I Always stay here when in Rochester. The rooms are clean, staff is nice and never had a problem. If you want the Hilton, go stay there and pay for it! $$$$

Bug found in the bed dead. Did nothing for us. Showed front desk, still nothing. Room was just okay to start with but everything else from Batavia to Farmington was booked solid due to graduation, Celtic festival, lilac festival, etc. Will not stay again.

This is the best Hotel closer to were we need to go pretty decent, but the staff are rude, especially when we check out that day, she looks so mean not even smiling, as if we interrupted her on phone call. She didn't even have a courtesy of saying "Hi What can I do for you? " but she just looked at us, she did not even bother if we are looking forward staying there. And also stuff are smoking outside by the entrance door, they should have done it discreet. Stuff needs some friendly atmosphere training. Over all rooms are nice for what you have paid. Breakfast is a typical coffee and breads. Hopefully more improvements on Exterior and Interior.

Cheap and basic, got the job done. Only 1 pillow per person, which is odd.

The rooms are pretty drab and there were stains on the floor and walls. It's definitely not a nice motel, but you get what you paid for. I was just looking for a cheap, clean bed, and that's what I got.

The rooms were furnished nicely but still a bit icky. Don't expect much if you're coming for the free breakfast; it's very limited. The Wi-Fi works well though. For the price though, it's good enough!

The Econo Lodge, despite its unflattering name, is a surprisingly nice hotel. Rooms are sparsely decorated, but very clean and comfortable. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now, and it is without a doubt my goto hotel in the rochester area.

Its a usual motel. Nothing great. Fair price but could use a remodel. My big complain is that there is no elevator to the upstairs.

Check in was good, room not cleaned thoroughly… bag in wastebasket was sticky from precious guests, items on floor that should have been vacuumed, breakfast was reasonable.

Very poor the showers faucet pipes were sticking out, smelt like weed inside the building when we have kids with us and they wanted to know what that smell was. We went on a website which they had fake reviews about the place. Small bathrooms, the bed's were uncomfortable I slept on the floor for the first time in 20 years. I swear the floor was more comfortable then the bed itself. Their was 6 of us and there was 2 pillows per bed. As you can imagine the breakfast will make up for this, I saw it and it wasn't comforting. I was very displeased with it. Some muffins, some cereal dispenser's, and a toaster. Never going to stay in an economic lodge again. This place isn't for kids with what I've seen. Oh yeah the t. V. Didn't work as well it had 3 channels basically it. It says direct t. V. Haha and they only had those type of channels you would see at a old age home. Yeah no if you don't mind spending your night in a tiny room and wonder if your stuff will get stolen out of your car then this place is for you.

Looks too much like a sex motel. Nice renovations but the space is too small n motelish.

Husband and I loved the stay here for our anniversary the bed was bigger than expected and it was super quiet! Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for the price. I would not pass this place up if your looking for a clean room with a good staff. Plenty of places nearby to eat and shop at.

Wi-Fi is good. Room was clean and service was polite.

I wouldn't suggest anyone who has kids and especially a child with a disability because the staff is very rude and unprofessional*** stayed un here for a week and it was a problem that I asked for cleab linen*** the bathroom is nasty*** the tub was filthy paint chipping in the bathroom… the maid service never checked to see if we needed clean towels! I had to vacuum my own room! I heard the staff complain about guests complaints! I had to put a 2 staff in their place. One staff told me she washes only on wednesdays. All the channels don't work! carpet is stained! I wouldn't suggest anyone staying here.

The walls were disgusting, and the doorway was not kept very clean. The shower was also dirty, and needed a rinse before use. The beds were fairly clean, and were OK to sleep on.

Stayed at econo lodge in Salisbury nc, I stay there at least 2 time a year, the rooms are nice, staff is cool, and they have a colonial breakfast in the morning that is awesome!

It's a middle of the road room for a cheap price. Wasn't great. Wasn't horrible. The office chair was broken so it only sat as low as possible. The tv's color settings were a bit off but it was. A reasonable size.

Nice clean hotel for the price. Clean room, great staff, nothing fancy here but we would definitely stay here again under this management…

This is a very decent and clean inexpensive place to stay. I wish the breakfast was a little better but overall a very good experience for the price that I paid.

Only thing that could make this hotel better is hot breakfast. They do however have a nice fully equipped continental breakfast bar in the front lobby everyday which accommodates just fine. The beds are really comfy. Got a great nights sleep. Its quiet & friendly. Fitness room has a TV in it and necessary equipment for a good workout. They have a nice Ice machine. I love ice. Its just a really nice place to stay. Very clean. I love it. Had to give the young women that checked us in evil eyes however being too friendly with my husband lol. Otherwise. Perfect stay. My kids love it.

You really can't do better for the price. I've stayed in some real hell holes due to lack of options and was shocked how great everything here is. Shocked, because from the road it doesn't sell itself as much of a place to stay. But it has everything you need and more.

Needed a quick, late night place to stay in a road trip. Has a 24 hour front desk so we were able to check in past midnight. Room was comfortable and easy to access. Would stop again on the way back.

This place was great it was clean quiet and an easy commute to everything that we needed to do. Don't let the looks fool you.

Gets 2 stars because at least it was clean and I didnt see roaches. Aside from hookers and their clients other customers looked like they were drug addicts. Staff were very unfriendly and very unprofessional.

Clean rooms, nice setup. Continental breakfast is very small. No real creamers for coffee.

I love it! Besides the occasional weird kid yelling in the hall its very quiet.

Well, the room wasn't trash or anything and it was decent. The one thing that ticked me off was that the renovations of the room were really shorrty. Outpits were out of socket, pain job sucked, plumbing was leaky, you know. But 8/10 would stay again because of price.

Location was okay. Shower was horrible; turned on tube got soaked because the shower head needed to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling had a whole in it. And check is 11am; they deactivated our cards at 8am before we had a chance to pack up.

We stayed last night at the Econo Lodge on West Henrietta in Henrietta, while on our way home to Indiana. I had been hesitant to stay because of the mixed reviews, but we decided to give it a try. It was great! Large, very clean room with great beds, shower and TV. Our only complaint is that there was only one chair in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine for our needs: hot and cold cereal, orange and apple juices, bagels, toast, creamed cheese and jelly, and muffins.

Customer service is great. But musty smell in the room. Found an old piece of cheese on the floor by the base of the bed, later discovered an ant on the bed. Pillows aren't fresh. Ceiling isn't attractive to say the least. & A/C needs some kind of attention because it stank up the room even more after we turned it on. Breakfast is pretty basic, their muffins are tasty though! Stayed in a king size room on the 1st floor. Decided to stay here because every other hotel was booked. Last minute travelers.

Great place for the price! Fast and easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little lacking though, I would have liked to see a little more variety. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great value hotel. Friendly staff. The building is showing its age in a few places but it also shows how much the owners care! It's quite obvious that they have put in a lot of work and their work is paying off.

Location was near many restaurants and stores. The room itself was clean and looked fairly nice. The exterior of the hotel seemed somewhat shabby in contraSt to the interior. Would stay at again.

This place felt like a motel. It wasn't all that nice, not that clean and smelled like every guest smoked. I am NOT a fan of second hand smoke. I don't know what little critter was in my bed because I woke up with several bites on my leg. Eeewww. Never again.

First they placed us in a room with blood smears (not stains, not even washed) on the comforter and several other disgusting details. I went to the desk and told them, so they changed us to another room. Our new room, while cleaner, must have been near the hotel hang out spot, because people were outside our window talking most of the night. On our 3rd day, we came back after hiking all day, ready to take a shower, but the power was turned off to our room, due to construction/repairs, with no prior warning and no time estimate for completion, only a "sorry" with a shrug. If this hadn't have been a prepaid, nonrefundable visit, we would have gone elsewhere. Next time, we will.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was not particularly strong and cut out from time to time. Otherwise completely expected experience for an inexpensive stay.

Don't let the outside look fool you. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It's what you pay for. No bugs. Areas for improvement: -The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. -Not enough outlets -No iron -Stairways smells like a strong cleaner -Not enough lighting.

Comfortable, pretty clean, quiet and nice staff. My room appeared to have been recently renovated. Very near great eating places and shopping. Was here on business/work and stayed six nights.

The room was good and clean. The breakfast was a little underwhelming it was just bagels and oatmeal not much.

Really upscale I expected a shady motel.
