was humongous. No k-cup styled coffee in the room. Clean and a slight odor but a great stay.

This is a good, clean hotel. Rooms are large. Hotel is located in a good area with lots of shopping nearby. Breakfast is free, selection is limited (little protein).

Hospitality is something you should not expect from the front desk at any point in your stay. They cut a lot of corners on the continental breakfast. Bed was comfy.

We arrived late at night, got our keys and used the business center. Everything was great and we didn't have any problems. Breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels. Great experience.

It sucked. They didn't have a shuttle after the wedding for our guests which they said thwy would and than they had me pay extra for another shuttle. And than they fucked up my honeymoon suite and didn't have what they said they would have.

Service was super-friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the booking was cheap. Free breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but with the nice addition of a couple waffle makers. Free wireless internet worked without a fuss. We were very unexpectedly surprised by the comfort of the bed too, as we're pretty picky about that.

It was a good stay, Wi-Fi was a bit slow but over all, a good stay. I would go back again.

Nice place… Stayed there a few times for family events. The breakfast is pretty legit and the rooms are spacious and nice.

The Hotel is for 1 or 2 Nights when you get near to New York would be. One has the possibility to have Breakfast. Nearby is the Roosevelt Mall. The rooms are normal American Standard Wi-Fi is included.

It is a good place to rest. The rooms are clean and you can reach pubs and shops by walk.

Rude manager Timothy Mularchuk. Typical close minded manager, they only care if your a customer and spend money there but if you call to offer them a service to get them compliant with OSHA they don't want to hear about it. Apparently safety is not an important aspect to this business. I would definitely not spend my money here.

The attendant was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, but there was a musty-like smell, rather than fresh and clean. I wouldn't say it was dirty and unclean, but for what you pay, you can get more for your money. Opt for the Holiday Inn Express in Lynbrook on Sunrise Highway instead, which costs less and is nicer.

This placw scammed us on our wedding night. We got the wedding suite package which was supposed to come with champagne, his and her bathrobes, breakfast in bed, chocolates, rosepedals on the bed and a late checkout. We got none of those things except the champagne which had to call and ask for and they still charged us the $275 extra when we went to checkout and would not adjust the bill at all. Avoid if possible.

My husband is a Marine and was stationed at Floyd Benett Field. We lived on Long Island and stayed at the Garden City La Qunita Inn when we had orders to leave New York. The employees are gracious and polite, clean and curtious. There was some confusion, I thought my husband had explained we were staying a few extra days, and he thought I had, but the staff understood and treated us like royalty, even though the stress of moving to California was very obvious. Thank you.
