Review of Rochester Riverside Hotel 3*

In light of the recent murder at the radisson hotel rochester ny. The hotel needs to be sold immediately to responsible owners, that will take care of it. I called the front desk and spoke to hannah the day after the murder of a young good man (a bernie supporter) who the very next morning was quite jovial. This not a laughing matter. during my next stay at the radisson, I was shifted 4 xs never offered me any free stays for my inconvenience. To different rooms. Room 1 punched in closet. Faucet fell off room 2 electrical problems. Room 3 broken bed room broken bed crying rooms from all the abuse the current owners and their staff have done this and I hate them for it. Except for clarissa and the gift shop girls and the waiter gong and the waitresses. Some of the cooks. None of the maintenance. And the men who carry your bags took my suitcase into the back office and went through it looking for a wire. The poor gift shop workers have to have an electrical space heater just to keep from getting frost bite in the winter. The rooms are filthy from lack of care with the current owner. I am on crutches and the handicap door opener does not work and I was hit by the heavy glass doors. In front of hotel at the entrance to the right of the drive-way the pillar is falling apart and broken! this beautiful hotel deserves so much better than what the current owners have done to it! they also are getting $250.00 if you smoke a cigarette, they want you to freeze outside to smoke… get with it its your reign is done its the 21st century. This hotel was a booming place with nice shops inside kay taylor`s black and white shop. The poor front desk workers are made to stand for all of their shift. Wtf! with the murder a day or so ago & the incident with another young man cadaro. You people need to get out of the hotel industry in rochester new york 14! everyone who loves downtown are being thwarted in their efforts by people like the current owners of the raddison. Dont give up all your Historical Buildins for lofts? GREAT! Loved my stay in Rochester Downtown such a friendly place my Rochester New York 14 Rochester is welcoming such a breath of fresh air compared to some other Hotels in other cities, I have stayed in. The Food was Great delicious and mouth watering and presented so beautifully. The Rugs are sooo Beautiful colorful and so relaxing. The rooms are a mess from lack of care by the current owners! While you stay there you must visit the Bar Legends & Restaurant you will be so glad u did. The atmosphere is so compellingly peaceful Friendly I will always remember my stay with the Radisson. Rochester New York. Cant wait to be back. The Radisson & the HYATT Downtown Rochester are some of the Best Buildings luv them both. Thank You all so very much Rochester New York 14 for making a trying time into a Beautiful Experience. Please get rid of the current owners and their staff.
