The front desk staff was very nice, and that is the only good thing about this place. When we entered to our room the first thing that you can notice is that it needs to be remodeled; the beds are very old and the linen as well. However, we give it a shot due to the area. So at around 1:30am my boyfriend woke me up telling me to get out of the bed because he had gotten bitten by bed bugs. He had around 5 bites on his arm. We started checking and the pillows had bedbugs. Then when we check the room and found bed bugs and other insects due to the humidity in the room (137). When we went to the front desk the staff that was there told us that we had to wait until 9:00 for the manager in order to get the refund, and he changed the room. We did get the refund but they charged $60 for the room that we were changed to, and we were only there from 3:00am until 10:00am. After this happened I check the reviews and noticed that many people complained about the same thing and one even mentioned the same room that we were in, that basically says that they aren’t doing s****. Also, the weren’t surprise when he said that we found bed bugs and didn’t even check the room or asked for proof. They basically knew.

Had a king room booked through Expedia. Apparently there were water issues and a pipe had broken in the king rooms. This happened the previous night and we were not notified to any changes. We were downgraded to a double bed room that had a mildew smell to it. At least we were offered a breakfast coupon… and that was it. The price of the king size room for the small, smelly, and questionable room. The mood from the clerk changed to a more hostile mode understandably. He refunded our money to Expedia and Expedia is to refund our money in 5 to… 15 days.

Room was clean enough, but tight. No bugs in our room. Toilet seat was messed up. Had everything we needed in the room. No chairs on balcony, though. Kept smelling pot at times. If you’re not picky and don’t mind some very strange if not shady clientele staying around you, it’s a cheap acceptable stay. I don’t recommend the breakfast, unless you like processed sceambled egg soup.

Horrible experience during my time staying there for work purposes. I drove from New Jersey to work in the outlet center near by. Customer service rushed my girlfriend and I after 6 days but payed and was charged for 7. Unacceptable customer service with 0 hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for one nite. The room was nice and clean and bathroom was good also. Overall a v good stay. Will stay there again.

Served it's overnight purpose, just needed a quick place to crash. Room was clean but needed repairs. Sliding door only had a chain for security, carpets need shampooing, breakfast room was dirty, walls needed to be washed especially around the trash cans, employee sneezing and continues to work, continental breakfast consisted of watery scrambled eggs and watery oatmeal. Parking lot was well lit, it was quite and the gentleman who was at the front desk when we checked out was very helpful with things to do in the area. Staff was nice. The whole property just needs alot of love, updates and cleaning. Was just passing through so I probably won't be back there again. Even though I got a cheaper rate on a discount site I should have only paid about $65-75 for a single off season nite.

Great staff. Run down establishment. Fine budget stay, but it may be worth it to up the budget if you can.

Terrible Service for college students. Multiple outlets were blown out. The Wi-Fi never worked for the entire 4 day stay which is pretty important for submitting classwork while at a conference and the Staff had zero Interest in helping/refunding for the problems. With excuses like "the Wi-Fi is working you can see it on your computer". I will never return to this chain of hotels again.

Very bad experience. The smell of the room was unbearable, and we immediately told the person in the front desk, but we needed the room so we decided to stay. When I checked my bank account they had charged us extra 15.90 that we did not authorized or had any knowledge of. They said we took a towel. We did not took anything. For anyone who ever stayed in that place knows that there is no chance whatever was the need. We do not need any towels from anywhere specially from a place like this. We paid 108.95 for a room that worth less than $50. But that was okay because we accepted. But they false accuse us so they could take more money? not way to do business. Who is in charge of Tannersville Days Inn?

Dirty room, found cigarette butts and opened soda cans under the bed. Was staying here because of a power outage, power went out on half the wall (All they had to do was flip a breaker switch) took six hours to turn back on, there was "nothing the manager could do for us" when asked for refund or discount. Terrible experience.

We had a big blizzard on Friday 3/2 and lost power so we booked a room to keep warm. During the night I awoke to find bed bugs. Unfortunately we were snowed in so we couldn't leave and all other hotels in the area were booked solid. I voiced to the front desk my concerns about the infested room with 2 babies and showed them the pictures. They were rude and told me to check back on Monday as the manager wasn't there. I have not been able to reach him and was told that my refund request was denied. I am now dealing with their corporate customer service, hopefully they'll help. Do not stay here, I'd rather sleep in my car. On a side note, the Wi-Fi is horribly spotty so that's frustrating too. They raised pricing $40 for that day too. $120 is a ridiculous price to pay for such a crappy room. If I could I would give 0 stars.

My son got stuck in the snowstorm on Route 80. I'm thankful that he found a room, but the management charged him $159 for a room that normally cost $65. The Wifi didn't work in his room and they refused to give him any money back. They took advantage of a 19 year old who was trying to get home from college. Shame on you.

The room needs to be cleaned a little better. The complimentary breakfast was trash. The eggs were watery, coffee was okay and no waffle maker. Easy access to your vehicle which was nice.

Rooms are are nice enough. It's definitely a dated hotel but my room was clean. Has a 32 inch flat screen microwave and little fridge. Also includes a free breakfast with the basics. Eggs yogurt cereal and toast with orange juice and coffee. Great stuff for the price of a room.

The amount of back and forth I had to do for my wife and I! We stayed 3 nights 4 days and had our rooms switched once and had to get 4 different room keys because they were not working with our room door. They claimed the key card was working when it wasn’t, so after the 4 time having my room key switch, they called in a programmer to reprogram the door, the guy finally fixed it. ALSO! Toilet Flooding! I used the bathroom first when we got there and it flooded! I only pissed! And it flooded the whole bathroom and took them one whole day to send someone to fix he toilet and mop the floor… bad experience.

We arrived at 7:00 pm from the camelback resort and it was like a ghost town. We first got the room, and there were weird holes in the walls, dark brown stains in the walls, dirty sheets, dirty towels, and a broken shower head. We then complained to a worker and switched our room. The room was pretty much the same but had less holes, a full functioning shower head, and slightly cleaner towels. (not to mention, all the doors had dents on the bottom left corner which lets all the cold draft inside. ) lastly, we only got 2 bars of small soap and one bottle of shampoo for a 5 person stay, also the workers service was terrible, give everyone a rude attitude.

Once a year shopping trip… jacuzzi room king bed… price right… nuff said.

It was a decent spot for the price guy at front desk was nice vending machine will steal your money lol.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. And let me tell you, I have been to at 100 hotels already. Dirty, bugs, staff with attitude and ripped bed sheet. It's not even a 1 star hotel don't let the pictures food you. We all deserve better than this crappy place. So disappointed.

The Days Inn Tannersville is a place that is pretty adequate and nothing more. The continental breakfast is adequate because there isn't much a variety of breakfast. In addition the cafeteria when entering has a smell that will knock your shoes off, and pretty much smells as if someone used the bathroom in the middle of the cafeteria. Some bathrooms have problem like the faucet is hard to turn on or the pipe is not tight which cause leaking issues. The place isn't that bad because the pool is adequate and the hotel is close to the other resorts and stores which is pretty convenient. The place is adequate.

This place is full of lies. They consider continental breakfast to be bland eggs and oatmeal with bread. Their fruit loops aren't even fruit loops. They're tootie frooties. As soon as I entered the breakfast hall I was vastly disappointed. There were no pancakes or waffles. I was expecting a lot more than stale cereal. The rooms were nice and clean. The ones with the balcony have a great view. And watching sunrise is a blessing. All in all, they need to up their "continental breakfast" game.

Decent place to stay when visiting the area, but very basic and a little dated. Staff was very friendly however the level of cleanliness left something to be desired.

Good basic place to stay for stopover, close to outlet mall and lots of other stores. Moreover thete is an excellent Indian restaurant next door and hotel offers 10% discount coupons.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very friendly. We arrived before check in and our room wasn't ready but they were nice enough to hold our luggage while we went to Camelback Moutain. The room is nice and standard. No complaints. The hotel is within walking distance to the Premium Outlets. I'd definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. They provided a rollaway bed upon request, though with a $10 charge, and I had to roll it up the hill, myself, as there was no one else who could. I really didn't mind, but it certainly wasn't a 4 or 5-star experience. The continental breakfast was passable, though a little sparse on choices. Also, the buffet at the indian restaurant, tandoor palace, was amazing. Ultimately, the experience was decent and about as expected for the cost.

Location is close to Camelback Mountain and is great if you're just staying the night to hit the slopes again the next day. It's a pretty bare bones hotel and it gets the job done.

Your average motel room. Outlets are flimsy and makes it hard to charge anything. The plug is very loose so it keeps falling out. TV works, air conditioning and heating works. Locks on balconies are broken. Bath heats up fast so no wait in cold water. Overall ok. Breakfast needs many more options past cereal, eggs, and toast.

Was the worst room I ever stayed in very dirty bedding very worn burn holes shower curtain had blood stains very gross paint all over curtain's photos on web site very misleading.

My family was there the weekend of labor day. The room smell like mold the bedding had smoke holes this was the worst hotel we have stayed could not wait until morning.

Good cheap place to stay before hitting camel beach.

This place seriously needs updating. The room smelled, the furniture and bedding was old. There was a hair on my pillow. The TV was from 1995. It was a 30-ish inch old fashioned large tv. Not flat screen. There was a white hue on the screen, so you couldn't watch anything really well. The check in area was tiny and no seating. The only thing going for it was the bathroom was clean. Very few toiletries for showering provided. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The ice machine didn't work well. The ac/heating unit had a burning smell when we used it. We didn't use the continental breakfast because we didn't trust the quality. NOT worth the price, at all.

Great place to stay. Stood in a jacuzzi suite for a ski weekend and it was awesome. Room was clean and warm, excellent bathroom and jacuzzi. We had a mini fridge and a microwave which was convenient. Flat Led TV with cable had a lot of channels. Our free continental breakfast was good as well it was a self serve with different choices. The staff even gave me a hand shoveling out my car from the snow. Overall the stay was fun, convenient, clean, and the staff was friendly along with the cheap price you cant beat it. Definitely coming back.

Go every year and I have to complaints I need help I get it with no problem everyone is nice helpful what more can you ask for.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The exterior was ok but was not welcoming in appearance, but since you don't stay outside lets talk about the rooms. The room was clean at first glance but not updated. Mold was in the carpet by the sliding door from where the air conditioner was leaking into the room. The balcony was wet and never dry since that is where the water drained out the back. Our air conditioner was broke and needed to be replaced our first night there. I will give them credit for that it was immediately fixed but left the carpet wetter then before. Beds where ok but the sheet and mattress cover continuously came off throughout the night and needed to be put back on constantly. The bathroom at first glance was ok until you needed to take a shower. The only updated thing in the room was the curved shower curtain bar. Only thing is no one read the directions to properly install it leaving it clinging to you while you showered. The shower head was old and placed way to low to get a comfortable shower. At 5 ft 7in I needed to crouch just to wash my hair. The only family member happy with the lower shower head was my 10 year old. The pool didn't look like a pool it looked like the area you place your trash. The breakfast was a joke don't pay the extra to get this. It was cold cereal and donuts not worth the extra money they charged. There has to be a better place to stay in this area.

My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay. Found this place to be a good deal with decent reviews. Even found a 10% off coupon on the hotel's website. I found the front desk personnel to be kind, prompt and professional at check-in and check-out. Stayed in a king bed room. Not too small, had everything you could need, didn't smell bad and looked clean. I slept great and found the bed to be comfortable. My husband found the bed to be too hard (but at home we sleep on an ultra plush). Sheets aren't as high quality as a $100+ hotel but are good, especially for the price. Not a lot of options for breakfast but it's free. Cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, juice. Would recommend for an inexpensive stay.
