I tend to rate hotels by their pillows and the pillows here were great! Bed was very comfortable and slept well, which for insomniac it's something! Front desk clerk was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

Very noisy, waiting car passes and air conditioning makes a lot of noise.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. They have nice dining area and breakfast is good. Pool gym are additional facilities which we did not use during our stay.

Very nice place to stay with indoor swimming pool. We were given a room on first floor and it smelled cigarettes everywhere. Breakfast could use few more items. Cold boiled eggs suck.

The Ramada looks like it needed an update 10-20 years ago. Worn and stained carpets, peeling wall paper, paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbor all night, dark and dreary feel to the whole place. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was very nice. The pool wasn't bad except for being such a big room it was quite empty. Hardly any chairs, we had to sit on the floor while watching our kids. Definitely an affordable place but we'll be staying elsewhere next time we're in town.

We loved our stay. The indoor heated pool was a pleasant surprise. The room was extremely roomy clean and "homey" feel to it. No noise or bothersome housekeeping so I rested better than at home beds were SUPER COZY along with a small "living area" with a loveseat & coffee tables with desk/chair… Loveseat let out into a twin bed: to be honest really didn't want to leave. I rate this a 4-1/2 out of 5 stars!

The rooms were very nice and the staff were amazing. They were very understanding and accommodating for our many needs. Fairly convenient location while still feeling like a secluded get away. Id love to go back asap.

The man at the frobt desk was extreamly rude the room was ice cold when we arrived. The coffee maker was broke.

Hotel very well priced and very quiet as a place… The breakfast included was OK overall… toast, Bagel, English muffin, muffin, yogurt, cereal, Philadelphia cheese jams, orange juice coffee milk… not the 5 star lunch but For the price of the hotel it is perfect as the first meal of the day. The service was perfect nothing to say negative… the only snag is the pool, it was well located in a quiet place but the water had an unpleasant smell of solvent oh paint… but otherwise I give a very nice note to this hotel quality side price. Thank you very much.

The hotel is comfortable and is very close to Lake George. The bar is closed for the renovations, did not get a chance to check the pool. Staff were super helpful! Forgot my jewerly in the room, called and was told that my items were found since the credit card was already on file they were able to bill for shipping thus I received all of my items. Thank you again!

During a terrible winter storm on Christmas they were fully staffed, friendly, and functioning. I'm impressed.

The front desk staff told us that all local restaurants and stores were closed at 6pm on Christmas Eve… The first restaurant we called said that they were opened until 8pm… lol. Good thing we called… it avoided us having to eat cracks and water for dinner. Then we called the local Target and found out they were opened until 10pm. DON'T TRUST THE FRONT DESK STAFF! The hotel corridor smelled like cigarette smoke, but our rooms were fine.

A good stay overall if you're needing some rest, but nothing too fancy. The beds aren't half bad, and the rooms are spacious. No real good views or anything in walking distance as it's near the highway. Does have an indoor pool that I did not try out, but some colleagues said it was a good time.

Disliked our stay here, the heater was very loud and woke me up several times during the night. Even though it was a non smoking room, it still smelled like cigarettes, in fact the whole hotel had a stale cigarette smell. Likely to do with the guys that were plowing and shoveling smoking inside the entrance doors. Breakfast was somewhat of a joke, pretty much just cereal, and the blankets were awful. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean. Other than that, I would not recommend.

Best way to describe this hotel is decent. It's clean and friendly staff. But there's nothing to put it over the top.

The room was very nice and the staff was great! We'll definitely stay again when we are in the area. The granddaughters loved the pool!

Prices were decent compared to Holiday inn even though it was labour day. Pool was nice, rooms were not very lavish looking but we're decent.

Great place for our bowling league award ceremony. Dinner was great and staff did a great job taking care of us.

Fantastic room service and guest service. Loved the room and bed. Shower was hot and nice pressure.

I have stayed here in the past and the place is fine. I elected to stay elsewhere when the desk clerk informed me of the exorbitant off-season rate. That and, at 9 o'clock at night the restaurant would be closing in 30 minutes. The Days Inn down the road cost $40 less for similar accommodations and the next door tavern closed at 11. My short diversion more than paid for my dinner and drinks.

Very nice place to stay, within easy driving distance of Lake George. It should be mentioned that there is a new restaurant, which has everything you could want. Some getting started pains will be smoothed out, but our dinner at Rainer's at the Ramada, when there were German specialties was excellent! Breakfast was also very good.
