Room was clean and tidy. And smelled clean. Bed was a king and was VERY comfortable, bathroom was nice and spacious. But had low showerheads. I am 5'4" and had to bend my knees to get under it. They have complimentary juice, coffee, and fruit out all night long. They offer a continental breakfast which included three different kinds of juices, coffee, fresh fruit, banana and blueberry muffins, english muffins, bagels, make your own Belgian waffle area with butter and syrup, flavored oatmeal, and sweetened cereal/milk. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Very affordable rates. Very quiet night as it sits back from the road. Had a nice experience. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Ok for a one night stop from the road, but I definitely wouldn't stay here any longer than that. The staff was super friendly, but the room was dated and not very clean. The comforter had a strong/weird deodorizer smell.

I'm an Uber driver I was there to pick someone up. When I went to front counter to wait for said customer. No one was at front desk to see if I needed anything. Overall appearance was good though.

Clean, well-maintained room. Ample parking, I was able to park my F250 without worrying about being crammed in. Very good breakfast, with a waffle maker — better than most other Red Roof Inns I have stayed at. Excellent value for the money. Neighborhood seems safe.

Not worth $90 a night. Beds we're sprayed so they don't smell, assuming they didn't want to wash sheets. This would be a $50 hotel in my mind. Customer service was ok, definitely not worth the cost to stay.

Not bad — stayed here before a couple of years ago, as it's a nice, reasonable, convenient place to stay around Chautauqua Lake. The staff is very nice, and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was lacking a bit in that it appeared that the fruit could have been replenished, and the milk for cereal didn't smell entirely "fresh", but aside from that, it was still good. There was oatmeal, cereal, juice, bagels, etc. And the waffle maker, so there was plenty to eat. Also there are cookies at the front desk upon arrival, and was told that we could help ourselves to juice, coffee and fruit any time of the day or night. Room was large and clean. It's right off the highway, but you don't hear any highway noise. Overall for the location and price, it's a good place to stay.

Our room was a king size bed a bit out of date, and the bed was hard and you could feel the springs. We also had out elderly dog with us and we were under the impression our room was going to be on the first floor but it wasn't. We stayed two nights our second night they did put us in another room that was on the first floor. Over all our stay was ok but I wish it was a bit more up to date and both rooms had a bad smell in them.

Very easy to find located right off the interstate, the rooms are updated and well kept with modern TV, fridge and microwave. Staff is friendly and checked each day to make sure all was well. Their breakfast area was one of the best I've we've seen, juices, coffee, cereal both hot and cold, milk, hard boiled eggs, waffles. Much better than the muffin and apple variety.

The staff were friendly our room was cleaned every day we were here. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was good. And let's not forget the cookies at night yummy. We will stay again.

Rooms overwhelmingly reek of toxic chemicals/cleaning products that triggered a bad migrane within minutes and eventually nausea. Hallways also posses a strong musty odor poorly masked with chemicals. Bathroom showers are also not adequately cleaned. After being in the room for 20-25 minutes, trying to air it out by leaving the sliding door wide open and running the AC, we had no choice but to leave because the foul smell wasn't dissipating whatsoever and we could not sleep there despite how exhausted we were. Staff refused to provide refund because we stayed in the room "longer than 15 minutes after check in. " Alternate room offered also had the same problems, and then some… The man working the front desk checked our first room and claimed it was fine, stating he didn't "see" anything wrong with it. He clearly must have shut me out as soon as I asked for a refund because I stressed how fowl and toxic the room smelled 3 separate times. He also assumed that I confused a poorly cleaned bathtub with tub floor's textured design. No; the tub, the shower walls, and the metal hardware in particular all were unclean. He also offered to move us to another room before taking back his offer, on the grounds that I gave him an "attitude". I was never rude nor did I have a bad attitude. I simply stated the problems with the room and how I felt a refund was rightfully owed because we could not stay there due to the hazardous circumstances.

Staff in the morning was ok. Guy at night was really nice. However reason why my fiancé and I got the hotel was so we could get a good nights rest before driving 7 hrs home the next day. We were woken up at 4am to our bill being crumpled up and slide under the door. Don't understand why it wasn't given when I first paid or when I checked out. Then was woken up at 7am to some drunk guy trying to get into our room and trying to knocked the door down, that's what it sounded like. He evidently had the wrong room but put us both on edge the rest of the night.

WOW! Such a great value! This location rivals every Holiday Inn and Hyatt I've stayed in for the last 10 years. I really can't find one single issue that needs corrected. Room is clean, front desk folks are GREAT! I needed a room near Warren, PA and stumbled on this motel site. Warren is only 24 miles away and those Warren motels were costly. Decided to try this hotel and am I glad I did! To the staff and management, a heart-felt THANK YOU from a usually disgruntled traveler!

The employees that work here are super sweet and very helpful. They were able to help me in many ways ordering food from a good restaurant to getting a good Taxi I was very pleased with my visit.

Good value motel. Rooms are decent and come with a fridge and microwave. 1st floor rooms have their own sliding door to get outside which is very handy to get right to your car. Breakfast is decent. You can make a fresh hot waffle. We've come here annually on a trip and will continue to stop here for the night in the future.

The rooms were clean. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great and they bake cookies everyday. I would stay there anytime.

I stopped in here 2 weeks ago on my way out to vacation. I came in on a trike and asked the gentleman if I could please have a room on the bottom floor as I had a lot of heavy stuff to carry in (seen I didn't have a car to lock it in). He gave me a room in the bottom floor with my own door going outside. So I just parked my bike right outside my door. He was also very helpful getting me some very good food. I knew I was going to make it a point to spend the night on the way back, which, I did. And this time I had a lady receptionists who was just as awesome as the first guy. The people are great and the rooms are clean… love this place!

Pathetic housekeeping services. No elevators. The 2 stars earned only for the staff n awesome Chico chip cookies in d evening.!

Great value hotel. Clean, comfortable, basic continental breakfast. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, the warm cookies every night are the best!

Very expensive hotel, we had a dirty room refrigerator had rotten food in it. Soap in shower was used, and to top it off the staff there is very rude I went to inquire about checking out a couple days earlier she checked me out and still had the nerves to knock on room like if she was the police and scream at us to get out. First of all all I did was an inquiry not a checkout, and yes very rude people. Unless your a local trying to have local fun in these rooms I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Pet friendly room, we had a 1st floor room that had a sliding glass door which made it easier to take our dog outside. They have juice, coffee & hot chocolate available all day and night. Great breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Would stay again.

Best place in the area. Stay here all the time. Renovated about 1 yr ago. Nice rooms, staff & a Continental breakfast.

I booked a room here for one night and was very pleased with the service as well as the room. I was traveling with my dog, and could not have had a better accommodation. I had a first floor room with a sliding glass door leading right outside which was very convenient for bringing my dog in and out of the room. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I wound up leaving my dog's insulin in the mini-fridge when I left and didn't realize it until I had made it home. I was not able to make the 2 hour round trip to pick it up that day, but wanted to get it at some point since it's a fairly expensive medication. I called the hotel and spoke to Tammy at the front desk. She let me know the cleaning staff had found it and that she had already placed it in the employee breakroom fridge for me. She put a note on the medication and said she'd keep it in the fridge until I could make it back. The following Friday I picked it up and the girl at the front desk (whose name I forgot unfortunately) knew exactly what I was talking about and ran back to grab it for me. I was very grateful that the staff had taken such good care of that tiny little vial of insulin since it comes with a $45 price tag! Odie and I will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the Jamestown area :)

They said breakfast was from 6am to 9am but when we got there at 7am everything was gone. Planned on staying for the week (work travel) but not worth it. Might as well stay at a cheaper hotel with no breakfast since this place has none either yet says otherwise.

Stayed here on may long weekend for 2 nights… our room air condition did not work the first night of our stay leaving us sleepless and tired on main day of our vacation. Other night we had to wait for quite a bit before we could get a decent room. If not for long weekend 'may be' this place would prove better.

Wonderully quiet. But the best part was the service. Got excellent advice from Elizabeth and James. I'll gladly stay again when I come through.

Really impressive stay for the cheap price ($67). Very clean room / bathroom, courteous front desk staffer, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and literally right off the highway. The area felt safe, too.
