Great experience for a family, very comfortable.

We stayed here while in town for the first time ever. It was recommended because we had our pet with us. Definitely nice looking inside and out. The room was spacious. It was clean and comfortable. Really great for an extended stay and for a big family. I liked everything about it except the “cleaning fee” they have for having a pet on top of the daily charge for having a pet.

Upon check in we were given room 446, going into the room we found food, food crumbs and debris on the rug, in the pullout sofa and an overall dingy dirty feeling in the room. I explained to Bri at the front desk, she was very lovely to talk with and accommodating, she reassigned us to room 427, unfortunately upon entry into this room we again found crumbs, bugs, torn and worn out rugs, filthy furniture ~ the arms of the couch and chairs are blackened and stained, a bathroom door with hinges pulled out, the kitchen tile floor was sticky from something, there’s splashing splattered on the back of the main door and walls. Furniture looks like it’s been beaten up, chips and nicks in them, someone has removed the covers over the sprinkler heads in the ceiling thus leaving open holes in the ceiling. The Master Bath Shower head must be clogged because the water pressure was worse than a mist yet the second shower/bathtub had decent water flow from the shower. The room has a bit of an odor and not a clean refreshing odor either. Overall the rooms we were in desperately need attention and upgrading but if anything Housecleaning and Maintenance. In the 4 days of our stay we never saw housecleaning of the hallways, elevator or pool area. Food, crumbs and debris lined the hallways and elevator and had never been vacuumed while we were there.

Was put underneath a family living in the hotel. For a week we endured kids running and jumping all hours of the day and night. And all this for more than $200 a night. We should have been told the day we arrived at hotel and given a different room. Do not stay in room The family is living in 301. Been coming here 13 years as a Hilton Honors member. This will be my last time.

The rooms are nice the pool and jacuzzi was the great.

Very good Cartia service got eight pillows beautiful view gorgeous indoor swimming pool for the amazing huge jacuzzi Spa phenomenal gym first night here and I'm looking to spend a whole week.

Nice hotel! Would recommend it when staying on Strong Island.

A clean and large room. Easy parking. A great place to rest and relax!

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! The free morning buffet was excellent as well! The indoor pool is heated and great for kids! How much fun to swim in the winter! No robes in room — that was pretty much the only bummer! (And they have a beautiful fireplace in the lobby that they never lit even though it was 35 degrees) but those are little tiny things. Service was great! Room was great!

Sitting here in the dining room having dinner watching people socialize and drink is interesting. One guy is sitting by himself drinking a glass of red wine starring off into oblivion as if in deep thought. Another table with a group of 8 some of them drinking beer 2 glasses at a time. They had empty glasses when I sat down to eat but I watched 2 of them make 3 more trips 2 glasses a trip so that is at least 8 glasses each. Who knows how many they had before I got there or …how many they had after I left, but who cares They appear to be having fun. There are a lot of other people here in varying levels of sobriety, all seemingly having a good time.
The food was of adequate in both quality and quantity, the staff did a great job keeping it stocked and the serving area clean! Kudos to them! The fare was chicken parm sliders, coleslaw, tossed salad.

I love this place! I come here all the time! The rooms are very comfortable & spacious! It's a mall near by & plenty of places to go! They also serve good breakfast in the morning!
