This hotel is comfy, pretty clean, and is a quiet area. I love having the free breakfast, but unfortunately usually can't spend the time waiting in the long lines. Overall, nice hotel and will likely be staying again.

The room was very clean and quiet. Bed was wonderful. Staff good. Breakfast area unclean & microwave filthy, but the selection was awesome.

The hotel is kind of dated. We had to choose between having enough outlets and a light in our faces all night. The bed was just ok. The pool and hot tub were fun but small. The staff was very helpful and kind though and the free breakfast with fresh waffles smelled delicious.

Had stayed here previously with better experience. 'Free' breakfast not staffed so there was no hot food available with a room full of people waiting. Went back for a cup of juice at 9:05am and they had shut off all the machines and power with people still trying to eat (since there was no hot food everyone lined up for the 'make your own waffles. ' Staff were curt with guests.

We rented a suite, 1 king + adjoining room with pull out couch and hot tub. The first suite smelled of smoke, and was dirty. I mean sticky stuff on the end tables, fruit stickers on the tv… Which did not work. The two check in girls came in and tried to get it fixed. They ended up switching us room. We get in the new suite, the pull out couch is torn… Not impressed by the rooms or the house keeping, but the service staff was nice.

Perfect for getting on a plane in Plattsburgh the next day.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. While the hotel is "mature, " the rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit, but other than that, provides a good selection. All in all, a good value.

This is a decent place for one night. You wouldn't want to spend any more time than that. Beds were comfortable and the place was decently clean. I would do another trip there… for a night.

Don’t waste your money… it’s currently 12:01 and five of us are up because we can’t sleep since the unit only blows hot air. After switching rooms 3 times you think they would get it right. First room wreaked I’d smoke, second room was infested with bugs, and now the third room is sweltering hot in the middle of winter. Would have rather slept in my car.

This hotel has one of the rudest front desk staff I have ever experienced at any hotel I have stayed at. I had recently booked an overnight at the time of reservation we were told hotel was sold out and we got last room with 2 queen beds. At check in we confirmed the room was 2 queen beds and was again told indeed it was. We got our keys and left to do some shopping and dining. When we got back to our room it was late and we were surprised to find 2 double beds despite requesting and confirming it was queen beds. The next morning we set our alarms to be able to make it to breakfast before it closed at 9:00 am which frankly is ridiculously early on a Saturday morning. Most hotels offer breakfast on weekends until 10:00 which is quite reasonable especially over spring break weeks. I thought we were fortunate that I even noticed the sign as it was never mentioned and I am quite sure most guests did not know about such an early closing for breakfast as we saw others coming in after we left. We got to breakfast area at 8:45 am to find it packed, dirty and empty of most all food! No more 2% milk, No orange juice, No fruit, only a few slices of bread left and a mess everywhere. I went to front desk to ask if there was any way to get a piece of fruit and she said no. My son wanted cereal but the milk was empty as was the orange juice so he was not able to eat either. At 9:00 on the nose the woman who was at front desk came in and started to fill the juice machine.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean, pool area not so much. Should have better security as a homeless young man was living in the pool area bathroom and eating at the breakfast buffet while we were there.

We were only disappointed of the pool and breakfast hours are shorter on the weekend. I was wrestling in Vermont and made it back to the hotel really late Saturday night and woke up at 8:50am, the staff refuse to give yogurt even tho it was in hand at 9:05. I understand everything is closed, but she had it in hand and I was starving. And we didn't have time to swim before leaving because it opened late. Opens at 6am during the week, and 9am on weekends?

The bath room is quite smll. The hotel indoor swimming pool is also quite smll and suitable for smll baby.

I had a 2 wonderful days in Days Inn. The staff are so kind and the service is very good. Its a clean and nice place.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, plentiful continental breakfast, pool and hot tub. I definitely recommend.

Excellent amenities and staff from the front desk to the back room. Totally professional in every way. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Camt wait to come again.

Good and affordable hotel with both indoor and outdoor swimming pool accessible to guest. All facilities featured are offered. Clean rooms and passage. Very nice area to relax and enjoy vacation.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! Arrived at 7:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet! Haven’t seen that in my entire life! The receptionist told us that we needed to wait and to keep calm! Not the first time here but clearly THE LAST TIME HERE! They call us at home to tell us that the room was ready at around 7h45pm guest what!? We’re not at home!

Decent and comfortable. Sometimes you need to ask them to change your sheets since they seem to have issues with their washer… but other than that, it's okay and affordable!

AMAZING! the hotel had a workout section. The rooms are clean. And I LOVED the breakfast, it tasted delicious. Everything is amazing I do recommend it.

The room was clean and set, bathroom a little on the angel side. The pools were clean, but the interior one had a lot of loose risks all around, maybe due to a group that were there earlier. Did not use any room service, cannot comment. Breakfast was included and is well stocked and maintained during the morning.

I wish the beds were a better quality — firmer and more supportive. I stayed at another hotel nearby two years ago, and the beds were absolutely fantastic! I was very disappointed with the bed. Room was clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast awesome! Carpet needs updated. TV was very good. I would stay here again, if they improve the mattresses.

They had some issues up on the front desk. Must be the computer was down. Cause check in was not smooth. But once we got in everything was great. We stayed at a suite with a king size bed and jacuzzi. The bed was comfy. The pool was beautiful. All in all it was a great stay. I'd recommend it to people visiting Plattsburgh.

The breakfast is great and the guests are very kind. My daughters loved staying there and profited the breakfast: Waffle, cereal, Apple and orange juice, yogurt, etc. My room had 2 double beds which were confortable, microwave and small fridge, hair dryer, iron and everything very clean. The only thing that I did not like is that the smell of cigarette was too strong this time. Also, the swimming pool was treated with too much chlorine which made my eyes hurt.

Good location. Decent looking for a discount hotel. However my room smelled dank… locker room like. Breakfast isn't quite on the same level as hotels like Hampton Inn. Burn marks on my comforter (in a non-smoking room). No extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. Ran out and it took several minutes before someone answered the phone at the front desk. Best thing is the location.

We always go to this hotel every time we visit Plattsburgh to go shopping or groceries… very good location… not so far from Montreal to visit, staff are friendly, they have indoor pool and free breakfast! I already recommend it to my family here in Montreal, so every time we visit Plattsburgh we go no where else but " Days Inn".

I wish they would had more food for breakfast. They ran out.

We have reservation, arrived at 2 am, no one at the Reception. Waited 30 minutes still no other human being except us. Still waiting… this is absolutely ridiculous! How could you leave a hotel front desk unmanned!

The service was great, beds were comfortable, hot beverages were available 24/7 downstairs in the main lobby, and they served a breakfast that had a large variety.

This is a great little motel. It has an indoor pool (outside one too in the summer) with a hot tub. The hot tub is great after a day on the road. The new breakfast room is a great improvement.

Well in general, but a bit too eco-friendly for certain things… ice re purse used that smell bleach water, not enough shampoo for two people, miniature bath.

We there are go early December 2014 and we are pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort. Value for money, it was a very good choice.

Me and my husband stayed here for a night on our way to Montreal and it was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel, we always go to this hotel everytime we visit Plattsburgh to go shopping or groceries. Very good location. We leave in Montreal not so far to visit, I have four girls who really enjoy staying to this hotel. The price is affordable, staff are friendly, they have indoor pool and free breakfast! I already recommend it to my family here in Montreal, so everytime we visit Plattsburgh we go no where else but " Days Inn".
