Rooms are not cleaned well. Phone and thermostat did not work in room. Sheets had blood stains.

It was very nice quiet easy to get to off of the turnpike and the staff was just amazing extremely helpful with luggage.

WARNING* When I arrived to check in at the hotel I was asked for my bank card for a deposit/incidentals fee of $100. I was told that it would be given back to me as soon as I left as long as everything was in good condition. So I put my card in the reader, it said that it was approved on the screen, and then the young man at the front desk proceeded to tell me that my card declined. I knew how much money was available on my card before I swiped it and that there was plenty to cover the cost of the room and the deposit/incidentals fee. So then I went and looked at my mobile banking app and it said that Best Western had taken $100 from my account for the deposit/incidentals fee as well as $109.71 for the room. So I showed this to the young man at the front desk and he said that they still couldn't rent me the room because they were not able to get the $100 deposit/incidental fee from me. The young man at the front desk said that this happens all the time. I then had to call my bank and make sure that everything was correct on my end, that this wasn't my fault. They assured me that this was not my fault and they told the young man at the front desk that the money had been taken out of my account by Best Western. So then the young man told me he was going to refund me my money immediately and that it would be available so that I could go rent a room somewhere else. That never happened by the way.

Rooms are big. Only one small trash can. Floor was dirty. Went to the spa area and the spa was not as warm as it should be cold on by my feet while in the spa. Pool was nice. Kids loved it. Beds not to bad. Not bad for the price.

Currently here. The fire alarm went off while me and my children were asleep. In the rush to get out we forgot our masks. Trying to get back into the room to get them some idiot yelled masks at us. Not sure if he works here but sir we thought the building was on fire don't be jerk.
First bad experience here. What a nightmare!

We are currently staying here, checking out tomorrow. Nothing but issues! I left numerous messages for the manager and NO RESPONSE! The room was nasty it wasn't ready at all, we had to ask them for towels and stuff. Dryer was broken, someone took my clothes out of the dryer that wasnt even done drying. Put it on a counter that was disgusting because they were sanding sheetrock and didn't bother to wipe it down. The house keeper never came back to get the garbage from the room like she said she would. People running up and down hallways, and being extremely loud. The business room computers are down and have been no breakfast and so much more to list. I have tried several times to speak to an manager and NO response! Save your money and patience and go somewhere else! maybe you will get better customer service.

Was the worst experience ever I found a bug in the room the front seat and staff were all rude the hot tub water was nasty there was throw up in the elevator all night the halls smell terrible 7&8 people coming in with no masks on more than 30 people in pool and hit tub area and the rugs were gross and they wouldn’t give me my money back and my hair is still falling out from the pool days later charged me a 75$ cleaning fee this place should be condemned.

Clean and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly.

Such an great place to be at and to be able to have my dog with me, even better! Definitely recommend coming here if you have an pet‼️

We had a last minute change of plans with our 3 grandchildren and our dog. BW Plus in Liverpool was perfect. Pool open, pet friendly and spacious room. Weekend enjoyed by all.

Was impressed with being able to have a gluten free, dairy free breakfast this morning, even if it was just a bowl of cereal and a banana. It’s more than most other hotels have ever had available. Thanks so much for making my morning! Staff was great and accommodating, loved our stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

We arrived here 5hrs late. I made the reservation on booking. Com unbeknownst to me I made the reservation on the wrong day. The friendly staff fixed everything for me before I even checked in. They also helped me cancel my wrong reservation I made (which was a pain in the a## for me) Thankyou Nichol for doing what you do. I recommend calling this place instead of making reservation online because you can talk to helpful people at this Hotel.

Hotel was very clean with a full breakfast provided. Rooms were spacious eith coffee maker and fridge. Nice size bathroom. Good location. Quiet area and close to shopping and state fair. Would stay again.

We selected this hotel through Priceline deal as an overnight get away to shop the Destiny USA mall and were not disappointed. The desk staff was very friendly and even though we arrived early they inquired if we wanted first or second floor and provided us with our room immediately. The room was clean and very nice. We decided to change and take a quick dip in the pool. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. The pool was a little cool but we enjoyed the hot tub to relax after the long drive. We were only 10 min from the mall where we spent the remainder of the day and enjoyed dinner at the Cheesecake Factory although there are many dining location in the area. We found a quaint ice cream stand for desert. Back at the hotel it was quiet and very relaxing. Even though it is close to the thruway we heard no traffic noise and no noise from adjoining rooms or above use (we were on the first floor). The beds were comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast the next morning was very nice with sausage, egg, mini (great for kids or small appetites) or regular size, waffles, cereal, yogurts, fruit and beverages. I also wanted to mention that during the later hours the food area had cold lemon water and even cookies. I was most impressed by the staff.

Basically, we are very happy with everything, including the nice breakfast, clean and tidy room, wonderful and thoughtful staffs, especially the hotel manager. We checked in late at round 9:00. We were very tired after a long drive before we arrived. He knew that we still hadn't fixed our dinner. With my permission, he was so nicely to give my 8 year old a snack, a kick kat bar. In breakfast time around 7:30, I saw he again greeting and chatting with guests at the breakfast area.

Nice updated rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast (would be even better if they had biscuits and gravy). Loved that they had almond milk available, plus they had filtered water available at all times. Really great to fill up my water bottle each day before our bowling tournament. The price was super, especially since it is one of the few hotels with a pool in the area. Only complaint was the water in pool could have been a but warmer!

Wonderful hotel. Super clean room. Bathroom was spotless and still smelled like bleach (which is a good thing). The hotel manager, Abdul, was very friendly, helpful, and made a good dinner recommendation. The property is also situated near a pond with a path, and a park. Even though it is next to that NYS Thruway, the hotel was quiet.

Although we didn’t stay we still had a great experience. We had reservations to stay after the DMB show. When we arrived we had some unforeseen circumstances that required us to drive home after the concert. It was after 6 when we arrived which is well after check-in. They were so kind and understanding and allowed us to cancel and get a refund. We plan on returning to Syracuse and we know where we are staying. Thank you.

The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of restaurants in the area with directions to each one. They also had directions printed out for the guest to the OnCenter in Syracuse. This hotel has recently been remodeled and very clean. The breakfast is a decent meal. They had eggs and sausage. The picture on their website of the front of the building does not look as nice as the hotel actually is. Great experience. Very nice place to stay.

Hotel was a great deal, especially for the price. It was clean, the bed was very comfy. The pool was definitely a great way to relax too! I stayed here with my nephew and his friend as a treat to take them swimming and to do something different. When we realized that he forgot his toothbrush, the front desk clerk very kindly provided one for him and asked if we needed anything else. Both the kids and I enjoyed the breakfast too!

I checked in for a one night stay and the 2 staff members that checked me in were extremely kind and accommodating. When they found out I had to leave for a flight before breakfast began, the gentleman, whom I'm assuming is the manager, offered to get me breakfast to take with me to my room, so I would have something in the morning. He even put some milk in a coffee cup for my cereal. The room is great and clean. The only thing that would be nice is a microwave, but I feel like if I were to ask them if I could heat up my leftovers they might oblige. I will definitely be staying here again.

Charming room, they upgraded us to a king sized bed without a blink and put us in a room with a gas fireplace. The tub and shower were nice, I especially liked the tub, it had a sloped back, no hard rim to deal with. The room showed a little wear some peeling paint on the ceiling, and the carpet could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast bar was exceptional with fruit topping, whipped cream and powered sugar for your waffle, many, many options of protein, including cottage cheese and bolied eggs with fruit infused water. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast area was large with plenty if seating. We were really pleased.

This was a beautiful Hotel! The beds and pillows we comfortable and the decor relaxing. The breakfast was good, but I don't recommend the eggs. The eating area was bright and clean and well stocked with food. The staff was very helpful, especially the manager Abdul, who was there on a Saturday morning talking with guests and helping staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Although our room was clean, it had a musty odor, our room was freezing & took a lot of tinkering to get the heat on. We live close by & only stayed to make our sons birthday a fun one, we thought a overnight at the hotel with swimming & the hot tub would be fun. THe pool room smelled so awful, the pool was very cloudy & didn’t seem as clean as it should. The hot tub was not working which was very disappointing, as we could have stayed elsewhere with a working hot tub. The breakfast was yummy & was a nice treat.
All in all, it was okay, but I do think that next time, we will stay elsewhere.

Would not stay again. Was booked due to prior great experience. Checked in on Friday Zach was great an honest they had a hot water issue but was installing a new heater so would have it in a few hours. We left Monday morning and still no hot water. We had it only one time. Booked this location due to the hot tub and went into the pool room to find it was drained and nothing was said about that. Was told they would give us a deal and agreed on a price and went to check out and was billed more per night then original booking price.

We had to wait an hour for the room. Our car broke down, they only gave us an extra hour for the room. We had no place to bring our luggage, wedding gifts and flowers. The manager and staff were very mean and pushed me to the point of swearing at them. I have never acted that way before but they were so heartless and mean and the manager lied right to our face about our check in day. UPDATE They backcharged us $10.80. I had prepaid with Expedia. Don't stay here.

Excellent stay in each of the hotels of this chain both in Canada and in the United States. It's clean, the staff are nice and the rooms are very comfortable. We search them during travel.

Stayed in a beautiful room. Nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast and many extra toiletries if needed. Would like to have had a microwave in room. All together a great stay. I suggest signing up for reward points.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, pleasant staff; close to many attractions… I loved the late checkout (2:00) … The only thing the room needed was a microwave. Will return again. In the future. Traveling through from Ohio.

The hotel workers where great. The man at the front desk was very helpful. The places was very clean. The breakfast in morning was very good. Many choices including blueberry or regular waffles, eggs sausage and many other things. I will definitely stay again.

Pretty good. Nothing super special. But not bad at all. Room was nice. Not super clean but not really dirty either. Stay was nice an quiet. No one was rude but not super friendly either. Giving four stars because I don't really have anything negative to say.

This is our go to Hotel when we stay in the Syracuse area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. The hotel is close to many area attractions but a bit off the beaten path so I think they try harder to please their guests and be very accommodating. They are less than 5 minutes to Destiny USA and are easily accessible. On our most recent stay we arrived several hours before the normal check in time of 3pm. They had no problem checking with the cleaning staff to see if there might be a room ready. To our delight there was a room available and we were quickly checked in. Yet again another wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Liverpool, NY.

Idk why, I'll stay at really nice places and they wouldn't get as high a rating. This place is easy to check in, quiet, even though planes pass overhead every 5 mins. TV is nice, and you get a fridge and microwave. Staff is very nice, and there's plenty of parking. Only downside is east facing rooms in the morning have a hard time keeping out the light in case u wanted to sleep in. I would come back.

Great place, very inexpensive. It also had a nice field of grass out front for us to let our dog run off leash for a bit, it was great for him after a long road trip.

Two stars for service. We prefer the rooms with the sofa beds. When we arrived, there was no rooms available with the sofa bed as promised. Dissapointung! Upon checkout, I mistakenly left two large bottles of hair products. I know for a fact that I left them there but once I called they could not locate them. Again, disappointed!

First stay here. More affordable than staybridge and holiday Inn. So far so good.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived and this is a non smoking facility. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the days, I came back and my room smelled of Marijuana. I will not return to this hotel again in my life.

We booked a double room for the family and the the place was really nice and comfortable. Lots of room and the sofa also acted as a third bed. The room had two TV which was a plus and also included a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge.

Lovely pool. Great cookies. But no HD TV.

For being a Best western this place is great. We got the jacuzzi suite for one night. The room was super clean, the sheets were soft, the pillows fluffy. I wasn't scared to walk without shoes, and the tub itself was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast wasn't that bad either. For the price we couldn't have been more satisfied. Will definitely come back when we just need to get away again.
