The rooms were very clean and comfortable, they definitely made us feel safe and clean the entire stay with their covid procedures. The location was nice — a little over a 5 minute walk into downtown where the shops and dining are. Great pool and campfire area as well. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was the lack of parking availability due to other guests bringing more than one vehicle per room but we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, quiet and the pool is very nice. Good location and friendly staff. A good place to stay with kids. The did a good job with COVID precautions.

Heritage has a certain charm and character. Friendly, welcoming staff and the personable touch of barbecue grills, hammock, pool, picnic area sold me. I found my Happy Place.

I used to love staying at The Heritage with my family. But I will never go back after hearing they are not loyal to customers. Truly says something about how they value each customer… in this case, they don’t.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is perfect in walking distance to main strip. The Staff is very friendly, attentive and over all nice people.

The staff was very friendly and the place was very spacious loved the fire pit and the seating outside great for the family to enjoy however I wish they had done a better job at cleaning upon arrival I noticed my bed was just made not changed and there was a piece to the vacuum hose left on the floor in my room along with someone else’s toothbrush on the bathroom floor personally although I got there before check in I would not have minded waiting the extra time to guarantee a clean room aside from my room the other rooms that were made for my family members seemed very clean so maybe it was just a mishap these things do happen but I decided not to have my room cleaned for the rest of my stay in hopes they would definitely change everything out for the next guest this place was very nice but maybe have a manager check up on the cleanliness of each room before the guests entrance.

Fun place to stay! We hiked, tubed & rode rented bikes. Five star experience.

Highly recommend. Staff was great, the rooms were clean and location is great (right on the strip). I was pleasantly surprised by their free continental breakfast also.

Nice place, room was small but comfy, king size bed mini fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and not to expensive for Lake George from our room we had a very small view of the lake I would stay again.

Got a room for 6. Cones with full kitchen, bathroom, 3 full size beds. Two comfy one not so much. Great location close to everything.

Quaint little cottages or regular motel. Just did some night swimming in a warm pool. Right on the strip with all the shops. Beach near by.

We had a cute little cottage and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and we even got a few hours to enjoy the fire pit despite arriving late and only staying one night. We would absolutely stay again.

Rooms are a little on the small side but very nice, how much time do you really spend in the hotel room anyway. Everything is very clean other guests are extremely friendly. Pool, fire pit areas, and barbecue areas are a perfect spot to hang out after a day of vacationing fun.

Just returned from a stay during Americade. Our expectations were blown away. Awesome staff that were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location by the village. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Could not have asked for more! Found the inn on a lucky random search of the net. We hope there will be room for us next year. After trying several other hotels in the region, we can say this one is top notch! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and found Heritage of Lake George online and proceeded with booking our reservation for 3 nights. However, the first night (Thursday) wasn't available as they wouldn't be open for the season until Friday night. After calling, they offered to open a day early so that we could reserve our stay at the same place for all 3 nights. We stayed in one of the cute one room cottages. The room was very clean and well taken care of. We were very pleased with our stay, especially given the value with such a great place at such an affordable price. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave. One of my biggest pet peeves with lodging is issues with the shower — either the water sprays out in a weak trickle, doesn't get hot, or the drain is slow which causes one to shower while standing in a huge puddle which is gross. Our room had none of these shower issues — the shower in our room was hot, strong, and well drained! We ended up not staying for the third night due to a change in plans and having to stay in Vermont the last night of our trip. We checked out a day early, but we did not request a credit. We knew it was too late to cancel without incurring charges according to the policy (we had already paid in full for our stay), also considering we had been welcomed a day early before the start of the season. However, we received a phone call the following day and were offered a credit since we didn't stay that last night.

My family and I stayed here the last week of August. This was our first time in Lake George. We didn't know what to expect. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the rates were reasonable. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. The location was perfect-right in the village. Will definitely come back next year. We had a wonderful stay!

We rented one of the cottages for two nights while on a brief vacation. The room was small but comfortable, perfect for us, and the location is very convenient to the activities we had planned.

Very nice staff. Warm and friendly who made us feel @ home. The location was ideal for us and everything was within walking distance. The lake in itself was fabulous and parking was free to accommodate 1 car.

I just got back from a two night stay at this very quaint place. I drove with my mother and sister and we had a wonderful time. The room was SUPER clean with a microwave, micro fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom was also very very clean and the staff was just great. They were helpful with palces to eat and with directions. This is a palce that I definitely will be coming back to. I will tell all of my friends and family that they must come and visit Lake George and stay at The Heritage. I can't wait to come back in October for Halloween.
