The room wasn't overall terrible, but I immediately found all the faults of the room due to the "concierge's" Curt attitude and service. There really is a problem with hairs left over from the last guests, tho. And no, I don't need to give you a room number because multiple reviews have cited this.

Owner knocks on my door one day before I'm supposed to check out asking me if I'm going to stay longer? I told him I was going to stay 3 more days and he makes up this lie saying that he's going to have the hotel renovated and I said rudely to him time if you want me to leave I'll leave he said okay thank you because we're going to have the hotel renovator this place hasn't been place renovated in 50 years years… when we first got here a week ago they tried to put us and room number 4 when I walked in the smell from room number 4 almost knocked me over too bad I can't give it 0 Stars spend the extra 10 or $15 and older Niagara Falls or stay and Buffalo or Amhurst whole lot better area. And also at 8 o'clock p. M. He turns all the lights off outside and it is pitch black not very safe.

Surprisingly nice TV and fridge set up, but all of the furniture was well out dated. You get what you pay for here but it can get the job done. The gentlemen behind the desk was nice enough but the owner kept calling about all the other guests and kept wanting to stop an employee from cleaning to talk to them. I can not reiterate enough; You get what you pay for!

I walked in at 2am. Owner was polite enough for the time I had walked in. The room I was given was very spacious, so is the bathroom. Dated furniture. Nice TV, regular channels as on most TVs. Wi-Fi was available. I wouldn't have a family reunion here, but for a night's sleep, good enough for me. Seems clean enough. There is a fridge and a microwave. Clean sheets, and seems like a quiet neighborhood. Couple local shops and a Burger King, Tim Hortons and Wendy's nearby and within walking distance.

I wasn't expecting much. Sign outside said "Color TVs by RCA" but it turns out they have good flat screens and that's just a cool sign they still had. GIANT fridge in room which isnt bad. Good bathroom with two syncs. Hot room but there was AC. Also a Microwave. You can walk to a grocery store about. 8 miles and fast food/tim hortons is closer. Great little hotel.

Chose this motel because of the decent reviews. MISTAKE! Very tacky and dated. Linens were clean and the A/C worked, that's about the best I can say for this place. Wi-Fi didn't work. Empty booze bottle in one drawer. But the real shocker was the half empty toilet paper roll sitting on the toilet tank lid with what appeared to be feces smeared on the end! YIKES! Good luck to you if you stay here.

Very vety very Rude owner! I made a reservation through expedia but upon my arrival the so called owner did not want to listen to anything about my expedia reservation and started to threatening me to leave or else I would regret. Got stock in my car in the middle of Niagara Falls and then booked Budget Motel for a great price.

We drove to Niagara Falls with no plans. Decided to stay the night and found this hotel. Room was clean and the people were nice. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This is nice place to stay with the family, hotel was maintained very clean. Room has 32" TV with satellite connection. Worth for money. If I get chance to go Niagara. I am going to book the same hotel.

Cheaper Hotel — Closer to the Niagara Falls. Stayed here during my recent visit to Niagara falls. It is located just 10 mins drive from the falls. The season we visited is little off season. We got the room at $49.99 +tax. Pros: 1. Nice spacious, Neat and Clean rooms. 2. Rest rooms are also neat and clean. 3. Fresh and clean towels were available in the room. 4. Big flat sceen LCD TV in room. 5. Free Wi-Fi 6. Location Very Close to the Falls. 7. Plenty of restaurants available in the nearby area. 8. Refrigerator and Microwave ovens in room. Cons: 1. No Breakfast 2. Very weak signal for the Wi-Fi 3. Very low flow in the hot water taps in rest rooms. 4. Very few channels in the TV. (Doesn't matter —! Not staying here watching TV channels :).

Older motel with a great owner. Treated us very well and bent over backwards to see that we were happy with our room. Rooms are older and furniture could be updated, but overall an acceptable motel. Good restaurants nearby and great location to base for seeing the sites. Good daily cleaning service and beds, sheets and towel changed daily. Overall good experiences.

Good price, bad ant problem, no cable only 10 stations. None of them are any good except the one hbo channel. There is a 32 inch flat screen in every room. They do have Wi-Fi, no land line. Fridge/ microwave. I did have a problem with not being able to turn the heat down from 83f, so we chained the door and opened it and the window all night.
