Always loved this place have been coming for 24 years once a week every year. Just renovated again in all the Suites they took out the refrigerator and freezer oven plates silverware. I was not very happy with that The staff is absolutely great hair Hilton headquarters as totally blown this renovation will have to think about a new place to go now. The new carpet looks like it's part cement floor and regular carpet. Whoever designed this must be on acid. It's a shame that Hilton doesn't listen to the staff that actually work here.

Busy/ full hotel weekend with college graduations and local Lilac Festival. We were in town to run in 5k race. Check-in was easy. I always ask for a quiet room, away from large groups etc. I am a light sleeper so when the bars close at 2 am, the drunks come back talking on their cell phones (rude) in the hall keeping me from falling back asleep. Chain hotels like this one need to post signs on courtesy/being quiet after midnight. I travel for work and stay at chains during the week, no noise issues during the week.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. The Management is TERRIBLE. Completely inflexible with regards to bookings, refunds, or room changes. Much better options available that are close by. I suggest the Marriott Courtyard.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing! Not just continental stuff, they had hot scrambled eggs, make your own waffle, etc.

Not great, not awful. The elevators are annoying and if you leave the door open for a little too long they beep incessently. Room was nice but the bathroom door wouldn’t fully close.

Highly recommended for families and groups. Very nice atmosphere with fireplace in lobby welcoming you. Breakfast is included and the newly renovated rooms are gorgeous.

Stayed in a suite. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. Close to many things, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Large rooms and nice reception area for gathering groups in the evening. Restaurant within walking distance. Good access to shops and freeway.

HORRIBLE! When we got their to check in the staff was so rude and rolled their eyes. Then when we got to our room the bed was a MESS I don't think it was even clean! Not to mention under the bed there was lotion and trash under there. The bathroom stunk like someone just laid a fresh log in there! And the pool it was disgusting I found a band aid and boogers in it. The night was not good either, I couldnt fall asleep something kept poking me and nothing was their then the lights would randomly go on and the noisy neighbors not to mention the random foot steps in are room (Room 102). The breakfast was horrible I do not suggest coming here at all.

Very nice stay, the room was very nice and the hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good too. Overall an excellent stay.

I was only there for drinks with work associates. They have free beer on Wednesday nights. The lobby is very nice and updated. There is a large fireplace in the center of it, and the staff was very friendly.

Hampton is our favorite hotel. Always clean. Nice breakfast and a swimming pool.

Really comfy, I wish it had a little refrigerator. Great location and I like the bathroom shower. Breakfast was good, server tasty eggs.

Great hotel… All Hamptons are nice, but this one is incredible… Absolutely beautiful! So glad I picked this one to stop at!

The room is very spacious, and clean. The decor is very outdated however it has everything that you would need for an extended stay. Such as a refrigerator, a microwave, a living room space with a couch, table, TV and chair. Then another space for the bed, as well as another TV, dresser, closet space, and nightstands. There's another vanity area and separate is the toilet and shower. There is also ironing board and iron and a blow dryer. The staff has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend it to another.

This place was great! I was here attending an event and everything was great! The people were nice, the food was awesome, no complaints whatsoever!

I attended a seminar in one of the conferences rooms. The room was well suited, hotel was fine. No complaints, didn't spend enough time there to pass any real judgment. Seemed like a cozy place for the most part.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was cool however A/C was noisy. Breakfast was included and delicious. Hot and cold beverages were available in the evening at no charge. The hotel was very busy but very quiet. It is well located near highway and lots of shopping.

Room was nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom with a good shower. However, it was very noisy (children in the halls, and walls are thin). Breakfast was also very busy, but food was decent.

The folks at the Victor Hampton Inn went out of their way to make sure our accommodations were correct. Excellent service and very nice people working here.

Room was great. Everything was clean and in working condition. The room even came with a choice of fireplace or full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc. ). Hot breakfast every morning, hot tub, pool, free Wi-Fi. Honestly my only complaint is that I arrived at 10pm on the nose, after specifically calling ahead to say I would arrive at 10pm, yet I had to stand at the front desk for 20 min before anyone showed up to check me in. Kind of annoying after my 5 hour drive. When the guy finally showed up, I didn't get any sort of apology. Not even a quick "oh sorry for your wait, how may I help you? " Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

The room was comfortable, but not prepared for 6 people. Our reservation was for 6 people. The hot breakfast was excellent. The pool facilities were in good repair. The staff were all very kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations with free breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi. Lobby is nicely decorated with Mission-style furniture. Staff is courteous and helpful. Close to great shopping areas and not too far from the Finger Lakes wine regions.

The beds here never disappoint! They're so soft and on point as always!

Dark quiet rooms make for a great sleep. Breakfast was good but the oatmeal was pretty brutal, although it's hard to complain since it's free. Great location right off the highway. No mini fridge in our room, which was too bad, but overall a positive experience. Great price too.

Was there last night and was helped by a young man named Steven at the front desk who was very courteous and definitely made my wife and I feel very special! Just the small talk and his smile made us want to use this hotels for all of our trips around the country! Thank you, Steven for the memorable stay!
